I recently had the most disgusting, spoiled pizza I've ever been served from this Pizza Hut. The taste and smell made it obvious the ingredients were not fresh, and it's unbelievable they would serve food in that condition. To make matters worse, the gentleman running the register had no idea whose pizzas were whose and kept handing orders to the wrong people--including mine. We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. I was surprised. I haven't been to Pizza Hut in over 20 years!!! The prices are a bit crazy, with wings being $30, and a itty bitty salad was $5.99 each! The plates they give you don't hold much. However, Sara was by herself and she rocked it! Great attitude and did her best to meet the demand. The salad bar wasn't as fresh and not full, but she was trying to keep that up. The pizza crust didn't taste as sweet as others I have had. It actually wasn't bad and the wings were good too. Overall, my experience there was good. I was dreading going but it was actually not too bad. I would recommend this location. Now, they really should get rid of all the stacked boxes in the dinning room - so tacky and makes the place look dirty and cluttered. Since they do not seem to be busy, they really should remodel the joint. Take the salad bar out and just have them make the salad for each customer (you know a basic dinner salad). For their unlimited salad, they should just do what Olive Garden does and have one standard salad they can refill at the table. I'm sure it won't be that demanding. I tried to eat here a year and a half ago. The Covid shutdown was lifted, and everyone was opening back up. Except this place, they were takeout only. So I went away for 1 1/2 years. Finally noticed cares in the parking lot recently, and noticed people sitting in booths. So we tried again tonight. It went like this: Walked in the front door, and immediately see the big sign saying 'Please wait to be seated". So we stand and wait for awhile, for minutes but not hours. Probably 4 minutes. While we wait to be noticed, we have time to kill so we noticed across the restaurant some people picking up takeout pizzas from the takeout kiosk. We also see piles and piles of takeout pizza boxes stacked in the first several booths on the far side of the dining area. I mean, stacks almost as high as the ceiling with pre folded boxes. A worker drone guy comes from the back and picked up a stack of boxes and headed to the back. He noticed us and said you can check in up there, and pointed at the takeout kiosk. There were no servers or customers in the dining area. I see a girl who looked like a server who was cutting jokes with another worker. There were 4 workers that I could see, possibly more, but no one had time to SEAT THE CUSTOMER. All I could think of was, if getting served is so hard, I can't image how bad the service it going to be. They seem to have decided takeout pizza is their road to success, in a town with takeout Pizzas on every corner. But creating a nice dine in experience is just too darned hard to do. Okay, I finally undertsand that you don't want or value indoor dining customers, only takeout walk-ins. Easy enough, I can help you out with that business model. I'd like to rate the food but i've never gotten through all the crappy service to actually sit down, order and eat a pizze. We finally got through and spoke to the local high school drop-out. To our surprise, we were told that our order was cancelled. I love pizza but this Pizza Hut needs help. My granddaughter and I went in for buffet and the place was filthy. Our table was so dirty that we lined it with paper towels it was so sticky. There were flies landing on tables and I'm sure the buffet. The buffet was below average, couldn't get a refill and left thinking we shouldn't have stayed hoping we wouldn't get sick. Now I notice every time we drive by and the lot is totally empty. Whoever is managing the place needs to be replaced immediately. Our food was delivered hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. The delivery man was awesome and super helpful. I feel sorry that I did not get his name. I opened the door to sign the receipt and we have a puppy that wanted to come out and greet him. He helped me round her back up and made sure that she stayed safe in the house. STAY AWAY. 1. They committed credit card fraud by adding a $5 tip when I paid a cash tip. Now the total tip was $10. I would go somewhere else unless you want to have to keep an eye out for your credit card charges. 2. They committed fraud under Colorado's Deceptive Trade Practices: C.R.S. 6-1-105 (i) Advertises goods, services, or property with intent not to sell them as advertised; Offered a $7.99 pizza with an upgrade for a specialty for $3 more. There was no way to get this offer and they charged me over $26. 3. The regional "manager", Larry, defended both of the above practices whilst treating me like I was in the wrong. After sending my Notice Of Intent, I offered a settlement and he declined. I still haven't received a refund. I hope he ran his summary judgement by his legal team, or someone with some sense, first. 4. Larry banned me from "his" store instead of handling HIS fraudulent behavior. 5. The pizza was cold and had nearly zero cheese....unlike BlackjackPizza....always hot...always LOTS of cheese. I love social media...it gives us a voice. I WOULD STAY AWAY. To the franchise owner, I would complain to the corporate office. They DO NOT have your back...particularly Larry.
