The cashier was also super friendly and chatting and giving information to the customer at the register, but apparently this customer had a LOT of questions. She was holding up the line for 15 minutes. I counted, and then left because there were 3 more people in front of me but the line wasn't moving. There was another cash register, just not enough people working to help out. But waiting aside, Sephora really needs more than one person working at the same time, to help out with customer service.
