Both times, a older blonde woman prepared my matcha, and it was very bland and poorly blended, with large chunks left in it. We also ordered bagels, and they were essentially just bread with very little flavor or substance. The first Sunday, we figured maybe she was still learning and didn't think much of it. However, our second Sunday visit was even worse than the first. At that point, it seemed like the quality was consistently different depending on who was working. As a business owner myself, I understand how important consistency and customer service are. I always try to make sure every customer receives the same quality experience because that's what keeps people coming back. Unfortunately, these experiences really changed my impression of the brand and spoiled my taste for it. At this point, I'd rather go to Better Buzz or Starbucks, where I know what to expect. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously because the first experience showed me that this location is capable of providing a great product and excellent service.
