Loveeee coming to this Sephora employees are always super nice & very helpful! I also love the variety of eyelashes they have at this location. I stopped by on 10/06/2016 around 8ish looking for a great moisturizer so I was lucky enough to talk to one of the employees that was working on the skin section I don't quite remember her name I think it was Kiki or Niki I didn't really hear her but she was very very HELPFUL & super NICE really helped me on what I was looking for and was giving me tips on different moisturizers I should use. After we stared talking about concealers & she was recommending me a variety of different ones I should try. Probably the friendliest Sephora I've been to. Granted it wasn't too busy on a Monday afternoon. I didn't get her name, but a very nice blond woman with an accent helped me find what I needed. She was very informative and nice. After getting what I need, I saw her asking others if they needed help. My typical Sephora experience has been the workers gossiping to each other and trying to hide from the customers. So it was nice to get what I need really quickly. :) read more

if you are booking a beauty service appointment, definitely call to confirm your appointment. i made a appointment around 10am to get a full face for 7pm and had even gotten a text confirmation of my appointment. around an hour later it sent me another text saying thank you almost as if i had completed the appointment, but at the time didn't think much it if and thought maybe it was a confirmation thanking me for making an appointment or something. i went in around 6:30 and they were shocked i had an appointment because they didn't see it in their system. turns out it had been marked as completed when i had received that text on accident. there was only one girl, jessica who had been finishing up a client and was supposed to be done for the day but ended up skipping her lunch to help me with my service. jessica is SO sweet and did such an amazing job on my make up. she did as much as she could to accommodate me in the time that we had and did a very good job. wanted to make sure she got credit where it's due. read more

I was here for a face mask and the lady working was super nice and helpful. She recommended me another product besides the one I was eyeing and I fell in love! I've never tried dr perricone before but I'm excited to try this mask. The lady was super genuine and I felt like I can rely on her to give me the honest opinions. I ended up buying the product she recommended. She even tried it on me and waiting till I saw the results before I left. Not sure how the other sephoras are but this one is in my hotel so why not. I went into this store in the forum shops close to midnight on a Saturday. I was looking for a perfume, I have a hard time trying to find one I like. A man named Dennis helped me by asking which ones I have liked in the past. He took me to a computer and put them in and found out which underlying notes I am liking. We found that I like vanilla, and he was so generous to give me five different samples to take home and figure out which one I like before purchasing. I did not expect such great service at midnight when people are trying to get home from work. Great customer service. read more

I loved this Sephora's size and selection, but unfortunately do not feel comfortable returning. I went today and was chatted up by who I thought was a genial older Asian woman...then she asked me if I needed help. I told her no I was just browsing. Moved on to the nail polish center, checking out more of the unusual colors, taking a photo for my friend who is a nail polish enthusiast. Surprisingly the same lady was right behind me asking if I needed help with nail polish. Again politely declined paying attention to taking the pics and texting. It took me a while to realize she was staring me down. She was so on top of me that when my friend called me and I said, "Hello", she responded. Clearly she was watching me carefully. I went into this sephora with my friend, and as we walk in this lady with hideous blue eyeshadow that looks like she tried to do a look of Ursula says "underage girls coming in" to her mic. First off, it was completely unprofessional, and now i understand the controversy of how sephora workers are rude and talk about their customers secretly. This is the second time I've come here and on my last visit they were talking about another female as well. How sad. read more

I was helped by Deanna ! She's so sweet. She helped me contour my face and showed me some cool techniques. She also made me some samples. I bought a few items and the cashier was NOT friendly . She goes ... "Are you ready now"???!. I believe her name was Brittany. She asked if I have a points card with them and didn't explain to be what it was . I had to ask her and when I asked her what the benefits of the member points are far she said "it's nothing really just points. Really? Well I signed up for it , and whadddddya know ... She have to give me a qualifying Bday gift for it Nars Lip shimmer!! So uninformative of Brittany, which was why i knocked one star off. read more

I was never greeted, and waited for several people to come ask if I needed assistance. After a few minutes I approached someone who could not help but said they would get someone. I waited again and after 10 minutes I walked out. I went down the street to the Miracle Mile Sephora and was immediately greeted and helped and made my purchase within 5 minutes. read more

This Sephora is located at The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. While I was shopping around the store several employees asked if I needed help and they helped me locate items I was trying to find. This is a very large and very busy store but thanks to the great employees I was able to get everything I came in for. My shopping trip to this Sephora was a very pleasant one. read more

This Sephora is AMAZING! I am from Florida and it is the best one I have seen yet. The associates were very friendly but not very invasive; they let me try out everything that I wanted to without bothering me. I even gave some of my friends makeovers and they were encouraging us and happy to watch! Backstory: my makeup bag was in my suitcase which Spirit Airlines (DO NOT FLY) had "misplaced." Thank god Sephora was around the corner. They had brands that I had never seen in any Sephora store: Givenchy, full YSL products, Guerlin, etc. they also had a HUGE MFE only section where you could get the entire line of products and makeovers and advice. They had another section dedicated to MUAs but I didn't really explore it. Everything was in stock, which is rare, especially for such a popular location. One of the workers let me know that it was the largest store on the West Coast. Also, don't be afraid to ask them for tips about clubs and sightseeing because they are very friendly and knowledgable. I even gave one of the artists tips about a new NARS foundation that she hadn't tried yet because we had similar skin. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with this store! read more

However, this particular store visit was memorable and enjoyable. I met Gianna who was more than helpful! She was genuine, sweet and professional, taking the time to chat with me, understand my needs and recommend a variety of products. The size of the store is fabulous, and product quality is exactly what you'd expect from a Sephora- second to none. I like Sephora because in a lot of cases, they're less expensive than going the local's route and hitting Ulta, and they've got SO much better stuff than Sally's Beauty Supply. If you're on the strip and getting top-caliber beauty supplies, however, you're better off hitting the location at the Venetian rather than Planet Hollywood's. The nice little surprise samples/gifts with purchase that you get when you order from Sephora online still can be expected at the Venetian location. (yay! new stuff to try out!) Plus, if you're pleasant and patient, half the time you can walk out with a fun makeover. Planet Hollywood location, not even goodies in your bag. sheesh read more

It's very rare for me to leave a review and take the time out of my day to praise customer service but I just have to for Tammi! She was excellent... When others neglected to even want to help me and it felt like when I would ask other associates for help they would just say over there and point. Tammi took her time to explain that if it was out of stock she could order and ship the product to my home free of charge. She was not only friendly but exceptional in making sure I was taken care of and not overlooked. Now as far as the product I received I did have a problem as far as the pigment on the Anastasia brow tint seemed discolored. I didn't bother to return it because I needed it. But the other staff members should model Tammi and her behavior since many of you just ignored and pointed directions. I attended Sephora at Miracle Mile recently for a makeover. The makeover was great, and I purchased many of the items used. When I returned home, however, I was charged for items that I did not buy, and they were not in my bag. I contacted Richard at the store and was asked to send a receipt that had details of the transaction so they could check the camera footage and confirm I did not make the purchase. They confirmed this and told me I need to go to Sephora to get my refund. I didn't make this error, why am I being inconvenienced to get my refund? So I contacted corporate Sephora who refunded me and gave me a gift card. I won't be using this Sephora next time I'm in Vegas. read more

Came to return a product that was purchased the night before. The product was new and had never been open. The return was denied because according the Sales Associate "Lilly" they couldn't return it! As soon as we asked a different sales associate she didn't see a reason why I was denied to return the Eyelashes that were never used nor taken out the package. She was kind enough to help us out. This past weekend I went to Las Vegas to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. It was the Vib appreciation sale. I had called in to ask for the pat McGrath mini lipsticks set and to come buy and pick them up. Unfortunately at the time I had gone to the store they had been sold out. I appreciated the fact they understood my frustration, took time to understand my concerns. All Sephora employees were professional. I was not super impressed with this Sephora. The staff was not helpful. I have to return a 40.00 powder because I attempted to match it myself and of course it is the wrong color. The check out girl was also rude. I had 500 points and wanted help picking my freebie. She rushed me along and actually suggested I get a mascara. I have eye lash extensions which are pretty obvious. Amazing customer service. Above and beyond. Jacqui helped me get off all of my makeup and basically gave me a mini facial before I got my makeup done. She even cleaned off my lashes that I had already worn and wanted to wear again. My skin felt fantastic when she finished! As for my makeup, Gina is a GOD. I have never loved my makeup more. She went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted and is so crazy talented at what she does. I'm sure the other makeup artists are wonderful, but after getting my makeup done by her I wouldn't want to ask for anyone else! read more

I am not rating Sephora in general, but the customer service at this one is some of the worst I've encountered. First, I had to search for someone that didn't want to just walk past me and stand. Most of them had the attitude that I was lucky to be shopping there not that they were fortunate to have a paying customer. When I told the cashier that I was a Beauty Rewards member she immediately rolled her eyes and asked "do you have your card or do I have to look you up?" She was a bit nicer when I showed her I had my card on my phone, but how hard can it be to type in an email or phone number? Very rude and they all need some customer service lessons. However, because it's Sephora and it's in an extremely busy area, I'm sure they will continue to have customers. read more
