The food here is pretty good. The menu is nearly identical to all their other locations with the exception of the Veal Scaloppine Al Limone which was excellent. The espresso martini is average. The atmosphere is very nice with a big outdoor area with a big fan. The service was average. Overall a nice night.

Service was fantastic and food was good. We didn't have reservations and stopped in before the dinner rush (prior to busy season), and they were able to accommodate us. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the chicken Milanese I believe it was called. I'd say his dish tasted good but was a little dry due to there being more breading than chicken. The dishes are spread out but we didn't feel full after dinner.

Nice little spot in East Hampton. Our server was great, and our food was brought out quickly. The pastas we tried were delicious and the Branzino was also cooked well.

Anything you're craving you can find on the menu. Especially the drink menu! Second night here and everything we've had is so delicious. The staff, service and ambiance are the cherry on top. I'll always be back here when in the area.

Taking an 18 month old to the Hamptons isn't ideal but we had to take my baby for a family party. Until I had kids, I never realized how family friendly the Hamptons is. It doesn't mean that kids won't annoy other patrons or be met with sneers by the wait staff at restaurants. Proud to say we experienced excellent service and were welcomed with a high chair! The food here is kid friendly- they gave a kid's menu and they sell pizza, the main source of sustenance for toddlers (and most of us, let's be real). I can't attribute this to the restaurant, but the other patrons were very friendly. The waiter was from Italy and he was outstanding! So prompt with water refills, red crushed pepper and the necessary second glass of wine. They have outdoor seating and I highly recommend calling for a reservation in advance.

Always a phenomenal meal and atmosphere. Where comfort and elevation meets one another. These dishes are amazing; from the focaccias to the homemade pasta dishes. And all the way to the veal scaloppini to the salmon dish. Also ps Claudia the bartender is wonderful and is always is attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Lots of love for these people & place.

Sean our bartender was amazing , made the recommendations for food and wine, and they were amazing. His service and Stefanos was impeccable . They made me and my friend feel welcomed and we will be back because of their hospitality .

We are not quite sure why it took us so long to make it to Serafina East Hampton. Our visit was fantastic. We found that the service and attention to our table was covered perfectly. The server was well versed in the menu and was willing to accommodate any possible options or alternatives. We found the overall atmosphere to be quite good. As for the food, the bread was fresh and warm upon being served. We enjoyed the margarita pizza. It was obvious that nothing but the best ingredients were used. The focaccia isn't your traditional style, or what you may expect. Its thin crusted like a pizza crust style that is crunchy, instead of the typical thick focaccia. That isn't a complaint, just wasn't expecting it. They were quite good. The Insalata Di Porto Cervo salad featured Romaine, carrots, hearts of palm, avocado, corn & lemon dressing. This was light and fresh and not overwhelming for an Italian meal. We also enjoyed the Penne All'arrabbiata with Spicy tomato sauce, parsley & crushed red pepper. The Atlantic Salmon was grilled to perfection and served with lentils, baby spinach & béarnaise sauce. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Espresso martini and musicalini- 10/10 for drinks

Honestly why doesn't this place have more stars? Highly recommend for a cute date spot! Or even a night with friends. The vibe is legit, food was amazing! The tiramisu hit the spot and did not give me the bubble guts, drinks also hit good. We went on for multiple rounds after one! Server was very attentive and always made sure we were okay! Absolutely would come back if I'm visiting (I'm from nyc so my standards are hella high) really try this place out

We called the restaurant to either move our reservation to another day or cancel it, and were told that only the manager could assist us. However, we were told the manager was unavailable because he was busy speaking with regulars at a table. I asked if we could simply be placed on hold until he was available so we could find a solution. We were told no. Instead, the employee said they would "leave a note" and that someone would call us back if they were able to help. Meanwhile, we were told that if the reservation was canceled, we would be charged a $135 cancellation fee -- despite the fact that we were actively trying to work with the restaurant to either reschedule or resolve the situation. The experience became even more unacceptable when the employee eventually hung up on us and then stopped answering our calls. The restaurant only answered after American Express contacted them on our behalf. To be clear, I have no issue with a restaurant having a cancellation policy. What I have an issue with is the way this situation was handled: being told the manager was "too busy" to speak with us, being refused the simple courtesy of being placed on hold, having our calls screened, and ultimately being hung up on. That is an embarrassing level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. I genuinely hope someone in management -- above the person working the restaurant that evening -- takes this seriously and addresses this behavior. A cancellation policy is one thing; treating a customer with this level of disrespect is another.

We asked to change our table as we were given a tight corner table not comfortable for three men. They graciously accommodated us but, the transition was not smooth. At the second location, in a front room, a lady came and we started to order - appetizers and entrees. She said she was actually the manager and was jumping in as a waiter because they were short staffed. She took our order and asked if we would like every thing to come out at once - we said no - appetizers first then entrees. What an odd question. Do they usually serve everything at once? I am not looking for a strict conventional order of serving but, something is off here. We never saw her again and, never really knew who our waiter was. We were served by a variety of bus people, runners and finally the General Manager. We did not complain. One of the gentlemen is our party is a professional chef. He ordered a coke at one point from the GM which didn't come for 15 minutes - so, we sent it back. The food was just OK - pizza nothing special - service disorganized and, for those reasons we will not be back. To his credit, noticing that we were not happy - he took our drinks off the check. Generally speaking, this restaurant suffers from mediocre food at EH prices, and the staff doesn't seem to work together is a smooth way. Respectfully submitted feedback - with hopes for improvement

Totally understandable but upon reaching the picnic table there were not enough seats. After asking for another seat, they acted affronted that we would even ask. After we ordered for the table, they brought one salad with chicken. Then another 30 minutes later they finally brought the wine. 45 minutes later the entrees arrived so no one ate at the same time. Finally, they brought us the wrong check and charged us incorrectly. Again, when bringing this to the staff we were met with attitude and distain. Safe to say I will not be coming back...
