Legacy insisted we get a manufacturer's rep to determine blame. When manufacturer said the damage was caused by Legacy, Legacy installed a clear glass window which does not match the adjoining tinted windows. The work included window to window replacements, window to door replacement, the window over the kitchen sink was shortened, and one door with transom was made into a taller door.
