We stopped here to grab some pizza late day - what an excellent choice for a gluten-free, cauliflower-crust personal pizza! If you live in East Hampton village or the surrounding towns (especially year round) then you already know full well that while we have some wonderful restaurants in the area, the delivery situation is a far cry from any major city and even many suburban or rural areas. About a month ago, that changed ever so slightly when La Capannina finally added delivery via the Slice app! Already the best option for take out pizza around us, delivery was the only thing I was missing and now the day is here. Their little outpost on 27 was always packed for pickup since the start of COVID and they don't have a website, so them adding an updated menu and delivery ability on slice is huge. The Sicilian and grandma pie are killer (and perhaps moderately artery closing), standard pies and toppings are reliable (try the meatball!) and I've got a calzone sitting in my fridge for lunch tomorrow that looks divine. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable and there's always some extra in the freezer for later - glad to see them doing well in this crazy time, keep it up! read more

Hands down the best pizza out here in the hamps! Was Enroute to EH and saw this place. Stopped in on my way back for a slice and man am I happy I did! After trying a few of the other pizzerias in the area, this is the one that we always go to for a quick and cheap meal. The price is great and the pizza is consistently solid quality. They do a really good job. Pizza is ready when they say it will be. It's warm and fresh. Tastes good. Well priced - especially for the neighborhood. The garlic pie is our favorite. Who knew garlic was so delicious? Close enough to the beach that it'll still be steaming by the time you set up your chair. Use tin foil to keep the sand off rather than paper plates. You can pick up a handy dandy foldable beach table at the hardware store down the road. My wife got me one for Father's Day. Varsity move. Pls don't feed it to the sea gulls. This local establishment has been around for many years. It draws a great lunch crowd due to workers stopping in due to it's location. We have been noticing for months now The pizza slices no matter what you order, are getting thinner and thinner and thinner. They have been cutting back on everything for quite a while and it is very apparent to everyone that I bring in . We used to avoid the local pizzeria 's like pepperoni's and Fierro's and would drive to Wainscott to get a very delicious full heavy pizza. That is no more. Most of the locals are talking and that's all it takes. I know they are from up island somewhere . But they are short changing us for sure. They have changed!! I will no longer recommend them. And this has not gone unnoticed by the owner of Pepperoni's who has doubled the size of his pizzas and toppings.I hope these people/owners who are probably from Middle Island wading River area wise up soon.
