I walked in without any appointment and was seated quickly after filling out the check in form. This was right after lunch in the middle of the week. The shop was clean and had nice calming music playing. I was seated in the first massage chair for pedicure and everything looked wiped down well and the tub looked shiny. My pedicure was just basic nail polish so it took maybe 20-30 min. I had a couple example pictures of the color and art I wanted, and I appreciated that my nail tech suggested colors pretty close to the pictures. I also got a gel mani with small nail art. My preference is short nails so I'm glad the color and art still looked pretty good. The mani took about 30-40 min but it included arm massages. Don't go there unless you are a regular. I was waiting in the area and saw the shop. Decided to check out ratings and booked another appointment. Showed up to my appointment, and they were confused whether I had an appointment. They set me up in one of the chair with the water running. At this point an another person showed up and was taken to a seat right away, and the tech started doing her nails. They just opened a month ago when I came in. I had been contemplating on what to get for my nails and I was services by Ivy who said that she's been doing this for about 10 years. She did a refill and recolored my nails. She was careful in grinding out the old color cause i told her that my hand hurt from the last time to went to a different salon. I gave her the design I wanted and she did her best to replicate it. By the end of the session, i have a new color however the some nails where unevenly shaped. And felt a nail to be a tad sharp and rough even when i asked it to have the tip rounded a bit (i have the almond shape) I had to file underneath to smoothen it out. I stopped by here on a Thursday late morning, my first time trying this after searching on Yelp. They are new, under new owner and remodeled everything. I was a bit skeptical because it's a new place but I also wanted to support new business so I took a chance on them, and I was glad I did. I got lucky when I walked in because they had technicians available to work on my right away. I got gel manicure and regular pedicure the second level one. Julie worked on my nails and I really loved it! I told her I was going to a fancy wedding in SF at the Conservatory and I was looking for something dark because my dress was a black gown, and I wanted red nails but dark tone, and pointed out two colors on their color pallets and said something between those two and Julie seemed to know right away what color I meant and she picked it for me. I also got the same color for my nails, done by Rachel. I was very happy with the way Julie did my nails! She was super careful and precise and diligent. She did it so well and quite fast too. Service was ok aside from the annoyed look from my technician along with "AIYAA!! Worry for what?!" telling me whatever I have going on is "no big deal". I went here on Friday, June 7 for an acrylic fill after they changed the name and their management. I really like my fill and the new sink that they installed for washing the hands during manicures. I have Eczema and sensitive skin so I appreciate that. I haven't tried a pedicure yet, but I will when I feel better in the foot. read more

The space feels tranquil and ocerall Service: Lyn did an amazing job on my French tip pedicure. I informed her about my past issues with in growns on both my big toe, and she promised me she could take care of them without any bleeding. She lived up to her promise! Nail tech was very aggressive with my toe nail cuticle and when I asked for different person that I had request she got very angry and slammed cabinet an through nail supplies.
