Seriously disappointed. I ordered two chili dogs with queso (one with red onions) on the Fourth of July. I understand holidays are busy, but this experience was unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes inside, then was told to go back to my seat because it would be another 30 minutes. It ended up taking nearly two hours to receive my food. When my order finally arrived, both hot dogs were cold and had no chili or queso--they were basically plain hot dogs. At least they managed to put the red onions on one of them. To make matters worse, the restaurant was so overcrowded it felt well beyond a safe capacity. It was nearly impossible to get back to the counter, so I couldn't even ask for a refund or have my order corrected. One of the hot dogs ended up in the trash because it was cold and unappetizing. Spending $20 for two cold, incorrect hot dogs after waiting almost two hours is simply not acceptable. I hope the owner sees this review because there were serious issues with both the food and how the restaurant handled the crowd. read more

This was such a neat find! Sliders, wings, and pizza bigger than your face! Everything is about $5 so you can load up in GREAT food! We got 2 slices of pizza, fries, tots, sweet potato waffle fries, and multiple sliders- my favorite was he fried mushroom Swiss . I was worroed thr large slice of pizza would be soggy but it had a nice thin crisp crust. The staff was so nice, bathrooms were clean, they had the inside nice and heated but still had seating outside if you needed to brave the chilly weather so your kids could play. Listen, this place has all the potential in the world, super cute concept but utterly failing in execution. They have a single guy running like a maniac up front trying to do all the things. We got some cute pics with my son. Sadly we won't be back. No bartender so it looks as though the bar is closed, not even sure where you order the bar drinks. No toilet paper in most of the women's restroom, also no paper towels & no soap in one of the dispensers. Food tasted decent enough & was cooked fresh so I will give them that. Pizza had a crispy bottom, just annoying to have to lift the whole thing to eat due to no forks. Ran out of forks & ketchup. Not one table got wiped off while we were there. Fans on full blast causing food to instantly cool & harden as well as make guests uncomfortably cold. Staff in back didn't seem to have any empathy when telling you they were out of things. I visited Serious Pizza on August 15 to celebrate the first week of school with friends. I ordered the loaded tots and a white pizza slice. The tots came out quickly and tasted excellent, and my skinny margarita was also great. The bartender provided phenomenal service. Unfortunately, the pizza was a major disappointment. It took 35 minutes for the first slice to come out, and when it finally did, it was literally just dry bread--no sauce, almost no toppings. Even the staff member who served it agreed it wasn't right. When I sent it back and tried to calmly share my dissatisfaction, the very young manager publicly yelled at the staff member who was helping me. It was uncomfortable to witness and showed a serious lack of leadership. Because of the rude and inexperienced management, and the way they treated their own staff, I will not be returning. While some of the food and service were great, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor management and disappointing pizza. read more

We visited this restaurant for lunch. The ambiance was amazing, and the location was great--a nice walking area with a park nearby. As soon as I entered, I noticed a huge slice of meat from another customer. I couldn't resist and ordered the all-meat slice. I considered the chicken wings, but I thought they might be too much for me. The food was freshly made to order, so it took a bit to arrive. While waiting, I went to get my drink, and guess what? The carbonation was gone, and all the beverages were out. They took a while to fix it, but when they did, it was good. The food was delicious. It came with a side of ranch dressing for dipping, which added some flavor. I also added the garlic crust to mine. The pizza slices were huge - the pictures I'd seen beforehand didn't adequately prepare me. The crust was nicely crispy. There didn't seem to be a lot of cheese on the pizza, but the cheese to sauce ratio was balanced. I ordered the big meat and aside from the pros just mentioned, it was just okay. The toppings were mostly thrown on top and didn't melt into the cheese, so they were falling off as I attempted to eat the pizza. The fries and tator tots were old and cold, unfortunately. The loaded tots had some pieces of bacon and a few bits of cheese on top that seemed to be an afterthought. I like that they had apple juice for kids. BYOW - I'm sure it's because of the area, but there is NO free water, but bottled water for $3 and sodas. We came for the $1 cheese slices (October 2025 only) and were greeted with a warm smile. The pizza is made fresh and it crispy and big. True value for $1, but I didn't try anything else on the menu. The indoor area is clean, bright and happy. Outdoors was nice too. They added a bar around the patio area since its customers only, but it's a great view of the area and a good spot to watch the water show with. The cheese slice came with spicy cheese and at the pick up window there's red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese packets. We had someone come out and pick up our trash and ask us if we need a to go box and we said yes. We waited 5 minutes and my husband went inside to find the employee was chatting with another employee and seemed to forget about our to go box.Overall it was a good experience and plan to come back for the deals. Not what I expected from this restaurant group. I believe that originally this was going to be a Serious Pizza and not a food hall. The place is nice looking but that is where is ends. There are only 3 kiosks to place orders. On a Monday night it was not too bad but I can't imagine how long it must take to place an order on a busy weekend. They do not offer an app, that would be very helpful. The food is just ok. The sliders taste nice but are very small for the price you pay. The tots were the best thing from the slider bay. The classic shakes are nice and not too overpriced but I am not sure what they put on top of them. They do not use whipped cream. They are using some sort of dairy whip which does not melt. It is not nice, it's like fluffy oil. The pizza slices were huge and hot but took a very long time to come out. They were not bad but not nearly as good as the pizzas you can get at their Serious Pizza locations. Do you want a whole pizza? Nope, not here. You could order enough slices to be a whole pizza but the price would be outrageous. Overall, this concept is just a little odd. It is supposed to be a food hall but generally the stalls in food halls are different businesses and not all owned by the same company. It would have made more sense to just open a single restaurant with whole pizzas, slices, bar food, and shakes on the menu instead of this gimmicky food hall. The biggest issues I had with this location is the pricing is too high and the speed at which the food comes out is all over the place. If someone in your group orders only sliders and someone else orders pizza, the slider eaters will be done before the pizza eaters even get their food. Hopefully they can make some tweaks to this location to fix some of these issues. In the meantime I will just continue to visit the serious pizza locations. Located in the epic central neighborhood of Grand Prairie, this is an ideal location to bring guests who are visiting the Dallas area. It's close to the lake/pond and the restaurant opens up so you can see the water clearly. The setting is very lively and it's perfect for a casual evening. There's a green lawn in front with a play area for the kids. They have pizza, sliders, wings, shakes, and more. I suggest you stick with the pizza. That was the only thing I enjoyed. To top it off, instead of using a speaker system, they aggressively shout your name when your order is ready. If not in the immediate vicinity, good luck hearing anything. They ask for your telephone number at checkout but don't use it to notify food pick up. How hard is it to invest in microphones or buzzers? The outdoor setup is just as poorly thought-out. There's no railing or separation near the Illuvia water show, so people watching the show literally came and sat at our table while we were eating. Absolutely no boundaries or respect for paying customers even with signage posted. Food was mediocre and beyond overpriced. $9 slice of pizza. $5 slider (one slider). Worst of all, every single staff member we interacted with seemed irritated and unfriendly. Hostess told us after 17 minutes, for a cookie, they are understaffed. After 10 more minutes the cookie was lightly cooked and tasted raw. It wasn't busy at all. Maybe it was the holidays but definitely gave off spirit Halloween vibes where you know it is a pop up for a few months. My friend and I really enjoyed this place. This place is great for kids and there were a lot running around. We didn't have any kids with us though. The place is very relaxed, and they were busy on a Friday night which is to be expected. The line to get to the kiosk to order was backed up but there was a gentleman who came over and was taking orders on a handheld device. This was great because we had questions and special requests that we wouldn't be able to do on the kiosk. He was very helpful, and the same person who served us at the bar. We ordered the deluxe and the white pizza with chicken added on. The white pizza was my favorite of the two. The deluxe was basic to me (still good) but the white pizza with the truffle oil and garlic was really good. To drink we had a Tito's and Sprite and the Wu Tang. I loved the Wu Tang. I didn't even know they still made Tang lol Before we left we ordered the boozy shakes. I had the Regina George and drank after last drop. My friend got the Old George and absolutely loved it. For 2 people (1 slice of pizza , 1 lemonade, 1 water, 5 wings and fries) was $32. It definitely wasn't worth it. I don't like that the food doesn't come out together. Really wanted to like this place & concept. It's a bit hectic inside with the going in between bays for different foods. The text message system is very off & I received notifications after leaving that my order was on the way. Sliders came out wrong with Doritos even though I asked for no Doritos. The cook forgot my buffalo sauce on the side & really had to inspect the receipt even after the server told them they forgot it, which was weird. Mistakes happen which is alright but they need a better system. It seemed like the slider cooks were overwhelmed, especially with all the different ingredients on the sliders. As for taste, they were just okay. Was about 40 bucks for three sliders, two drinks, and a slice of pizza with tip. I'd come back for the pizza if I'm in the area. Definitely very busy on weekends.
