    My mani

Ruby is ah-mazing for a manicure! The best ever massage and detail oriented. HOLLY is the one to ask for a pedicure. She did a magnificent job and so kind. I enjoyed my beverage during - top shelf! The front desk is attentive and on it. She was impressive as well. 5

I had Andy as my nail tech and he was so nice and did a great job. They looked better than my reference picture :) The atmosphere of the nail salon was very inviting and clean as well.

Okay I really love this salon so it kills me to give a low review. Most of people there are so nice and are so friendly. But some of the workers there are really bad at doing nails. I asked for a mani pedi because my homecoming dance was coming up that weekend so I wanted acrylic nails. The guy who did my nails did nex gen and then used nail polish to do the designs I wanted and then put gel over them. I had to go back to days after he did them to redo one of my hands because the gel started peeling off really bad. Now the other hands gel has completely came off but honestly I don't care at this point. Serenity is really good if you get a good nail tech so I do recommend going here but make sure you tell them what you want and if they don't give you the right thing tell them.

So a friend of mine frequents this nail salon. She wanted a group to go together, because one of our friends had never had a pedicure before. I feel kind of bad that this was her first pedicure experience. When you walk in it is gorgeous. It has the look of an upscale place. It is adorned with gold fixtures and mosaics on the walls. It was packed. I walked in and told them I had an appointment. There are only 3 chairs for people that are waiting to be seated in. They were already occupied. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. They never offered for me to sit at an unused spot or go ahead and already seat me at my pedicure chair. When our party arrived we were finally seated. I always get the deluxe pedicure (usually around $35) where ever I go. I like the paraffin wax. It makes your skin so smooth. I requested the deluxe pedicure ($43) and it did not come with paraffin or even a hot towel. I then was upsold to the organic pedicure ( has the hot towel, but no paraffin). The biggest difference I noticed also is that they only rubbed my feet for 5 minutes, usually other spas rub them for 20 min. The polish that they put on my nails was applied very well. They did a good job with that. The next morning when I woke up my feet were not soft and usually a pedicure will make my feet feel soft for the next week. They were hard and felt rough again, which tells me she also didn't take off all the calluses. So to break it down: if you want to pay more money, but get less services go here - you are truly only paying for the atmosphere. If you want to pay less money, but get more services go anywhere else.

Been going here forever. love them!!!! my nails hqve been on for over two weeks and they still look brand new!

Broken gel nails 3 days after done
    Treva T.

This was definitely a rip-off. I asked for the pedi and mani with the most massage..made it clear massage was my main reason for coming, secondary was how well the gel nails would last. I bought the most expensive of both, and settled in to enjoy. Literally a 3 minute massage for the legs. Less for the arms. They rushed everything and acted like they did not care at all about doing a good job of either. Now, 3 days later I have three broken gel nails! I usually go to another salon but its closed for renovations and chose this as a quick last resort. Never ever again. With so many salons, pick one that does a good job. Even goes the extra mile. Oh and I paid $150 for that nonsense.

My first massage was with Chris, and he was very professional. His deep tissue massage was excellent, and he clearly knew what he was doing. The only minor thing was that the hair on his arms felt a little uncomfortable against my skin, but that certainly wouldn't keep me from recommending him. Since I'm a new member, I wanted to try different massage therapists to see who would be the best fit. My next appointment was with Micaela, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. When I scheduled the appointment, I was promised complimentary aromatherapy for my birthday. I arrived 15 minutes early, but she didn't bring me into the room until about 5 minutes after my scheduled time, and then the session ended about 10 minutes early. I never received the promised aromatherapy, the massage wasn't the deep tissue I had requested, and she didn't remove the massage oil afterward. The worst part was that her long fingernails kept digging into my skin throughout the massage, making it uncomfortable instead of relaxing. I left feeling very disappointed. I shared my experience with the receptionist, who apologized and promised that I would receive complimentary CBD oil at my next appointment. Today I returned, expecting another disappointing experience. The promised CBD oil wasn't used, but I don't hold that against my massage therapist because it seemed like no one had communicated it to her. This time I had Jess, and she was absolutely amazing! Before the session even started, she noticed I was coughing in the lobby and kindly offered me water and mint candy. That small act of kindness made a wonderful first impression. During the massage, she found every sore muscle in my body and gave me exactly the deep tissue pressure I was looking for. She worked for the full 60 minutes without cutting the session short, and her hands were consistently working the entire time. She also finished the massage by removing the oil with hot towels, which made the experience even better. Overall, my experience at Siena Massage has been inconsistent, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5. The quality really depends on the therapist you see. I'll definitely be booking future appointments with Jess, and I hope the communication between the front desk and therapists improves so that promised services are consistently honored.

Will NEVER come back. TL;DR BELOW v v…read more This was our second time. First time was decent-ish but this time, it was 90 minutes of not a great couples massage for my hub's birthday. Our massages were so vastly different but what they had in common was that NEITHER of our therapists could go from softer to deeper pressure to back to soft, which in a 90 minute massage gives some time for that. There were NO sighs of relief from our room the ENTIRE time, just yawns from our therapists. They mainly used their arms to massage. So there wasn't very much work being done on our muscles alone, which would need hands. Mine somehow maintained KITTEN MITTEN PRESSURE on me like for 90% of the massage WITH FOREARMS. There were some spots she got that felt great but it more felt like luck than intentional. I was wondering if maybe I'm imagining that the pressure was light so many times, I couldn't enjoy the massage. I couldn't tell if it was out of fatigue, because I'm a lady (maybe thinking I don't need as much pressure) or if she was distracted because there would be like a slow gentle jostling that would kind of trail off, almost pause, then the pace would pick up but still not very much pressure. It doesn't take too much to make me jump out of my seat when getting my feet massaged but it felt like a baby was poking me this time. I had asked for more pressure in the beginning, which improved it a little but the pressure fell off back to almost nothing quickly. I got the sense that my therapist was tired so I spent most of the massage waiting for it to be over while I was gently jostled, pinched (gently) and thumbed with just slight fingernail sometimes. My husband, on the other hand, got ALL THE pressure for both of us within the first ten minutes- it was all elbows / arms for him with zero buildup to deeper pressure. At points, she would put full pressure on BONE. After that, barely any pressure for him ESPECIALLY on common pain points. She maybe spent 30 seconds on each of his arms. His therapist used the hot stones like they were straight out of the oven, they had no time to cool. From the oven to the skin. His legs were hyperextended when face up and his therapist put DIRECT pressure on his knees. He'd been dealing with a knot / pain at the right Lat/ QL point for a couple weeks and he left in MORE PAIN than when we walked in. The massage left us MORE annoyed, sore(in my husbands case) and less relaxed. The most boring, annoying, nothing massage I've ever gotten. For him is was just all pain that wasn't therapeutic. They were both considerably older and it was a 3pm appt so it could have played a role in what seemed like a massage that both therapists were tired in. Despite all that, NONE of it is what's making me leave a review. I was going to just pay for the service and MOVE ON. No tip, which sounds bad but honestly for a 90 minute with CBD oil, they were getting plenty from us considering we paid service when we barely got a massage. (Now I'm wondering if the CBD oil is even legit.) What's making me leave a review? THE TIP. I paid for the service and gone to the restroom but then the girl at the front asks if I want to leave a tip as I'm leaving, and points out our therapists are RIGHT BEHIND ME- REALLY putting that pressure out there to tip. The therapists behind me spoke in another language & the tone told me enough that they weren't happy they weren't being tipped. I've never had a place do this ever, really? Coerce your customers to tip? 1. The therapists must not be getting adequate breaks so afternoon appointments get a tired therapist. That or maybe you need to come in earlier or just be really lucky with whoever you get. 2. When you don't want to pay a tip /additional gratuity (to show GRATITUDE), they will then HARASS you as you're leaving to leave a tip for the massage your therapist barely executed. (I have no problem tipping. Dude, me & hubs been trained in massage. We have had some light or too painful massages that still did SOMETHING. This is probably the WORST massage we've ever had AND then the tipping thing was just the cherry on top) I gave them both $5 each, which was met with a shocked look on both of their faces as if they both just did super great jobs and I should be giving them my firstborn child. {I get it if they're literally fatigued, but it shouldn't be surprising when I don't tip.} That alone was almost worth the experience but now we're going to look for a massage place that will ACTUALLY give some decent pressure and some actual effluerage and pettrisage instead of whatever tf this wasted experience was. TL;DR don't come here if you want a low tier massage and to be gaslit that you should pay more of your hard earned money, the service fee is not enough. Which is understandable, if the massage was actually decent. Might have a chance if you get there early so that your therapist is as fresh as possible but otherwise, don't waste your money.

Upon check-in, I was greeted and asked if it was my first time to which I replied it was. The welcoming staff gave directions to the locker rooms and how to use the lockers with your wrist bands. There are plenty of lockers. I went on a Friday night and I saw rows and rows of available lockers. For a Friday evening, it was buzzing with people all around and yet - never seemed overly crowded. There was plenty of space to get ready in the locker room. Plenty of options for saunas, red light therapy, various temperature spas, and cold plunges. You're able to order spa side which is a great feature. There is a small service charge for convenient spa side ordering, but it wasn't an exorbitant fee. Our drinks were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and were refreshing. There are alcohol, non-alcohol, and frozen drink options available to order. I can't wait to return and honestly? I want to come for the full day. I want to experience the day time buzz and end with the evening buzz. You'd think with high temps in Texas it wouldn't be refreshing. It was oddly amazingly, refreshing and calming. I could feel my body relaxing so much that I had to watch my step walking around. I drove home and quite literally crashed into my bed. I've never slept more soundly! Oh, if you're wondering what the cold plunge is like? It's the most beautiful, odd experience. A must try. I was really nervous and had never experienced a cold plunge. I DO NOT like cold or even lukewarm showers or baths, so I couldn't imagine I'd enjoy a cold plunge. However, I braved it with my friends and I'm so happy I did. Initially, there is the quick burst of freezing feeling. I took one step at a time and went in quickly (don't linger it'll be worse), then sat down all the way to my neck. It's more mental than anything else. I told myself I was ok, breathed calmly, and next thing I know I was enjoying the sensations. It was an odd calming feeling transitioning between cold and a cool warmth. It's an experience to try. After completing 12…read moresessions of SoftWave therapy without improvement in my range of motion, I began physical therapy. My therapist recommended massage therapy to help release the severe muscle tightness around my scapula, armpit, and collarbone. My session with Naomi was excellent. She took the time to understand my pain, limitations, and restricted range of motion. While some of the work was painful due to the extent of my muscle tightness, she was skilled, patient, and respectful of my boundaries throughout the session. She managed to effectively address problem areas without pushing beyond what I could tolerate. Because of how positive the experience was, I signed up for a monthly membership and scheduled a longer follow-up session with Naomi. The facility itself was clean, quiet, and relaxing, which made the experience even better. Unfortunately, shortly afterward I learned that my shoulder issue was more serious than originally thought. Imaging revealed a torn ligament that will require surgery. As a result, I called to cancel my membership since I would not be able to receive massage therapy for an extended period while awaiting surgery and recovery. When I called, I explained my medical situation to the receptionist. She told me my membership would be canceled and even wished me a successful surgery and recovery. However, I was later charged for another month. When I called back, I was informed that cancellation requires a separate form and signature. This information was never provided during my initial cancellation call. My concern is not with the quality of the massage services or Naomi, who was wonderful. My concern is the inconsistency in information provided regarding membership cancellation. If you decide to sign up for a membership, make sure you obtain all cancellation requirements in writing and confirm that any necessary forms have been completed. Depending on who you speak with, you may receive different information. It is frustrating to be charged for services that I am medically unable to use, especially after making a good-faith effort to cancel the membership when I learned surgery was necessary.
