I'm a Sephora Rouge member (second year in a row) and love love love my Sephora experiences. I've actually been to Sephoras in three different states and I've only been going to Sephora for a year. I understand there are a lot of complaints about this store, so let me break it down for you as to what is great and not so great about this place. What this place is GREAT for: 1. Customized make over. Because I'm a Rouge member, I get these for free. These girls know how to get to me! They are very good about introducing me to new makeup and skincare (sneaky!). I've not had a bad makeover at this place, and I've been made over by at least 5 different ladies here. I think the trick is to be VERY SPECIFIC as to what you want. I've done natural makeup here, one that is a throw back to classic 60s Hollywood, a David Bowie 80s look, etc. They're great at this, and the more absurd, the more they're into what you're asking for. 2. Getting things on the fly: They're good about getting the new stuff out, but I'd check with your app before heading down. This store is very small. I have no idea why - they certainly have the foot traffic to get a bigger store, but they don't. It's very sad, but it's what it is, and that's not the Sephora ladies' fault. What this place is NOT GREAT for: 3. Don't bother coming here to check out a new product. They probably won't have it. 4. Getting individualized attention unless you have an appointment, though when I sent my 12 YO daughter to check out a few things with my 18 YO friend, they were VERY gracious with her, and gave her basically a full makeover for free. I was very impressed. Overall, I love my Cerritos Sephora ladies! But this isn't where I shop. I shop almost exclusively online. I don't think you should be buying things you haven't tried out at the stores any way. Try it on, leave it on the whole day, see what it does for you. Ask for samples. Be greedy. Every time I come in here it's not too busy(mornings during the week). I came in here today for getting foundation that I ran out of. I wanted to try a different shade because the one I have I think it's a bit dark. I stood around waiting to get some help there was two ladies who obviously were catching up on the gossip because they both looked my way and both times looked away and went elsewhere. I finally went to the cashier and asked for help and of course she got on her ear piece and asked and they told her it would take 7 minutes to have someone help me. Really??? A job is a job and wether your getting paid top dollar or not you should always take care of your customers instead of gossiping around. I did see a guy that looked like he was working but a rude a hole when I asked for help. Didn't get anything there after all because even the girl at the register said she couldn't move from there. One of the most Horrible effin experiences ever! Incompetent and unaccommodating staff! Okay first of all, some of the ladies working here aren't very friendly. Ladies, please, your CUSTOMERS are the ones who can AFFORD to buy expensive skin care products. How much do you make? Like $10 an hour? So cut it with the attitude. I could really care less if your make up is on fleek. One, you probably are using the tester products, which is sad. And two, most of you can't afford what you're selling and wearing anyway. So please. You just work there, you ain't shit. Secondly, waiting for someone to help you literally will take forever. This place is always crowded, so congested. Not only is it hard to look for products, it is much harder to buy things for someone else. I had to have someone speak to my sister over the phone to assist me, then, the man said he will get a lady to assist me because he didn't know anything about make up. I waited 10 to 15minutes, then got fed up. He didn't even bother to follow up if i still needed help. Pointless. Useless! Had to roam around the store myself to find the itemized list of products. I'm so sorry if i do not know that make up have different colors or shades or whatever, and i didn't include it in my list when i went shopping. If you are buying for someone else especially if you are a guy, or don't wear make up, stay very far away. The store is always crowded, so many people and employees in the way which makes getting help hard, especially if you are a guy, they assume that you are just accompanying a female customer. Wait times for the line at check out is ridiculous. Horrible just horrible. If ever i was to come back here, i will bring a female friend to help me out. No wonder most block and mortar stores are going out of business and their employees are getting laid off. Inefficient. Ineffective. No sympathy from me if this happens to these people here. They have No clue or idea what customer service is. I'd rather shop on Amazon or online next time than deal with that type of customer service and wait times. Heed my advice folks. I used to frequent this location ALL the time, it was the closest one to my mom's house growing up, and for the most part we came to the Cerritos Mall anyways. So I've been a loyal customer for about 14 years or so.. Anyhow, since I do most of my shopping at SCP now, I've stopped coming here as much, usually only when I'm short on time or the SCP location doesn't have what I'm searching for. Like today. Hence the review :) I jumped online Sunday morning after checking with Chey to see if my mom had coughed up a Christmas list yet. She doesn't like things behind bought for her, she loves to give instead. My sweet momma. :) soo when she told me there were some things my mom wanted from Sephora I said perfect cuz I was headed to Macy's Men's to finish of my BF, Dad and FIL's lists, so I'd stop by. Sephora and grab what she wanted. The mini Smashbox Primer Water & the Shape Matters palette. She's into neutrals, so the palette suits her look. I checked online to make sure it was in stock, which it was, and headed out (of course it says "within the past 24hrs" so I should have called because..Christmas) to fave the crowds. Fast forward to finding a very empty display case, so i checked with a sales rep who said she'd call some stores. Anaheim, Santa Ana and Cerritos. Cerritos had one, the other locations would have a possible shipment on Monday or Tuesday. So I went with Cerritos. I don't take chances with Christmas gifts for my momma. Thanked the gal at SCP and zoomed off to Cerritos to grab my goodies. When I got there.. The line was literally to the door and wrapped around the NARS display.. Crazy packed!!! Went to the front to get the palette, while the mini primer water is available in the check out line.. So I headed to the back, but decided to see if I could find anything from UD that I couldn't live without.. I didn't, but the sweetest sales associate recommended a cute lip color from Stila in the shade "Guava" and it's very flattering, a color that would look good on all skin tones for sure! Scooped up an extra gift for my mom thanks to her :) this store was SO busy, 85% of the holiday items were out of stock, many displays were bare, and a lot of the palettes or items were put back all over the place making them harder to find! So I decided to wrap it up and go back to the never ending checkout line.. The layout of the store makes looking at the displays while not hitting people in line, really hard and you could see customers getting frustrated :/ while I was in line I noticed a face mask thingy I was interested in. It was soooo busy, but I still flagged down a sales associate and asked about the Glam Glow.. She said it was fab and if I wanted a sample! Yes please :) naturally all of the sample jars were out in half the displays so I told her it was ok, I'd get it at a less busy time. She insisted and went to the back for about 10 minutes.. I figured she'd given up, no big, I didn't blame her lol. But she popped back up with a bagged little sample for me a few seconds later! I was sooo grateful to Ashley, and she was so nice! Honestly I was not gonna be mad if she hadn't come back, but because she had awesome customer service, I had to give her a shout out. This store was hella busy, and I remembered why I don't come here as often anymore, because it feels so cramped now.. But I was able to finish my moms Christmas shopping, and had an freaking wonderful holiday customer service experience.. It totally made me forget about having to wait in the super long line, or with the few peeps that shoulder bumped me.. Because honestly, around the holidays, it's really hard to be constantly pleasant in the retail industry! So thank you to the Cerritos Sephora, Lori at SCP and Ashley at Cerritos for helping me out big time in the mad dash that is last minute Christmas shopping!!! read more

I rarely write a bad review. As a VIB Rouge member I was so excited to receive an email saying I can convert my points into gift cards. Pretty awesome right? Well, evidently this only happens if you are one of the first few people in line on a Tuesday at 9:00 am!!! Seriously Sephora??? I spend a lot of money at your store, and that because I work to earn the money. Like most of America I work at the 9:00 a.m. hour. After reading numerous other reviews it's pretty clear I am not the only person upset about this. I am also upset that it took me an hour to figure this out because the employees working in the store didn't understand how this program works. Also, the store was really messy. Napkins, brushes, broken makeup, all over the place. I think I've just about had its with Sephora. You guys need to get it together and provide additional training to you employees as far as maintaining the cleanliness of the store and helping them better understand your very strange rewards program. Better yet revamp the whole program and make it simple, so that EVERYBODY can use and enjoy it. read more

They do give you the once over in a pretty rude fashion. They better watch it, theres lots of pencils and tweezers and various beauty implements that could easily be used as weapons if they cross the wrong hombre. I tend to shop at Sephora quite often, but I usually go to the Downtown Disney or Santa Monica locations. This time around, a friend and I were on in need of some items but didnt have time to travel out of our city -- we ended up at the Sephora inside Cerritos Mall. The moment I walked in, I had 3 reps approach me with suggestions/recommendations.. I already knew what I wanted, I knew what section to walk to get it and I definitely didn't need make-up advice from 3 girls who, combined, looked like Hatchet Face from Cry Baby. SO I picked up a loose powder and walked over to the Urban Decay section. Just lurking around the corner is another associate, "Have you checked out the Kat Von D line? She has some neat colors you might like." 'Nah. I hate that bitch. I hate her show and so I hate anything she endorses.' "LOL. Oh! SO, can I recommend a lipstick for you?" 'No. I use MAC lipstick. You don't carry MAC here.' "Well, Kat Von D has a shade of red that I think you'll absolutely like." Ya know, when you are pretty much cornered with no where to run, you have no choice but to say 'Ok, show me your stupid lipstick that I will not like because I hate Kat Von D.' Anyway, so pushy sales reps ain't cool in my book. Let me breathe. Let me wander around and discover all the new products that are way beyond my budget. Let me go spray tons of perfume on little sample tabs and throw them on the floor. Let me fiddle with the colorful Urban Decay shadows in peace. Yesterday my mom and I went shopping at Sephora. We were assured by Cynthia J and she was AMAZING!! Not only was she patient because we aren't professionals but she kept introducing us to new products. Recommending things that we should try. She color matched my mom with a tented moisturizer and said you know, let's try something else. The next foundation matched so perfectly and gave my mom a great glow. I wanted a moisturizer and did she hit the mark with a vegan/wonderful product. She even gave me recommendations for drug store products because I didn't want to spend too much money. We were also assisted by Angel in the end who had some bomb eye makeup. He was very nice and informative as well. Ladies if you need help picking out any makeup ask for Cynthia J. I came in on a Friday and the store was busy. Luckily I came in knowing what i wanted and wanted to try out some samples as well. When I was looking for my products Miriam came up to me and asked if i needed any assistance which I did. I had printed out what I was interested in and was showing her. Ugh. I like this place. Probably a bit too much. I'm a VIB or whatever they call it in their rewards program. Which translates to "I spend too &@?# much at your store!" Hahaha. Anyway, this store has always been good to me ever since it opened. The employees are friendly and helpful. They always have a good selection of products, and I can always find something I need or want when I need or want it. :D The only thing I don't really care for is the "greeter" person (usually a male), who stands by the door saying hello and goodbye to customers. It's kind of creepy, because it's not really a friendly hello or goodbye. You know they're there for security reasons, but they masquerade as a "greeter." Lol. read more

How To Lose A Guy in Ten Days Day One: Take him to Sephora. Days Two through Ten: Repeat Step One. Shoot. Maybe you can even lose him in one day... You wouldn't even have to try all that hard. Just walk him in and instantly forget about your BF's presence because ALL, and I mean ALL, your senses are completely overwhelmed by the intense collection of EVERYTHING a girl could possibly want (sometimes even before she knew such things even existed). Hours and hours may go by before reality sinks in and you remember that you have not died and gone to makeup heaven. In reality, you merely wanted to "stop by" and "just see." Yeah, after a few hours, your BF will have made a run for it. Somewhere far, far away. If your temporary manic obsessive makeup whoring alter ego didn't scare him off, I'm sure your face will, what with the multicolored eyelids (you just HAD to see how all the colors would accentuate your eyes!), rainbow streaks all over your hands (of course palms are fair game if you run out of "back of the hand" space to "test" the eyeliners and lipglosses on!), the enormous pucker (because you're too cheap to buy the $20 bottle of Lip Venom, so you slather it on from the test tubes), the various tan lines all over your face (it's impossible to find the perfect shade of powder without TRYING it first!), and the four dozen or so perfumes you just had to sparingly spritz on your wrists, neck, clothes, and hair. I was shuffling through the Cerritos Mall when I stopped dead in my tracks by a sign advertising that a Sephora store had opened near Mervyn's. Sidenote: Someone over at Mervyn's needs to adddress that pigstye they call a store. Did you know that many many many years ago it was once an Orbach's department store and was a very upscale establishment? Even the sleek red-tiled exterior looks shabby, it's so sad. Anywho.... I was so excited about the new Sephora I almost wet my pants a little bit. Something just comes over me when I go to Sephora. I can't explain it, but I think I now understand how people can go to Vegas and easily blow a few hundred dollars at a blackjack table. I call it 'cosmetics fever' and I've yet to discover the cure. Yes this Sephora is on the smaller side just like Melissa said. I was looking for the Vincent Longo line and it's not here. I heard good things about his foundation and wanted to try it. I'll have to go to South Coast to find it. I ended up buying the Nars oil-free foundation and I love it. I think I just dumped my MAC foundation for a product that costs almost twice as much. Beauty ain't cheap, sister! So after sampling a few dozen different lipglosses I remembered that I was there to buy a gift. I gathered my composure and focused on the task at hand. My Chanel fragrance was beautifully gift-wrapped for mom, I'm sure she'll be very happy. By the way, Sephora now offers a frequent buyer card. You earn points with every purchase and they are redeemed for gifts. I even got one of those laminated cards to add to my key ring like my Ralph's card. Great, just what I need, a constant reminder that Sephora is nearby. I'm an official 'card carrying' customer of Sephora now. The world will never be the same. read more

The only reasons, as a guy, that I considered buying something in here: 1. I was getting a seasonal reaction in my eye, so I was recommended to come here by a Nordstrom's worker because they didn't have enough men's products. 2. My cousin does director work for Sephora's advertising So I went in, and the worker at the front directed me to the men's skin care section. I walked to the section to find about 2 sections, about 4 brands of Men's skincare that they carried, 3 more than Nordstroms. While I was looking, a lady dressed like the manager came over and helped me out. She helped me sample stuff and recommended about 3 items. She was very helpful and easy to get along with. Ended up buying one of the item, without my cousin's corporate discount, but heed my words Sephora, I will use the discount next time. read more

I've never bought anything at Sephora, because I almost never buy makeup and am usually happy with whatever I can find at the drugstore. That said, Sephora is a happy fun land where I can coat myself in glitter, spritz on something good, and then walk out giggling. I needed a lipstick that was red red - not pink red or orange red - and I stumbled across this Sephora by mistake after having been ignored at the MAC counter in Nordstrom. Where better, right? Wrong. I wandered the store for ten minutes without a salesperson so much as saying hello to me, and the store wasn't even busy; several employees looked at me and moved on. I'm perfectly fine looking at lipstick on my own, although I know there was a stricken look on my face (too much makeup for too much money, overwhelming)...and you'd think that would make me an easy target for a salesperson to talk into dropping a few hundred bucks on beauty products she doesn't know she doesn't need. But no. I tried some lipsticks out on my hand, but I was already unexcited about paying $12 for their cheapest lipstick (dude, 99 cents at CVS), and really, the service confirmed that I wouldn't be giving them my business. read more

I love this Sephora location. When I'm buying cosmetic, I want you to leave me alone and let me play with the lipsticks to my heart's content. I like that they don't bother you here. But there's always someone nearby to help me if I need to find something. The best thing about this Sephora is that they never give me a hard time when I return/exchange something and I don't have my receipt...which is often. Hey, if I'm buying a tiny tube of lipgloss for $22, I have to make sure it looks good on me in all sorts of lighting, tastes good, has the right texture, and comes in a cute case. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to find the perfect one. This is also one of the few Sephora location that still carries Shiseido cosmetic and skin care. read more

I stopped by this Cerritos location last night to buy a friend a gift card, since I was in I wanted to get some info on the Naked eye shadows that everyone is raving about. I approach the register and the associate says to head back in that direction and someone will come to help me. I return to the area and after waiting a few minutes I returned back to the register. There were 3 employees at the register, one appeared to be a manger and they were All not assisting anyone. I asked if one of the 3 employees can help me and she said NO go back to the shadow area and someone will come to help... What??? Really??? There are 3 THREE Sephora Team members, one appeared to be a manager of some sort since one of the employees had to ask if she can leave the register to help me. Needless to say I left the store just buying my gift card.not only am I sharing my extreamly unpleasant experience on yelp but I also completed a online survey that I received. I will not be returning to this store. I can buy my makeup else where, there are plenty of other stores that sell Naked shadows. read more

You'd think for such a high volume store they would keep their products stocked and associates well trained. Sephora is my weakness! Sephora Cerritos, on the other hand, isn't as great as the Anaheim location. Same concept & same little girls coming out with a $hit ton of makeup on their faces, BUT that's expected! Cerritos isn't the only Sephora to that falls victim to kids ransacking all the samples and it's hardly their fault. The reason why "I've experienced better" is because of the service. I've been there plenty of times. Two particular occasions were really important to me. See, I'm VERY critical of a lot of things, especially with my makeup! I can't even let anyone put it on me without completely insulting them. Maybe it's because I haven't worked with the right makeup artist, or I just really suck as a person...but I'll go with my first thought on that! So, for my wedding I went to this Sephora to purchase ALL my makeup for that day. Did I look like a bum? Was I not there for more then an hour running around? Even though I said "I'm browsing for now" in the beginning doesn't mean that I won't need help an hour later! Not one person asked if I was still okay. I was just looked at. At one point I even wandered around looking for someone to help me. I eventually got what I wanted with no help from the staff and for some reason this exact scenario happens every time I'm there! One time a lady at the counter said, "Your here often right? That's why I left you alone since you know where everything is." WTF? Who says that?! Experience topples any claim of cleanliness issues & clientele pet peeves though those are issues nonetheless for the average folk! I think training may be an issue and could use more managerial support. Customers & store appearance should be their main focus and make sure that it really shows during the entire day. The products are there, though this store is a lot smaller then other Sephora's. The clients come in because of the name but this store needs to learn how to keep them coming back for more. I'll revisit regardless since they usually have what I need, but I'm not there for the service. I'll take it to Downtown Disney for that! read more

Been here a few times and I must say that most of the employees here don't seem to know what they are talking about or trying to do. They seem to be more concerned about each other and what they did the night prior than their customers... with one exception. I went back and forth into this Sephora a few times within a day because I left it after getting poor service or no service at all, but really wanted to get what I had originally came for since I don't know of any other Sephora around (I just moved here). Anyway, there was one girl in particular... taller girl with short hair and glasses... I wish I remembered her name who went out of her way to assist me and answer my million questions without hesitation. Erica did my mom's makeup and she did an AMAZING job! She was so kind and patient with us. My daughter asked so many questions and she encouraged her and showed us all tips. She was the only reason our time here was great, because everyone else didn't have great customer service. I will come back for her only. Also their online scheduling system sucks and I didn't get to have my makeup done even though I made an appointment. They also charged me for it and told me I'd get a refund but never did. Blech. I think the reason that most of us go to a Sephora store is for a little boost. Done right, the Sephora experience will make you feel clean, beautiful, and luxurious... good enough to buy a single $30 make up brush and be ok with it. This location is like a Rite Aid. Not even a nice Rite Aid, but one that is short stocked, dirty, and full of 14 year olds trying on makeup. For the amount of money they charge, they should probably put a little more effort into the ambience. i remember it being nice when i was in high school? when they individually wrapped everything in pretty red paper and gave you a ton of samples and helped you pick out some new products? This Sephora location sucks!!!! First of all, let me start off by saying how much I truly love Sephora. I come from the OC and the Sephora at the South Coast Plaza is great. I have also been to the ones in Las Vegas and LA (by the Kodak Theatre) and they are just wonderful!!!! They have everything that you need there. The customer service is awesome at all three locations. Everyone is really friendly and they are very helpful. This location at the Cerritos Mall on the other hand, is just AWFUL!! The staff is RUDE. They don't even approach you and ask if you need help. When you have a question, no one that works there is available to ask because they are busy talking amongst themselves or messing around with one another. If you interrupt to ask even one question, they are really rude and they act like you are at fault. It's really odd because this location seems to lack a lot of the goodies that I usually see at the South Coast Plaza location. On top of that, it is really messy - not everything is in it's right place. It is also dirty. Gross!! If someone plans on buying something to put on their face, you'd expect the store to be clean so that you know that the product that you are buying has not been tampered with. This place gives me doubts about buying stuff from there because everything is so unorganized, the staff is just rude and it is dirty. I usually love going to Sephora, but this location is the worst. This review is for Claudia who helped me pick out my foundation shade. I initially came in because I needed a new foundation. I came here to pick up the Estee Lauder double wear foundation but was told they don't carry it at this store since this is a smaller Sephora store. Claudia helped me pick out my Dior Forever foundation shade instead and told me that this is the holy grail at the moment. She told me that with the Estee Lauder foundation you can still see texture, which I noticed, especially on my nose. She told me that the Dior Forever foundation doesn't have that problem. She then sat me down and gathered some products and applied it to my face. She only used Dior products and I loved everything so much, I got it all. I ended up getting the: - Dior Skin Forever foundation - Dior Skin Forever and Ever Wear Primer - Dior Creme de Rose lip balm - Dior Instant cleansing water - Dior Addict lip glow (2; one in lilac and the other in coral) - Dior Hydra Life cream The foundation glided on and the application was flawless. I went throughout my day and the foundation stayed on despite it being a ridiculously hot day. I also went the gym later that evening and everything stayed put. I stopped by Sephora at the Cerritos Mall to check out some new colognes yesterday. It's been a couple years since I've updated my scents and I'm currently trying to find something appropriate for the office and another one for early evenings. It was pretty crowded it being a Saturday afternoon but the staff were still polite enough to ask if I had any questions. I really want to acknowledge the amazing service of Coyo at the men's fragrace department. I have yet to meet someone who is so knowledgeable about cologne. I gave a description of what I was looking for and I was suggested a few scents that might fit what I might be seeking. Coyo was really patient, helpful and never pushy. Anyhow, I'll be back next week to pick up a new scent. Truly pleased I stopped by. I recommend any guys to check it out and not be afraid to ask for some advice! read more

Summary - You'll have a better shopping experience online as far as product availability. Staff is not as attentive as other stores but in my experience has been pleasant. Products outperform drugstore brands. The review - I can't believe I'm wring this review of a Sephora store, it pains me. The few times I've shopped at this particular store have been disappointing. Rearrange the store so I can't find anything, forgivable. Empty, misplaced, missing, or icky testers, forgivable. Ignore me on occasion, forgivable. Forget to give me a trial size, forgivable. Out of prized beauty products, sad but forgivable. Out of gift cards over a week before Christmas on a rainy day? Unforgivable. If you don't want my money I won't give it to you. Multiple people (including several guys who were buying gifts for their gf) walked out empty handed in the hours I spent browsing. It brought tears to my eyes to think several ladies out there weren't going to get a Sephora gift card for Christmas. Any thoughtful friend & especially boyfriend deserves the right to buy Sephora gift cards. Management - Can you hear me? If you haven't noticed you sell products that nearly every girl in the world wants and you are in Cerritos Mall. In this economy the parking lot is full, mall traffic can overflow onto the freeway not just from the main entrance but from the back entrance too! I DID NOT COME HERE BY MY OWN FREE WILL. That being said.... I came in trailing after my cousin who was visiting from Australia. She had a massive shopping list from home and it was all Sephora based so, I brought her here. After an hour, she had almost all the items on her list and we were out of there. I don't understand make up so I can't really review this place fairly, but I will say that the staff was friendly enough, at least to my cousin, which is all that matters. With the way that I dress, I was surprised that any of the staff bothered to speak to me, but they did....well, at least one of them did. Pity I didn't catch her name. The associate who helped my cousin with her search was very accommodating and personally picked out the items from both the store shelves and in the back room. The items that were not on hand were searched for in the database. This isn't a lot of work but for the little these people get paid, this young lady did a phenomenal job and I was impressed with her work ethic. The store is clean though the overwhelming presence of a hundred different colognes and perfumes was painful. The music is quite loud as well but other than that, I see nothing wrong with this place.............. ..............well..........aside from the fact that it's full of tens of thousands of pieces of paint that are entirely unnecessary. read more

Aaah...Sephoraland. I've walked in and out of this place numerous times, and for the most part, I've just browsed on through not really interested in getting help. I had one mission when I traipsed in here the other day: a face powder. The place was not busy since it was a Tuesday morning, and I was pleasantly surprised that the person who I asked helped from, was actually very helpful. She didn't try to push any products on me, and she actually listened to my concerns about my complexion and mineral powder. Really great and very nice! It's too bad that I didn't catch her name. I love Sephora. Their beauty products are top notch. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about make up and skin care... That being said, I would expect excellent make overs from their professional makeup artist. (Since that is what they call themselves, "Artists"). Day of my engagement photoshoot, I was excited about my makeover. What a big disappointment. I will not be coming back for their custom make over. The MUA who worked on me attached false lashes onto my real lashes and it was a struggle to remove and reapply. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eye shadow to look like. NOPE. FAR FROM IT. She did not blend my foundation properly which left streak marks, and clumps of excess foundation on my face. I had to wipe off the extra foundation, buff away the streak marks, and reapply the falsies myself. I could have done a WAY better job at home with drugstore products. Waste of time and money. I did, however, adore the false lashes that she applied (incorrectly) After I reapplied them, they felt very light and looked very natural. And that is what my one star is for. read more

I am a rouge so obviously love shopping at Sephora. For whatever reason, this location always gives the worst service. The workers definitely aren't friendly and do not make me feel welcome while shopping at this location. It's the closest Sephora to me but because of the constant bad service, I'd rather keep going to south coast where I feel that my service is appreciated :) read more

This place needs major maintenance by cleaning all the testers. It's scary to buy your make up when it's filled with dust everywhere. The Estée Lauder tester was so dirty with dust everywhere. None of the staff were friendly and just passes you by without asking if you need assistance. I'm truly disappointed. Would rather buy online. read more
