The cashier gave no greeting, no smile, no "thank you," no "have a nice day" ... nothing. He simply handed me the bag without saying a word. Wth? That kind of cold, indifferent service really stands out in a customer-facing position. A clean, well-run store loses a lot of goodwill when the final interaction feels that dismissive. Management should seriously look at cashier training and basic customer-service standards. A simple greeting and thank-you cost nothing, but they make a big difference.

First, I will say I agree with what other reviewers say - its rough to get an appointment, especially if you travel for work like I do. Let me tell you, it is worth the wait. A busy dentist is one with lots of returning patients! I recently went to another dentist for a procedure because I couldn't get appointment. Huge HUGE mistake. I figured "how bad can it be"? Well..... it was horrible. I now have a crown from another dentist that is problematic a full year later. Intense pain from another dentists work like I have never experienced in all my years of going to Dr. Pellegrino, but I am back to get it fixed! (Now much more wiser). In the years I have been with Dr. Pellegrino I just forgot how good he and his staff were because everything was so effortless, and easy, and proper. Suffice to say I just took it for granted in general. I have had a crown, fillings, replacement of old fillings from other dentists, countless cleanings, whitening, and other dental procedures. All went well. I came in, had the procedures done, and walked out with no issue. This has been my experience for years. I have recommended Dr. Pellegrino too all my friends or acquaintances, and will continue to recommend him. Years of quality work with zero pain - and many more to come. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they even provided us bagels and mimosas while we got ready. I have very long, thick hair that can be challenging to work with. The stylist was very skilled, and gave me a beautiful up-do (that didn't make me look like Amy Winehouse. Trust me, that was a legitimate concern of mine, given how thick and dark my hair is). The makeup artist did a great job with the airbrush makeup as it definitely looked wedding-ready. I thought everything was reasonably priced...and bonus: they accept credit cards! :)
