This company has a great concept of a build your own pasta bowls, the restaurant itself for the most part was clean but it was extremely hot in there, they also had random kitchen equipment placed in the dining area, but this food was absolutely horrible, it had absolutely no flavor, it was just bland, mushy , slop, && the veggies are extremely undercooked , and the staff was not so helpful either, it was my first time here and I asked a simple question("are the meatballs homemade"") and they acted as if was bothering them, one gentleman man walked off to the back and looked at me in disgust && the older gentleman told me ""you chefs think that your god gift to food"" && he proceeds to walk off...! I currently own my own restaurant &&I do private catering && I will make sure to let folks know to avoid this place

This was my selection of pasta. Penne pasta w/Sauce, artichokes and sautéed Mushrooms! Yum! Menu is online.

Great little place for a quick k meal. You order from a kiosk, something I've never done. First you select what type of pasta you want, there's a large variety of pasta you can choose from, from there you go to your next selection the type of sauce you want, there's so many types is sauces. It's very unique concept, then you go into adding sides, sautéed mushroom's, olives, artichoke hearts. There's a very large selection to choose from there. Then it'll ask you if you want fresh grated cheese on your selection. You pay at the kiosk. You take a seat, there was no one seat you so you picked your spot and seated yourself. I'd never seen something like this. By no means is it considered fine dining but the pasta and sauce I chose was very good. Cool little concept. The ambience was up beat and very relaxed. Can't under stand why there wasn't more people in there as the food was very good. Molto Bene! As they say in Italian. The pricing was very affordable. I would considered this a quick way to dine out or in as they do ask you if this to go or to eat in. If you haven't tried this cute little spot in North Arlington Texas I would highly consider trying it out.

First time here and it was worth it. Great price and you get a lot of pasta! I like how you can customize your bowl with whatever toppings and pasta you want. Will be coming back again

Love the concept! If it's busy, there are tablets for you to place your order, or you can order at the counter. It's a build-your-own-pasta bar. You start of by choosing your pasta, then your sauce, any add-ins, toppings, and garnishes. There are plenty of choices in all categories, some of the pastas and sauces I hadn't even heard of. You can get by really cheap or rack up a huge tab depending on what you add. I got the cheese tortellini in a spicy Cajun sauce, and it was pretty spicy! A lot more than I thought it would be, but in a good way. They cook the pasta when you order it, so it hasn't been cooked and sitting for a long time. The tortellini were good. Next I added some Italian sausage, they slice it at an angle, so they're long. Finished it up with mushrooms and basil. Delicious! Got an order of breadsticks and marinara, it was as expected. Not like Olive Garden's, which can be overly salty.

Kid portion with meat sauce, green onions, and basil. My daughter loved it.

7For the price, freshness, and portion size, it will be revisited. It's a build your own pasta set up. So prices really are determined on how wild are you going to go. I got 3 adult entrees and one child order all for $40. And at first I was like damn, then I see the cook actually sautéing my veggies and mixing in my sauces. I thought it was an assembly line deal but is not you are getting freshly cooked pasta. It smelled great while they were cooking but it tasted even better. If you like cheese ravioli, definitely try them here. Large, ricotta filled pillows that are very yummy. The meatballs are huge, and NOT dry. The Arribata sauce (s/p) sauce is not overly spicy, a good kick with great flavor. If you don't eat a lot you can get away with a kid size. With the friendly service and clean establishment I'm excited to go back and try another combination.

First time trying this pasta restaurant. We ordered 3 custom meals and the food showed up early and everything was there but we only got 2 small breadsticks with all of that food; that's the main reason for 3 stars and not 4. The food was fresh and decent. We would try them again.

I purchased the cheese stuffed ravioli, with Cajun Alfredo sauce, crawfish and grilled onions. Why did it smell just like sewage!?! I ate half of a ravioli and instantly got nauseated! That was my first time there! And why are there boxes stacked in the dining area?

    Too pricey for cheap pasta.

Great place to eat at. Like that you can build your own pasta. The price is ok. The portions are great.

Fortunately, it's only a short 10-minute drive from home. Moni's has a wonderful vibe of a local neighborhood restaurant. It's not fancy, which wouldn't fit it, but comfortable to just sit and enjoy a great meal with friends or family. They do have a couple of private rooms. , Moni's is much like the "Cheers" bar on TV. They have a very loyal clientele. Moni and his wife Amy, know everyone who comes in. If they don't know you, they'll get to know you very quickly. After being seated by Amy and, of course, chatting to find out what's been going on, our server, AJ, also welcomed us to Moni's and took our drink orders. Moni's is BYOB; you'll see many of their patrons bringing wine to accompany their dinners. My wife and I ordered a couple of iced teas and a bowl of their seasoned dipping sauce. I love dipping Moni's freshly baked rolls in it. It's "rich" with lots of chopped fresh garlic. Yummy! My wife ordered her "regular" Chicken Parmesan, her favorite. Sometimes she orders the lasagna, but today was a Chicken Parm day. I decided to order the Pasta Combo, which includes Lasagna, Stuffed Shells, and a Manicotti in our delicious homemade marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese. It included three of my baked favorites. Shortly, fresh-baked rolls and butter, along with the olive oil dipping sauce and our salads topped with Moni's famous red Italian Dressings. I love Moni's salads, which are normally served on chilled plates. You'll find the restaurant's dressing at many other restaurants that Moni has helped to get started. Amy and Moni have very big hearts. Just as we were finishing our salads, deliciousness arrived at our table. Note, come hungry, there's a lot of doggie bags requested when patrons can't finish their entrees. My wife and I have to watch ourselves so we don't eat too much bread. It's hard to resist those fresh-baked rolls. Our two entrees were SO delicious, just like you'd expect from your family kitchen. Thank you, AJ, Moni, and Amy, for an enjoyable, relaxing visit. We'll see all again very soon.

The manager (owner?) would give you the shirt off her back to ensure you have a good meal... I've had multiple dishes, from Chicken Florentine (my fav), lasagna, shrimp plates, salmon specials, and even the pizza. The place is always super busy, so plan ahead for dinner on the weekends, otherwise you'll definitely have a wait--and it's worth the wait. To-go orders stream in and out too...so this place churns it out.
