I've been here a couple of times in the past and have noticed not a lot of people come in to dine or take out. There is a brand new stove off to side which distracts from the ambiance. Not sure if it's for sale or they plan to move to the back of kitchen. When you walk in, you can see the kitchen staff preparing your order. The space is modernized with flashing neon lights throughout. The right side wall is also decked out with Yolked sign since they serve breakfast items under the Yolked! branding. We ordered 4 carne asada tacos, a shrimp taco and a surf & turf burrito. The order came up to nearly $35. The shrimp taco fell apart as I was eating it, even with the doubled tortilla. The tortilla could've probably used a bit more crisp on the flattop so that it would hold the taco contents better. I appreciated that the burrito did not have beans. It was rice, beef, shrimp, pico de gallo, and avocado only. My child really wanted some lengua tacos. Of course, most brick and mortar establishments like this do not have lengua as an available protein. Next time, I would probably like to try the $10 chili verde breakfast burrito. read more

The first thing I noticed, of course, was the signs and egg wall, which was ADORABLE! My husband wanted to try this place. He saw a video on social media of the Chile relleno burrito, and there we went. My husband loved his burrito, and he said it hit the spot. I took a bite. It was pretty good, I had to admit. Came and tried the chorizo burrito. Was definitely not the usual chorizo burrito. Was good but I like my chorizo burrito with onions and a bit on the greasy side. This one came with tator tots which are my favorite so I would get this burrito again: place was clean and staff was friendly and good service. read more

Good portion. Food tasted super fresh. First time trying hot cheetos burrito... i took a star off since the cheetos was pretty soggy. It's understandable that it would get soggy, but if they had not placed it on top of cheese sauce, i think it would have stayed crunchy longer and it would have been better. I'm not sure if they have different menu in the morning, but i will have come back to check out what this yolked is all about. The customer is always wrong. The cook is always correct. They do like to serve black avocados. People that answer the phone are rude and don't take any consideration that the cook might be wrong. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody. read more

I went a few days ago and I got the chile relleno burrito because I saw it on Bakersfield eats on Bakersfield eats it had a lot of cheese it looked really nice and gooey just so mouth watering I went to this establishment thinking I was going to get the same burrito but I ended up getting a chile relleno with no cheese I showed the server that it had no cheese and I stick to my finger inside the burrito and it was nothing but batter that came out and she told me that's cheese but it was liquid I was very disappointed she did not offer to fix it she did not offer for a refund she basically walked away from me like I was crazy read more

It was okay , the burrito to me was a couple notches up from Del taco or Taco Bell , the beans tasted like from a can and the carne asada was alright. The green salsa had good flavor and the red was okay to much of the burnt Chile flake taste for my liking. My wife had the Torta and she said she liked it . The bread was soft and they weren't skimpy on the ingredients. I've been here before and had the tacos and they were good. To be fair I'll try something different on the menu next time and update my review . Overall not bad but certainly not amazing. But I'll give it another try in the near future . read more

I've been here several times and noticing some of the bad reviews I thought I'd write my mine. First of all I love the tortas here and the green guac spicy salsa. The tacos are good but the tortas are the best in my opinion. The bread is soft and buttery perfect with the soft avocado. They have beer and traditional soft drinks and horchata. The place can use a wipe down in the tables and salsa area but I get it they're busy I've seen them wipe the place clean. The cashier can be a little friendlier but honestly I'm fine with it. Overall I love the food here and it's a matter of opinion. I've been here a couple of times and they are always consistent and I like that. read more

Start of the burrito was cold, what I mean by cold is the tortilla was cold the nachos cheese was cold, tortilla chips hard. Nothing like what we had last time. We mentioned it to the workers they then said that the burrito was cold because of the sour cream that does not make the whole tortilla cold, JS He said he would place it in the microwave. Wow!! ***Yolked*** This review is for Yolked which is a separate menu than Senor Taco. The inside of the building looked newly renovated, nice and clean. This is the type of place you order at the counter then choose which table you'd like to eat at. Not all empty tables were cleaned so options were slim. The wait for the food was kind of long so come with patience. I will say they were steadily busy the entire time I was there and it started getting busy by the time we left. I got the Hulk Breakfast sandwich, it was good. It is a little messy due to the size which is a good portion. It came with Tater Tots which were served room temperature. Señor taco is nestled in a crowded shopping center with very minimal parking in the area. If you manage to actually get good parking you will find the venue in between a smoke shop and a bank if I remember correctly. The venue alone is clean with approximately 6-8 tables. Not a big place but when we came it was not crowded. Walking in we were greeted by a young lady standing at the register the Menu is clear and straight forward it's a fast food taco place. I ordered the torta de asada and a friend-tip taco. The torta was fairly priced and the size was what you'd expect from a torta, the ingredients were fresh and the meat was not overcooked all with good flavor. The tacos to me seemed a bit overpriced and the meat seemed a bit overcooked. With all that said the reason I have calmed back twice is for that guacamole salsa they make it's creamy, tasty and damn it's spicy! At first it took me by surprise with the heat but it makes you want to eat more and more. If your here try the burritos and smother that amazing salsa. I'll most definitely keep returning. read more

First time visit. Ordered a California burrito cuz I love French fries in my carne Asada burrito. This one let me down tho . After I got my order to go, I got in my car in the parking lot I took my first bite ready for some wonderfulness, but that's not what I got. The meat and little bit of fries they put in it were barely warm to the touch, nothing worse than not getting hot fresh food. I'm sure it would have been a better taste if it was hot. I was the only person in the whole store so the food should have been hot and fresh. I'm not sure why I got this mediocre $10 subpar burrito handed to me like that. They weren't busy but I guess in a hurry to get me out the door! Very sad, I had high hopes for this place. It makes sense to why I was the only one in the place because good food places are always busy or full of people. Live and learn. read more
