Spit on food !!!! DO Not Order from here !!

I placed an online order and was immediately met with rudeness from the owner as soon as I walked in. He said the order would be ready soon but never asked my name or confirmed the order. When he brought food to the front and set it on the counter, I asked if it was mine and was met with more attitude. My cousin arrived shortly after and placed her order, paying with cash. The total was $13.20, and she gave him a $20 bill and two dimes. When he returned, the change was incorrect. When she pointed it out, he insisted she had given him three $5 bills, which was not true. Instead of correcting it, he dismissed her and then went to the back before returning with her food. We checked her food together while on a video call and immediately noticed a white, foamy substance on her wings that appeared to be spit. Photos were taken, and it was clear the food had been tampered with. No customer should ever worry about retaliation or food contamination especially when the behavior comes from the owner of the business. This is disgusting, unsafe, and unacceptable. This incident will be reported.

    Spit on my wing.

Wednesday. I placed an order and he short changed me. And when I politely mentioned it to him he tried to tell me I gave him 3 5's. I know I handed him a twenty dollar bill and two dimes. And he handed me two dollar bills. He eventually gave me the $5 that was owned. He looked at my reciept then went to the kitchen. He was alone working the kitchen and the register. There was just me and two gentlemen that came in after me in the lobby. Mr. Hersey came from the back with my food in a bag triple knotted. I thought that was odd. It was hard to get the bag open. I always eat my fries first because I hate soggy fries but it was so hard to open the bag. Once I opened it, I noticed white foam on my mild sauce. This man SPAT ON MY FOOD BECAUSE I CAUGHT HIM STEALING $5 FROM ME! I've been coming to his establishment for a long time now. He has given my daughter kool-aid and he was always very friendly. But yesterday his demon showed. I went back to work and couldn't focus on my client. I've referred so many people here and to be treated the way I was made me feel low down and dirty. Im still torn over this. I will never spend anymore money here. I hate tearing a small business down because I have one. And that's how I take care of my family, but I can not stay silent. How many others has he done this too?

Great pizza loved the deep dish pizza.

    12" Chicken Alfredo Specialty Pizza

Amazing food and super reasonable prices. Their rib tips was ridiculously good. And they make their own KoolAid. In fact all of their food is homemade. We're definitely going back again as repeat customers.

Some of the best fried wings I've had in a long time , didn't even need sauce but I tried a little bit just for the fun of it.. We were starving and craving wings and happen to be right by this little restaurant.. We had to wait a little bit for our order to be taken but to be fair the server was alone that night and taking to go orders as well ; she did a great job managing both to go and inside orders!! The food was spectacular!! Beyond what I expected and the food flavor on the wings were delicious ... didn't need the sauce

Chicago mild style wings (12 pieces)

I don't live in Arlington and just recently moved from Dallas to Ft Worth. While looking at properties in Arlington for the day, this looked like a great stop. The reviews were mostly strong and the pictures I could see reminded me of my favorite Dallas steak fix, Bob's Chophouse on Lemmon. It doesn't have that vintage, chic atmosphere sadly, but it is old TX, steakhouse, 80's style. Colby asked if we wanted a menu and I said yes. He brought one for us both. I asked if they had any happy hour specials which is mentioned often in their reviews. He haughtily informed me that, "They don't do happy hour" and then giggled. Yes, giggled, the only other description is snickered. We ordered a Tito's Dirty Martini and Guinness and decided to stay anyway. He served my martini slushee and a good pour on the Guinness. He simply never came back. Everyone else had nuts and their orders taken. He avoided us as if we had the Bubonic plague. After his pointed non-service, I dropped my credit card, he snatched it and dropped the check. Obviously, I won't be back but I think that was the entire point of his service.

TL;DR: Planned to grab a quick sandwich. Ended up eating more than half the menu with Daniel Vaughn while chatting with the talented Marc Fadel. Smoked meats? Incredible. Lebanese twist? Genius. Hospitality? Unmatched. This was a five-star meat miracle. It was just past 11 on Saturday, and I had a simple plan: swing by Habibi Barbecue for a sandwich and skedaddle. But as I pull up to the Ghost Food Park, I spot none other than the BBQ Snob himself, Daniel Vaughn, admiring the big steel offset like it was the Mona Lisa of smokers. We chatted. I fanboyed. He offered to share a meal. I said yes faster than a fat cap melts under a low flame. Out come the trays. Not a tray. Trays. Plural. Overflowing with bark, juice, and joy. The brisket was textbook: tender, smoke-ringed, and confident. The burnt ends were candy with a bark, kissed by just the right amount of sauce. The pork ribs held their shape but surrendered with a gentle tug, seasoned like they'd been given a TED Talk on flavor. The dino beef rib was a whole paleo protein event: massive, primal, and mind-blowing. Tucked underneath the pile, pita bread soaked up all the meaty runoff. I made a little Habibi taco with pickles and sauce that nearly brought a tear to my eye. Then came the burger. Looked like a classic smash: double meat, double cheese, pickles, mustard. But that Lebanese purple coleslaw? That's the twist. Tangy, crunchy, and the perfect cool contrast to the rich beef. Fries were crinkle-cut, crispy, and praise be unburdened by a salt mine. Now my wife, The Side Dish Sage, wasn't with me this time, but she would've elbowed me out of the way for a second helping of the tabbouleh salad: bright, herby, and packed with cucumber crunch. The garlic potatoes had the crisp-on-the-outside, creamy-on-the-inside thing locked down. Finally, the Lebanese BBQ bowl: rice, lettuce, pickles, pickled turnips, hummus, pita chips, tzatziki, and a healthy heap of brisket. It's a flavor bomb. A Texa-bibi mezze miracle. Marc Fadel, this man is the real deal. His family is putting out food with soul, smoke, and story. And they're only open Friday night and Saturday. That's confidence. That's swagger. That's knowing you're serving something worth showing up for. Habibi Barbecue wasn't just a quick lunch. What I got was better: hospitality, conversation, and a top-tier meal with legends on both sides of the table. This is what barbecue is about: community, culture, and craft. I came for one sandwich. I left with a full belly, a full heart, and a new respect for what happens when Texas smoke meets Lebanese spice. That, my friends, is what you call a pita party.

A few changes wonderfully take what could be a normal barbecue truck to a whole new level. I got the Lebanese plate. A lot of care went into the preparation of every aspect of the dish. The pickled veg and turnips added a bright pop to the perfectly smoked and seasoned brisket. The cucumbers were cut so as to perfectly mix with the other ingredients so every bite was perfect and balanced. The rice, often a side thought, was seasoned and delicious and even had meat laced throughout . The hummus on the dish was also very above average. It was a good portion that was surprisingly light thanks to the veggies. The people are masters of hospitality. A true gem I'll be returning to as often as I can manage. The only downside is they are only open Friday nights and Saturdays (until they sell out). Fantastic otherwise.

It quickly became the go-to spot for lunches that stretched a little too long and happy hours that started right on time. It held a special place in my little food loving heart....until recently. My family of nine stopped in expecting a quick, casual meal. "Quick" turned out to be wildly optimistic. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated--fair enough, considering our party size and lack of a reservation. Unfortunately, that was the smoothest part of the evening. Once seated, nearly an hour passed before food began to arrive--and even then, it came out in waves. Two or three plates at a time, followed by ten-minute gaps before the next round appeared. By the time the final plates landed, the first diners were long finished. The food itself was actually pretty decent, which made the pacing all the more frustrating. Then came the wait for the beloved pizookies. Another pause. And when dessert finally arrived, our dinner plates were still crowding the table. While I don't expect fine-dining formality at BJ's, clearing plates before dessert--especially with limited table space--feels like Restaurant 101. When I asked for the table to be cleared, only my plate was removed; the rest were left behind. Our server was... cordial. Efficient, yes. Warm or welcoming? Not even close. She offered helpful insight when taking orders, but over the course of two hours, not a single smile made an appearance. Worse, whenever we needed her, she seemed to vanish. Meanwhile, we couldn't help but notice other servers actively checking in, engaging with, and attending to the tables around us. I'm not sure why the service missed the mark so badly, but the overall experience was deflating. The whole experience just ended up feeling like a letdown. Service pro tip: People may forget what you said or even what they ate--but they'll always remember how you made them feel.
