Absolutely no care put into how they make their food. You can tell by the photos... I have lived in Malta for 5 years and the rest of my life in surrounding areas and NEVER have received something like this from our local pizza spots. It wasn't able to be picked up to be eaten, everything fell right off, WAY too salty. The pizza was not worth the price for 2 slices I paid 7 dollars that's including any drinks which that deal is only till 3 2 cheese slices and a drink the pep roll and other rolls are 12 dollars and specialty pizza is between 3.50 to 12 dollars. We stopped by for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised. I got a meat lovers slice which was packed with meat. My husband got the garlic knot pizza, which is set up with a different crust. Both were out of this world. Since it was so great, we ordered zeppolis and and two chicken sandwiches to go. Of course, I'm clumsy and I dropped my sandwich outside. One of the staff ran outside and said please let me make you a new one. Super sweet and seriously went out of their way to do this for my klutziness. The zeppolis were delicious and perfect. We heated up the sandwiches (he had the chicken cutlet and I had grilled chicken) for dinner. Perfection. The bread is made daily and it's like a cross between a pita and pizza dough. It was amazing. My family and I have been going there regularly for family dinners but this past Saturday, we ordered a sicilian pizza. We picked it up and got home only to find out it was BURNT! I called and the young girl answered knew exactly the pizza I was talking about - this was totally unacceptable that they would let me leave with this pizza in the first place. She did offer to remake the pizza -- but I had to drive all the way back to get it. We ordered from Sergio's tonight, we ordered the garlic knot pizza & mozzarella sticks. The garlic knots were very good. This is something I like because it reminds me of home which is NYC. The mozzarella sticks needed to be fried longer.However they loose something in these damn takeout containers so i dont know if frying them longet wouldve helped. I have ordered 3 times for delivery, and they have messed it up twice. today I ordered a meal for lunch at work. I was told 45 minutes, one and a half hours later my food showed up. The salad that came with the meal had no kind of dressing and was hot from sitting on other food, and not one piece of butter for the bread. The driver showed up after my lunch time was over, so I did not even get to eat. Not only did they not offer any kind of discount for their mistake, but the driver then harassed me about not getting a tip, like the mistake was mine.
