I have been a client of Lolo for quite some time now unfortunately my last visit didn't go well. I showed her pictures of the color i was looking for,if she knew i couldn't get to that color, she should of explained it to me or given me a breakdown of how many sessions I needed before achieving that color. Instead she told me she would need to bleach my hair so she can give me exactly what I want & proceeded to charge me an additional $115. At the end of the appointment I noticed my hair was still very red when i was told bleaching it would get to the brown i wanted but she said to give it a week or so. I reached out about 2 weeks later to inform her my hair was now turning orange and she said she can squeeze me in to tone my hair at no charge. I responded with a date and since then she's ghosted me. I spent $300 for my hair to look orange, dry and with a lot of split ends (she also did a hair cut). I'm very disappointed and would not be coming here again. read more

My girlfriend has been getting her hair done by Anne Blair for years now. She's always happy and her hair looks great. Because of COVID my go to salon is still closed, while Seras is open. Came in today as a walk in with my 10 year old daughter, just us trying to kill time for 30 mins and she was telling me she really needed a hair cut. (My mind oh gosh this place is going to be hella expensive by the looks of it) but I said okay. We were greeted by a lady name Letii and she took my daughter in right away and answered all of questions regarding my wedding hairstyle I want for sept (which she collars with another stylist there) and approx of how much to color my hair. My daughter trim (she has extremely long hair never really cut it... ever!) came out to $25! I typically have paid approximately $45 before! Like wow! The salon have beautiful l, respectful ladies! This establishment pretty much has everything from waxing, hair stylists, pedicures etc! This is definitely my new place and I definitely would recommend Letii!!! I'm so happy I found this salon! I have been getting my nails done in the same shopping center for a few years, but had no idea this place was there. I was going to another salon (and was happy with them) until my recent haircut. It was not what I wanted at all. I was in panic mode and started looking up other salons nearby. I sent out a message and Seras Salon was the first to respond. Within a few hours, the manager had the stylist reach out to me and was available the same day. I went to see Rubi and explained to her why I was unhappy with my new cut and why I didn't like it. She understood and was able to turn my haircut around. I will definitely be going back and look forward to having Rubi as my new stylist! The place is clean, nice looking, spaced out, and had great music playing. The girl who did my hair was super sweet but I ended up walking out a little disappointed. I wanted about an inch off and let the hairstylist know that my hair was wavy even though it doesn't look like it when it was wet and it is super thick so things need to be thinned out. She checked in with me after making the initial base cut and the length looked fine. She then started to add the layers in which i want to me medium length,not too short, and that's when the length got taken too short. She also did not check my haircut after it was all dry. The layers looked okay when curled, but also too short, so I just accepted that mistakes happen and went about my day. Then a couple days later I ended up straightening my hair and and that was when I noticed that the haircut was all over the place. The layers are choppy,uneven, and looked like a shelf. The base of my haircut was uneven and My face framing had a huge chunk taken out since it looked like she accidentally brought it in with the layers. I had to go to someone else to get it fixed the best they could. I understand mistakes happen but there was so much that went wrong and ended up making me feel less confident than when I had walked in. read more
