I needed a quick fix after a drive to the west side, something fast but not a big fast food fan so i stopped here since I needed to go to the grocery store next to it anyways. 2 hard crispy beef Tacos and a grapefruit Jarrito's to wash it down. Fresh tacos just hit right like fee other foods can. They were light fresh and tasty. Priced right. First thing I noticed walking in the door was how clean this restaurant was. Bathroom was also clean, which made us feel very comfortable eating here. Food was delicious. This location is usually the one stop a few blocks away from my friends house. So we are either ordering door dash in the middle of the night to her house, or we are all heading to the restaurant at the butt crack of dawn the next day after get together when there is no branch available yet. I have been meaning to review this location for a while since I have been eating here for the past 10 years. So here it is. More recently just in the past week, I think I have eaten here three times. Just because it is close to where I am in the errands I am running. After all, driving all day and running errands you did not want to go home and cook a five course meal. I usually have the steak burrito with pico de gallo and potatoes. Or the smaller tacos with Carne asada and rice and beans. My husband always orders something different so I couldn't tell you how many times he's gotten what in the past week. But I know that every time I order something it will definitely be with Carne asada. The one thing I order the most is their CARNE ASADA FRIES! Yummmm. The front staff is always friendly. And because they are so busy there is always a wait while eating in or for takeout. And I really really really enjoy their Horchata. read more

This is only my 2nd time for coming here. My 1st was before I even knew about Yelp. :-o Gotta love their Taco Tuesdays! My lunch was the Fish Taco Combo with rice, beans and a 24oz fountain drink (the only way to enjoy a half decent Coca-Cola now days. And, even then, it's not always good), which is normally $5.99 + tax, is s 4.98 total! When I walked in at 11:00A.M., I was the 12th person there. And, in the 23 minutes that I was there, 10 more people came in. So, a very good crowd. Considering the crowd, the single CSR did a fine job. Even being rushed between taking orders, behind the counter refills and taking orders for the customer to the edge of the counter, she still had a welcoming smile and was very polite. When she stepped around the counter to do something, she still stopped by to ask me how everything was. While not on the level of the famous Fish Taco pace, theirs was pretty good. And for the price, it was great! The fillet was hot and crispy, while over-hanging the edges of the doubled-up soft tacos. However, the coleslaw was juicy enough to cause the fillet to get soggy. We are staying on the west side and needed breakfast burritos . First of all this place opened at 7 am which was perfect for the visiting east coasters ! We ordered four burritos , all were amazing especially the chipotle crunch burrito! Each burrito had very crispy hash browns plus sour cream, so delicious . The very nice owner offered us multiple salsas plus pickled onions and carrots . Holy cow, those veggies were not to be missed! Thanks senor taco for a yummy breakfast! read more

I placed a to go order during the COVID outbreak. I must say that Senior Taco did well. The order was ready as promised. I walked straight to the counter, received the order and straight back out again. The lady at the counter was cheerful and pleasant to deal with. And I really do think they do well with their Mexican food. After returning home, the meal was still hot and the presentation better than most. It made the meal that much more appetizing. The cook did good, I only wish that while COVID is spreading that he would wear a mask. As a customer it is comforting to see precautions exercised. Good job folks! read more

I had three rolled tacos... chicken with cheese and guac and lettuce they where really food. Mind you I showed up 20 minutes until closing so my expectations where not too high...The young lady who took my order was kind and she actually seemed like she was appreciative of my business/life etc just a refreshing vwhereas a lot of people will treat you like an inconvenience. You know how you can tell if a mexican restaurant has good food based on their refried beans? Yep, this place rocks. They have a small salsa bar and the food is fresh and super tasty. I love the crispy shredded beef tacos. They will give you a sign of tortilla chips for dipping if you ask. read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Senor Taco already?! I had to look back to confirm this. After all, I've only eaten here more than a few times. So clearly, I really enjoy the offerings of this "fast food" chain. I use quotes because Senor Taco has no business referring to its menu as fast food. The dining room is set up similar to a fast food joint, but the cushioned booths are way more comfortable than the hard plastic in most "Fill-In-The-Blank-Bertos". And the prices are very reasonable and appropriate for a fast food chain. But the primary reason I would argue for a change in marketing, is the quality and portions of the food. Seriously, my first impression (years ago) was, "They aren't charging enough for this!" A combo with two tacos, rice and beans was way more than I could handle. The rice is solid, but the beans are to die for. You just know when you taste homemade refried beans. They are better than some sit down places I've been. And the tacos were huge! I loved my Carne Asada taco with the fresh guacamole and pico de gallo! I had to force myself to eat the delicious shrimp taco with its crema sauce. Kudos to the hardcore salsa bar too. Do you like hot peppers?! I'm talking "jalapeños are for wimps, have a Serrano" pepper! But you can cool it off with some pickled onions too. Thank you Senor Taco for being consistently delicious! And thanks for the generous portions and reasonable prices. But you can stop calling it "fast food" already! read more

Only came here because the one on Estrella shut down... terrible carne Asada fries, had legit no taste, also was missing stuff that supposed to be on the full size order. Not even the side of Diablo sauce could've save this one. Biggest regret of my day coming here. Could've spent $14 better somewhere else read more

Not a good place at all. I ordered the "mini chimis and rolled taco" special and got a regular chimichanga. When we asked they said that's what it's supposed to be. They really need to update the menu so it's not so misleading/completely incorrect. The chimichanga was super wet and not very good at all. I was really disappointed. The rolled tacos were okay. My husband got chicken soft tacos and didn't like them either. It's $5 if you want a bag of tortilla chips to go with the salsa bar. Definitely won't be back. read more

Last night I went in for the first time and had the absolute worst experience. I ordered Green Chile Burrito enchilada style and got the worst case of food poisoning. I went to my doctor and he said this place gets people sick all the time. I will be reporting this location to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT! 30$ worth of food and they have the nerve not to clean or cook Food correctly. Poor sanitation and even worse during a pandemic. Shame on you for not taking pride in your brand ! Side note ...An American man was trying to order food and the two girls at counter laughed and talked bad about him in Spanish while he attempted to order his food. If I hadn't already paid , I would have left. The restaurant management should be ashamed of this establishment read more

It was $18 for 2 mini chimi 1 shredded chicken taco 3 rolled tacos Side of rice & beans It took 25 mins to get our food. The chimi's & chicken taco were soggy. As in raw dough soggy. Reasonably Priced Food and Generous Portions. Señor Taco is a favorite of a friend of mine who has two children ages 9 and 12. Señor Taco might not be one of my favorite eating establishments but the food at Señor Taco is reasonably priced and the serving sizes are very generous. Señor Taco has a small condiment bar. I really enjoy the salsa bar with all the different types of salsa's and hot carrots. The burrito I ordered was good and as I mentioned, a very generous serving size, large enough to take some home. Señor Taco offers a variety of entrées to order from and the customer service is second to none. No pretense just come in, order, sit down and enjoy. read more

Friend insisted on coming here cause he was drunk and wanted Mexican food. Once again it was really bad. The quality is sub-par and is incredibly overpriced. I paid $15 for the same meal I could get at Rubio's for half the price Before you say Rubio's isn't Mexican food, I can go to taco kissi or Taqueria Los Yaquis for $5 for WAYYYY better food. read more

When my order came out it wasn't what I ordered. I immediately told them I had ordered the #:6 on daily specials and the lady just said okay I waited and finally she went to the back and got what seemed to be the manager. The manager came out and just looked at me like what without saying anything. I told her I ordered the #:6 and didn't realize there were other number 6 combos. She said yes we have three differ we number 6's and left with the plate. If you know there are different combos with the same number please be proactive and ask your customers rather than letting these mistakes happen and then to top it off make your customers feel like they're annoying for wanting the food they thought they would be getting. Unprofessional, I hope you all learn and close this gap quickly before you treat other customers like crap because you can't number your combos past 6. read more

Very basic Mexican restaurant. I'm not a mexican food person so I don't really know what "authentic" mexican food taste like, but they have decent carne asada burrito. Used to have the best carne asada fries in town. Within the last few months, they decided it'd be a fantastic idea to start serving soggy, SEASONED fries with carne asada fries. No longer the best. It was all just ok. I had the street tacos which weren't bad but not anything to write home about. And a hard shell taco that was soggy, had to eat the stuff out with a fork (no crunchy taco) The carrots were spicier than the salsa which was disappointing. Service was fine. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.

I can only say about the ambiance is that it is hectic and unapathetic at this time. For the prices being charged you would think it would be made a lot more comfortable surroundings. I finally got off the car and still didn't aired and was told they make the food fresh so it takes a bit I get home and the hot dog looks like it was made over an open campfire the bun was literally toast, the chicken sandwiches had the bread so charred it was gross. I call because after all one meal and a hot dog was $25 the rude manager cut me off half way through my call to say you know you said the food is bad you can have a refund but you have to come back with your debit card I got back a few hours later a nice gentleman was helping me when Mr rude manager covered in tattoos is back and interrupted my conversation with the young man who had asked me if I could please tell him what happened because he came in at 12 I start to explain when I was rudely interrupted by the manager who argued with me saying that the hot dog was a one off ? I showed him pictures he said it was a one off I said so you serve burnt over priced food ? He argued again he lacks customer service and this food is hideous and beyond over priced

Today I tried to cancel my order because I made it for the wrong location. I proceeded to call and…read moresome worker kept telling me the same thing over and over and over again. "It's should be on the app". I CAN'T CANCEL ON THE APP!!!! I was fine and patient before she put me on hold and started talking about me. "Shes not even F-ing trying to cancel the order". IF I COULD I WOULD. They canceled it later but the order says completed so I'm not sure if I'll even get my money back. Update: The charge went through for food I didn't even get.
