I have been going to this place to get my eyebrows waxed l since I was in high school! Different ladies do my eyebrows each time and they all have their own style but they all do fantastic. I had gotten a pedicure & full set acrylic nothing to fancy just a pinky orange color with some glitter on my pointer and index finger. Well it's day 3 of having the full set. My pinky finger nail fell right off, out of nowhere. I hand them hit My nails or slammed or picked. The nail beds are completely lifting mind you it's only been three days of having the full set!! I have concerns about the sanitation procedures of this salon. I'm used to seeing tools in sealed autoclave bags, but the tools here were already out on the cart for my pedicure. The technician used the tools that she used on my feet to pierce the plastic foot bath liner and she replaced them back onto the cart. The pedicure itself was fine. You're asked to choose the color of your nails and depending on what service you're asking for, they will get the pedicure chair ready for you for the manicure table. As soon as you sit down, you're transformed into a relaxation state. Nail choices: Ispa2 has an array of services ranging from a quick nail fix to a complete set. You could also add in a gel manicure, gel pedicure, a regular pedicure and my personal favorite... Is the Callous removing pedicure! LOL! Other Services: you can also get your waxing done there. I often go to Ivy to do my eyebrows and upper lip. She's such a pro with shaping and clean up! Customer service: everybody is friendly here! Let me RE-EMPHASIZE that: everybody is friendly and knowledgeable here! A plus is they will offer you wine, hot tea or water and sometimes a snack while you get your nails done. I could tell you this right now... I really don't mind drinking a glass of white wine while I get my nails done! Prices: The prices here for nail services are comparable to the area. I went in to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was given a gift certificate for a paraffin regular mani/pedi, so only had to pay $15 extra (from a ~$42/45 total). The women who had worked on me were diligent with their work. I had forgotten flip flops, so was given a pair of the thin foam ones. They also wrapped my shoes in a plastic bag so I could easily take it with me. I think they only star docking thing is that the lady worked on my manicure over my purse as well as myself, so there was dust from my nails all over. read more

Ahh, so this is what replaced the Starbucks! A decent place for a pedi! For Mother's Day, felt like being a baller and got the spa deluxe pedi for my mom and I. First off, there weren't a lot of people there on a Saturday afternoon, so we were seated right away. The Spa deluxe pedi consisted of a scrub, brief foot massage, and paraffin wax for the feet while your calves are enclosed with steamy towels. I thought they did a great job on service. Okay service. Nothing too special and would go back simply because it's walking distance from my house. Gel manicure and regular pedicure came out to be 46$ (including tip). They soak your feet and massage it a little bit which is a nice touch. My gel manicure lasted a good 10 days which is fairly standard. I have really horrendous looking cuticles so I'm glad the lady who did my nails was able to save them and make them look presentable. She wasn't the best nail painter though and painted outside of my nail a couple of times. She cleaned it up fine but missed a couple spots that I had to point out. Surprisingly, my normal pedicure lasted way longer than my gel manicure. They also do facials here which I've yet to try. It was relatively slow when I came in on a Friday morning and the business is fairly new. Would recommend if it's close to you but wouldn't go out of my way to drive here otherwise. read more
