Chloe is amazingly responsive. She is always willing to work w my schedule. I get the "Keratin Lash lift + Lash tint" since I personally feel like it is more natural looking than eyelash extensions and less damaging (I have weak eyelashes). I've been going to Serein Lash for over a year. Chloe and her team are simply the best! I originally came for extensions, which were always perfectly applied and looked so natural. A few months ago, I switched to lash lift + tint to give my lashes a break from the extensions. I love waking up to perfectly curled lashes and they're super low maintenance. I get them retouched every six weeks or so, but could probably go up to eight weeks if I really needed to! The studio is in Midtown, about a five-minute walk from Columbus Circle. It's my second time getting lashes at Serein Lash / eyelash extensions in general. The first time was done at the Flat Iron location, and since I was flexible with location I decided to go to new Columbus Circle studio. The studio is cozy and super clean. Chloe is always responsive (via text) and she was extremely flexible and helpful in trying to schedule me in for a last minute session. This was for my engagement shoot -- she and Kyu recommended type/ length/ fullness to match the overall look I was going for and made me feel very comfortable during the whole session. I would highly recommend anyone who is trying out lashes for the first time / continuing their regular routine. Absolutely love Chloe and her team for my lash extensions!!! I live on the UWS and there are a limited number of high-quality lash studios close to the UWS so Serein's second location next to Carnegie Hall is PERFECT! I came to Chloe last year during the fall with damaged and weak lashes because the place I previously went to had heavy lashes, cheap glue and mediocre application. I knew because after 1-2 weeks, my lashes would get tangled and literally hurt my natural lashes! After trying Chloe and her team for the first time, I knew I would be back. Chloe explained that they make their own lashes and could put the lightest weight of lashes on me so that my natural lashes (which are naturally very thin) wouldn't be damaged. That way, I could still have a "full" look of 80-100 lashes without damaging any of my own! I'm now on my second package using member pricing and couldn't be a happier client!! Chloe also responds immediately when it comes to scheduling your next appointment (via text) and I've even been able to get a last minute appointment in 2-4 days!! Soo lucky and so much easier to schedule than other lash studios! Although you can get lash extensions at other studios for more affordable rates, you definitely will not get the same high-quality service, care and lashes compared to Serein Lash. You "get what you pay for" and I can't recommend Chloe and her team enough!! Thank you for saving my lashes!!! read more

I love this new Serein location! I've been going to their Flatiron location, but was asked to come to the 57th location this time around. It is literally a block walk from the station. The building is gorgeous, with an amazing view. Whereas the Flatiron location is bit brighter and laid back, I'd say the 57th St location is more elegant and suits the neighborhood for sure. I got the Medusa set with Daisy, and left it completely up to her to choose the length and design. I am used to doing shorter and fuller style, but she went with longer but less full style for me this time since I told her I will be attending a wedding this weekend. I actually like what she did this time much more than the style I've been getting. She was very friendly- we had a nice chitchat throughout, and yet she was so precise. I've had some bad experiences at other salons where the techinician pulled on my lashes too hard, or their hands were on my forehead the whole time. Daisy did none of these, and she was so fast!! It's been 5 days since I got them done and not one lash has fallen out. I've already booked my touch up and will keep going back!!! read more

Chloe and the other specialists working with her are incredible. On first visit you have a consultation about what kind of lashes you want- how long, the color, the curve and how many. I've never had a consultation at all with a lash specialist before but they really take the time to make sure you have the exact look you are aiming for. The pricing is very reasonable, they get you in and out in an hour and the environment is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Every little touch in the salon is thought out- flowers, candles, soaps etc. I feel like a princess whenever I go to Serein lashes. I leave looking and feeling great! read more

Ive been to lash spas all over the city from the priciest to deal groupons, Im a lash addict! I can hands down say that Serein is the best. Booking is always highly efficient & accomodating, the space is great, spotless, lovely Diptyque candles & soft fluffy blankies. Youre made to feel welcome, relaxed & comfortable before the treatment even begins. The team will discuss with you the look youre going for & Ive not found them to be off - if I want natural thats how they look. I do think if youre getting extensions anyway youre better off going for something a bit more glam tho TBH, otherwise it doesnt seem worth it! Because Serein are pros they know how to expertly apply in the most appropriate time possible. Some places take 2 hours & their lashes dont last as long as Serein - this is def what makes Serein shine in value, the length of time my lashes stay in. Having had an amazing lash technician prior to moving, I did a lot of research prior to booking an appointment at Serein Lashes. It was a must for me to go to a salon where they cared about their clients lash health (learned a hard lesson one time too much glue = it will kill your natural lashes). I also needed a place where it had flexibility with scheduling (important for me as last-minute business trips come up for work). Chloe and her team met my needs for both. I've been getting my lashes done here for about 4 months now and I have gotten more compliments on my lashes than I ever have! They're true professionals and always makes sure I am happy with my lashes. They listen to my concerns (though I really don't have much of any because it comes out perfect every single time). I get it re-filled every 2 or 3 weeks depending on my schedule - my lashes look amazing the entire time. They have different sales going on frequently and have membership pricing - I definitely recommended asking Chloe or her team about it to figure out what works best for your budget. I love Serein and have been going here for the last 2 years. I first tried them out as a part of the Gilt City promotion and haven't looked back. I normally would get my eyelashes done in Vancouver, Canada (where I'm from) because I loved the person I found there. But when I found out about Serein and Chole, I felt like I find my go-to place. I've used Serein for all my big events including my engagement photos, WEDDING (which they truly went above and beyond on to make sure I looked great), and for any important occasions (other weddings, vacations, and my baby moon). The attention is great, quality and variety of lashes available was wonderful, the relaxing environment, and service is on point. Booking appointments via text is so easy. I love the decor of the place and the convenience of the location. Chloe really adds that special touch to the relationship too. They even will take care to let me know if they see my lashes getting a bit weak and adjusting weight of the lashes they add without compromising the look.
