On our visit to Anchorage on May 30, 2026, I knew I wanted to try Seoul Casa, a fusion restaurant that combines Korean and Mexican food. My wife and I were NOT disappointed. We entered the restaurant at 7:24 PM on a Saturday and were seated immediately with no reservations needed. Unlike the over-priced restaurants downtown, there are tons of free parking spaces (like you would see at a supermarket parking lot). We were served by Michael and Emory (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Both were very friendly, with Emory even giving us suggestions for a couple of restaurants to try in Fairbanks when we would go there a few days later. I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the restaurant, but it was very bright, quiet, and inviting. After we placed our orders, the food came very quickly. My spicy pork Kimchrito and my wife's 3 Amigos tacos were both very tasty and very filling. We also had the bulgogi egg rolls with their casa-made spicy mayo sauce. Interestingly, they cut the two egg rolls lengthwise. We dipped them in the spicy mayo sauce and they were fantastic. I am not sure when we will next visit Anchorage, but returning to this restaurant will DEFINITELY be on my list. If you want to try food that is different from most downtown restaurants, look up Seoul Casa on your GPS mapping app and head their way. I hope you will enjoy their food as much as we did.

I have been wanting to go here for years but my husband is ... unpredictable when it comes to food. He tends to have traditional taste buds and I was fearful he wouldn't like it. Well I caught him in the right mood and he agreed to go. We walked in and immediately he was questioning his decision because the interior is very modern- its beautiful but comfortable. I LOVE IT. it has a nice urban vibe. The staff was quick to arrive and take our order. The have an awesome drink menu. I didn't realize they served alcohol and was VERY excited to learn they have an unusual Korean drink I've been looking for. Since I drank the whole damn bottle, I'll be honest, I don't remember about the details of the meal, but it was all really delicious and we will definitely be back. Since its Korean-Mexican i can eat here again without feeling like I'm cheating on WonJo. Ha

Kalbi Bowl! Fake Kalbi, it's actually bulgogi, they are playing word game here

Disappointing experience - Misleading menu descriptions. I was very disappointed with the "Kalbi" bowl I ordered here. In authentic Korean cuisine, Kalbi strictly refers to short ribs (usually beef). However, what I was served was just cheap, thinly sliced beef(Bulgogi). The most frustrating part is that they actually have real, authentic Kalbi on another part of the same menu, which means management knows exactly what Kalbi is. And he try to explain and mislead me. They are intentionally playing word games, using the name "Kalbi" to describe the sweet soy marinade rather than the actual premium cut of meat, likely hoping customers won't know the difference. Using cheap meat substitutes under a premium name is highly misleading. If you are looking for real Kalbi, look closely at the menu or avoid this place.

Located in a strip mall was surprised to find such a unique place. Serving Korean/ Mexican tacos and blending the food cultures is a genius idea. We started out with a flavored soju- and shared the trio tacos and a rice bowl. Service was excellent. Check out the photos in the front of the restaurant as Guy Fieri featured them on one of his shows!

Quick and friendly service in a cute atmosphere. Love the giant projection TV for sporting events. The food was also really good. We ordered the crab rangoons, the sweet corn, and some tacos. The sweet corn was very good but unexpected, as I was thinking it would be similar to Elotes. It is not (which isn't bad, just more of an FYI). The spicy pork taco was quite tasty and I might actually get the spicy pork rice bowl at a future visit. Our server was also really good - friendly and helpful but not hovering. Highly recommend.

I Just LOVE their Kimchi-Ritos. The Steak and the Chicken and Shrimp . I can see why it's their Go-to on their Menu . Tried their Bulgogi Eggrolls; OMG!!! those things SLAP . I've also had their Kimchi-Supreme Tots . Just an Amazing Fusion Place that you should try; if your a Tourist visiting Anchorage; THIS is a place you DON'T want too pass up.

My husband found this place and we were intrigued by the cool fusion of two cuisines so decided to give it a try. It's tucked away in the corner of a plaza. There's lots of tables and the staff was friendly and attentive. I was happy to see a handful of vegetarian friendly options. I opted for the veggie fried rice and it was delicious! Full of flavor and well made. We also got kimchi tots which were so good!! Others tried the tofu tacos, kimchi rice bowl, 3 amigos tacos. Everyone loved their food and absolutely devoured it. The food was fresh and not greasy and had so many great flavors. Definitely check them out if you're looking to try something new!

Their tater tots are perfection! Forgot what this wrap was called but I liked it. Fun vibe, they were pretty crowded for lunch. Only downside is my fiancé's order took a long time to arrive.

Great option for Korean-Mexican fusion food in the Anchorage area! The nachos were delicious with plentiful toppings, tacos were also solid, the salsa was a little too chunky and sweet, could've used some spice. Service was great, very kind staff with helpful recommendations and the location was well decorated.

It was around 8 pm when we started searching online, and found this restaurant which closes at 10 pm. As soon as we got there the lady brought us Korean style tea to warm up. We have been to many Korean restaurants all over the US but no where else has brought that many dishes if banchan. Our entrees came, same sizes as elsewhere, and just as tasty. Those fermented side dishes were the stars, until the bibimbap came out. The clay pot was more a large plate, but it was HOT and it made the rice exactly like I like it: crispy on the bottom and soft on the top. All the accoutrements were tasty and blended well with the rice and sauce. I wasn't sure what each of them were, so I tried a little bit at a time. They all had some unique savory flavors. In the end I mixed them all together for a final flash and bang of flavor. Service was excellent. Maybe the owner, maybe the manager was also seated at the bar and he stopped by at the end of my meal to ask about everything. Friendly and professional. Maybe under $120 before tip including a soda and a few appetizers. The portions here are big as far as meat goes. And unlike other Korean bbq I've had, they kind of have you dump the meat on the grill and take the plate with them. It felt different but I have no issues with that. Towards the end I was stuffed and I think I'd recommend ordering maybe half an order of meat for the last round if you're not famished. My favorite dish was definitely the cheese corn really because I love esquites. My husband was a big fan of the japchae which was also worth getting. My three year old picky daughter enjoyed the pork belly and plain rice. This is definitely somewhere I'd come back to. They had great quality food and plenty of sides for me to chow down on.
