The service was amazing! My 8 year old loved it. She got a chocolate facial, a medium and pedi with pink lemonade in a champagne glass. She definitely got pampered to the tunes of Taylor Swift. It looked so relaxing I wanted to do it. It's for all ages from young kids to teens and even parties. I definitely suggest this place. Absolutely Speechless. At first when reading the other Yelp reviews I wasn't sure if I was going to like this location, so I call the Patchogue location and made an appointment. After making the appointment I decided to call this location ( Dix Hills ) and Karen picks up the phone, she is one of the owners and oh boy we had such a great conversation and that's when I decided I was going to take my chances and stick with this location instead of Patchogue. This salon is by appointment only. I did not have a party here but celebrated my daughter 4th birthday here. I purchased the High Maintenance Package which included a chocolate facial or make up, I chose the chocolate facial for her, manicure and pedicure with a choice of bath bombs. Pink lemonade and a robe. When we first walked in we was greeted by Karen. Omg, such a sweet spirt humble person. I'm so glad once again we choose this location otherwise I probably would have not gotten the opportunity to meet with Karen. The decor of the store is fabulous and full of pink. When you first walk in you can purchase items that they sell then when you walk towards the middle and the back of the store is where you have the pedicure station then when you walk further there is the nail, dryer and hair station. After that you have the lounge and party station for those that are having a party there and then the facial room. What I loved most was that Karen spoke and explained everything to my daughter, that day my daughter felt like a grown little lady. She explained the whole process to her. She asked her what's type of music she liked and played it for her. It was magical. Then my daughter picked out her bath bombs and scrubs. Walked to the back and got a robe she sat down and waited for her pink lemonade. Once my daughter was situated Karen go started. She did the chocolate facial first. It was so good that my daughter knocked out. After the facial she picked her colors for her pedicure then after her pedi she received her manicure. When everything was complete she made her own lotion and purchase a few items. Now my response to other Yelpers who wrote about the time being so short. This is not an adult salon where as a pedicure and manicure can take anywhere from one to two hours. This is Kiddie Spa, I repeat a kiddie spa. Even when I take my daughter to my nail salon the nail technician spends no more then 5 to 10 mins giving her a pedi and another 5 to 10 mins giving her a manicure. Don't expect them to use tools on them. It doesn't work that way. Thank You Karen for making my daughter 4th birthday magical. read more

I took my nieces here for a day of pampering and they LOVED it. They did a mani/pedi and a hair style. They were given cute pink robes and pink lemonade in little plastic champagne glasses. Luckily, we were the only ones there so they had all the attention on them. No, it's not cheap but well worth it for a special occasion or when you really wanna treat the girls. It was so cute watching them get glammed up...I wish I had a place like this when I was younger! read more

We were huge group of 11 girls and they did everything to accommodate each and everyone of them. The girls she really felt pampered and had a really great time. Had my daughter's 7th birthday party here today and could not be happier with the service provided by Karen, Lisa and team. My daughter and her seven friends had such an amazing time. We got the package that included hair, make-up and a manicure/pedicure and the girls loved it. After being pampered with the services, the girls partook in a little karaoke, had pizza, cake and then - my favorite part - did a red carpet walk where they showed off their beautiful style. From a parent's perspective, it was so great to book a birthday experience where all we had to do was show up and let the team at Seriously Spoiled take care of everything. Seriously the best! Just had our daughters 4th birthday party there. This is a legit spa experience for children. It's not at all bootleg like some other spa parties for children. Excellent place to bring little girls for the day! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very concerned about safety and took that very seriously. The place is decorated like a little girls dream. Swanky and super fun! They offer a variety of services and items to purchase ranging from all price points. They even played kid friendly music that my girls loved like songs from Frozen, and Moana mixed in with some of todays hits. I can't wait to go back there for manicures with my girls. Wish I could give negative stars. The owner was so unfriendly and fake. When I said I couldn't take the appointment they're offering (after she left me a message stating she could give me an appointment on a certain date and time that I needed) she actually hung up on me without even so much as a goodbye. She was nice up until that moment and then hung up -I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated so rudely and with all the places you can take your kids and spend money this would be the last place I would recommend anyone. read more

Had my daughter's 11th bday party at the Dix Hills location with 10 of her friends. To my surprise, NONE of the girls were happy with how their manicures or pedicures turned out. My Goddaughter told me one of the technicians painted her toenails with the brush turned sideways smh. The polish was thin on some nails and too clumpy on others. The makeup girl didn't know what she was doing either. All of the kids makeup was too heavy and dark looking. For all the money they charge, They should get trained nail technicians or makeup artists. Or at least girls who are fresh out of training school. It was obvious these girls were "straight off the street." I do my daughter's nails at home, better than what I paid for this past Saturday. read more

I decided to bring my 3 year old here for her birthday prior to her birthday party. I figured she would really enjoy it, being she always loves getting her nails done with me at the nail salon. Upon walking in it was very clean, and super cute ! We were the only people in the salon at that time. As we walked in they asked if we had an appointment .. the woman took us to the back to get a cute pink robe and some pink lemonade ! She had her sit on the couch for 2 mins to drink her lemonade and then took her to the salon chair .. the woman gave us 3 hair styles to choose from, and proceeded to brush her hair with a comb . My daughter has very curly hair that gets easily tangled and started crying because she didn't like the feeling of the comb . I would have sprayed some detangler and used a wet brush prior to combing her hair up into a pony tail to make sure their was no little knots or anything ! ... my daughter would now not allow her to do her hair so she suggested we move on to the nails . The woman buffed her nails and started painting them .. all of which took maybe 10 minutes .. then we proceeded back to the hair and again she used the comb . My daughter seemed uncomfortable and didn't want to do it, the same lady seemed to get impatient and annoyed .. finally she did my daughters hair and makeup . Number 1: the hair looked nothing like the photo, she used bobby pins and a rubber band to do her hair . Not even an actual hair tie ! Number 2 : my 3 year old can do her makeup better than what was done . It was WAY too much .. you can see two streaks of orange eyeshadow across her eyes .. the outline of blush across her cheeks and also all over the side of her nose . Her lipstick was also very out of place and kind of all over . I wound up redoing her hair and her makeup for her party .. while the place and idea was very cute . Everything seemed extremely rushed with no effort. Sadly I won't be back, and will go elsewhere next time :) read more

I had my daughter's 7th Birthday party here & it was really great. The party included 8 but we wound up having 10. I chose the package where each girl got a robe & pink lemonade, an up-do, makeup, manicure & a pedicure. While some girls were having services done, the others really enjoyed singing karaoke and they would alternate. After the services they had pizza, cupcakes & a runway show for the parents. First, let me begin by saying this was a Birthday gift for my niece. Pros- Very clean and well maintained. We'd been to another girls spa more local to us (in Floral Park) that quite frankly was disgusting. Seriously Spoiled is the total opposite. Most of the staff was very friendly and professional. Cons- no value. At the other place I'd taken my daughter too (which again wasn't as nice) she had gotten hair, mani, pedi, glitter tattoo, make your own soap and colored extension as all part of the package. The SS package I booked was the pampered princess which should've been an hour, but both girls were done in 35 minutes and it only included hair, mani, and makeup, very disappointed. Also my 4 year old niece has very fine hair, the girl who did her hair (which I'd like to add had zero personality and did little to engage the kid) pulled it up and curled it. It began falling out as soon as we got home. And her make up job on my niece was awful. You could barely tell the kid had any on! I'm a little embarrassed that it was a gift and it just wasn't that much fun at all. In short, I'm not ever going back. It seriously disappoints. read more

I have taken my daughter here twice and both times the staff, including the owner, were extremely rude. While doing my daughters hair and nails, the staff did not even speak to her. They were rushing through her service in order to get ready for a birthday party. I had my daughter's 6th birthday here last week and what a huge success!!!! I was so nervous that they wouldn't be able to handle 16 girls, but when I got there I realized I had nothing to worry about at all! The workers were so professional and kept the girls entertained the entire time! My daughter and her friends all left with beautiful hair styles, colorful nails and toes and fabulous make-up! Had a party here about 4 yrs ago and had a great experience. Would have been a very different review than today. My daughter had received a $35. Giftcard for her birthday from a friend a few birthdays after this party. We didn't use the giftcard after misplacing because of a house fire etc. So were thrilled when we found it after unpacking things. Unfortunately it was a year expired. So 2 yrs old in total. I didn't find this out until we were in the store and my daughter picked out everything she wanted. Well I was told they could possibly do something with honoring it but I had to leave my information and someone would call me. As promised someone did call me but proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't honor anything Because back when we had our party there my husband apparently wasn't happy that gratuity was automatically added onto parties and wasn't at the discretion of the customer. He had asked to leave his own gratuity amount that was apparently less than their automatically added on tip. What does one thing have to do with the other? I was actually told they would have honored it if we had never had a party there. Weird! A friend paid $35 for the GC and they are happy to keep every dollar and have a disappointed kid rather than having someone walking around telling friends how they did the right thing and all about the awesome products we bought. For the past few years I have been singing Seriously Spoiled praises and encouraging all to have their party there-NOT ANYMORE. read more

I really really want to give this place 5 stars. It is very cute inside, ambience is perfect for little girls and staff was friendly however it was rushed and didn't feel it was worth the money. I booked a few services for my daughter and her friend after a groupon at another place (unrelated to SS) fell through. I couldn't justify spending the astronomical amount on the packages they offered, they had a few that were cute that were limited to 5 and under - I wasn't quite sure why it was limited to those ages, my daughter just turned 6 and her cousin will be 7 in July and I really thought it was the perfect value and accommodations for their age group. So after all that I booked 3 services. Mini mani, hair extension and glitter tattoo. I figured 33++ a girl would be sufficient. Again, staff was friendly and helpful, but we arrived in between birthday parties, no one prompted us moms on where to sit. We wanted to sit with the girls, but it wasn't until half way through that someone suggested we pull up the chairs in the corner which we couldn't see. The girls got their hair extension, adorable except I thought for $10 the girl could have at least curled the extension so it wasn't sticking out like a soar thumb on my daughters hair (she has very very curly hair) and walked out with curly hair and one pink stick straight extension. It literally took the girl less than 3 minutes to put in extension, least she could have done was blend it with her hair, I wasn't looking for a style. Next "mini mani". for $14.95 they basically stuck the girls nails in a bowl of water and filed and polished them. I could have taken then across the street for a better mani for $7. Next the glitter tattoo, only thing worth the $ since they last about 5-7 days. Whole thing took 30 min and in and out. Both of us moms would have surely booked other services for our girls, maybe made it a yearly event, or even booked a birthday party since many are in the future for our little ones! I really love the concept, but think the management needs to rethink the packages for the girls and make it a little more special for them. I can't see spending $65+ again for a 30 min thing rushed and basically nothing to rave about!! I walked out spending $100 (also bought a gift there) and didn't feel happy about it. I really think I would have if more reasonable packages were offered!!! read more
