Okaaay let's break this experience allll the way down! I visited on a Saturday night maybe around 9pm, it was a decent amount of people but there was we were seated immediately. I ordered the veggie friend rice, the portion was definitely shareable. I ate a big portion of the serving and still had a lot to tame home. The rice tasted pretty decent it was a standard fried rice, without sauce it's a 3.5/5 soy sauce definitely helps raise the taste rating. I also ordered the cheese fondue which has diced tomatoes on top and what appeared to be cilantro, paired with tortilla chips. I couldn't order it again because I do feel it's worth the money for a plate of cheese. Now this is where it gets interesting! I added some of the cheese on top of the veggie fried rice 20/20 truly amazing! My boyfriend ordered the Quesabirria, I tried a small bite and honestly for me it was really tasty, however maybe a little salty but def 4/5. Overall I would def come back.

Stopped by for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find that there were no parking fees at this hotel! We ordered the omelette with country potatoes and sourdough toast. Delicious! We also tried the yogurt parfait but the granola was a bit too hard to eat. Service was exceptional!

Food was great. No wait times and server was cool, but can tell she was on robot mode because she would asked if everything is okay, while she was already walking away. We barely got to answer the question and she was gone. Beautiful decor, and had good vibes.

I stayed at the hotel and walked around looking for places to eat. I found Serrano with a medium line and decided to check it out. Hostess were pleasant and sat you down promptly when seating became available. The bartender Michael was pleasant but busy. He was running around alot, barely had time for much customer service but he was responsive. The place was nice, I sat at the bar and watched sports. I ordered the green salad with salmon, a Mimosa flight and garlic fries. Salad was delicious but the Salmon was salty. I tried to eat it with tomatoes or onions to cut down the salt and I survived it lol. The Mimosa flight was good. I got mango, prickly pear, strawberry and cranberry flavors! I enjoyed every sip. The garlic fries were cool. I wish they would have tossed the fries a bit more when they were hot so the ingredients stuck to the fry. Most of the garlic was at the bottom.

Located near the pool and spa, this cafe is a nice alternative to the food court You don't need a reservation, but you will be seated after stopping at the host/hostess stand. There's plenty of seating in the main dining area and at the bar. The space is bright, well decorated, and it is a nice break from the casino floor vibe I visited for lunch. It wasn't overly busy. We were sat right away. The menu offers a variety of starters, entrees, and other options. There are main dishes, sandwiches, pizzas, and something for everything. Our order came out in a timely manner. Everything was nicely plated, and the food was altogether solid The staff were friendly and professional. Our drinks were always topped off, and we were checked in on at a nice rate Some tips: We all eyed the sangria on the menu and ordered it. Our server went away to put in our order then came back and told us they couldn't make sangria as they ran out of fruit. I saw the fully stocked bar and asked if I could have an Aperol spritz. The server looked confused and said "maybe we can make an apple martini or something." All that to say, the staff might not fully understand the drinks or cocktails you ask If you are waiting to check into your room or you have time to kill after checking out, leave your bags at the front desk and swing by for a bite to eat Cheers!!

So happy to see improvements in staffing and serving speed of orders. They have daily specials and Thursdays are rib-eye dinner nights. The avocado toast is a work of art. The birria quesadilla is packed with flavorful birria and enough to share. They also have a bar that have marvelous bartenders. Mike S and Tall Mike make great drinks and there are TV's playing sports/events. They also have a coffee and bakery case that one can order items to-go. Located in the Palms Casino toward the pool and spa area.

Used to love this place so much but then they got rid of all my favorite vegan options (the jackfruit tacos & curry were so good!) & now they always act like its such a pain when I order things vegan. Tonight I ordered the wagyu burger sub an impossible patty, no cheddar & bbq instead of spicy mayo, which I got to-go- sadly I got home to find they thought that meant I really wanted it disgustingly plain so no bbq, lettuce, tomato, onion, or pickle. I also got the spicy thai salad with tofu, the "sesame crusted tofu" (which also used to be delicious) is now just plain super hard/crunchy tofu bits, like forget sesame, it couldn't possibly be any more plain & flavorless if that was the goal & if you sub it in the shrimp pad thai like I did last time, its more expensive than any of the meat! So dumb! But the salad was still pretty good & it's nice that they at least kept a couple vegan options I guess since Scotch 80 got rid of their vegan menu.

While waiting for Movie to start we headed to this spot. Ordered a few items...quesabirria, Ahi tuna and a classic Rueben and few other items. Everything was really good but I feel the pastrami was a little tough to chew but the quesabirria and tuna was super good!!!

Serrano Vista is a cafe sitting on the casino floor at the Palms. That context matters, you're not coming here expecting a destination meal, you're coming because you're already there and hungry. I had the chicken fried steak. Even after drowning it in hot sauce, it was mostly flavorless. The hot sauce was doing all the heavy lifting and it still couldn't save it. My buddy ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs. The eggs arrived not poached. Not even close. It's edible. It's fine in the way that airport food is fine. But there's no reason to seek this out or wait around for a table when you're in a city with this many options. Wouldn't come back.

We had our choice of seating, the counter or a table immediately. Our multiple wait staff came by almost immediately to ask what beverages we wanted also, it was like being the way you are treated sitting in a first class flight. The special of the day was a t bone, that was a good choice. The t bone was a thin cut, the meat seemed like the meat had a brined consistency, not the way I would treat meat but it is the way they make it here. The accompaniment was a fairly good size baked potato that was baked pretty nice, creamy in the middle. The a jus was perfect to use as a gravy to accompany the baked potato. The best part was the ceasar salad, it hac anchovies, it was a chopped romaine nicely dressed and my favourite the anchovies. This was one of the better cafe I've been to and a pretty extensive menu. The wait staff was perfect and not overbearing.

My server Michelle was top tier. Very friendly, respectful and welcoming. I stopped in with a friend for breakfast. Something light before beginning the day. Yogurt parfait with granola and fresh berries was great. The granola was a bit dry but not enough to be an issue. The avocado toast has beautiful presentation!! However it was devoid of needed seasoning. The avocado was just a bit bland. Salt Pepper and maybe a sprinkle of Gallic would have brought the flavors up a notch and matched the presentation!

Came early in the morning and was greeted by my server Walter and the manager Russell. They were both very friendly and accommodating. I had excellent customer service and food! I like it so much more at this location in Vegas than the one in San Bernardino. Keep up the great work you guys and serving amazing food!!! Come give them a try you won't regret it!

This incredible bar is open 24 hours, making it an ideal refuge for weary explorers at nearly any hour. The live tiki band was fantastic and brought the entire place to life. The cocktail menu is enormous, resembling a map to dozens of forbidden islands, and every drink we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, and fairly priced--especially by Las Vegas standards. The dark tiki décor is extraordinary. Every shadowy corner contains something new to discover, with waterfalls, carved idols, shrunken heads, animated figures, and wonderfully sinister details. The place has unmistakable Disney-inspired showmanship, including creations connected to longtime Disney artists, but with a darker and far more mischievous personality. The merchandise is also extremely cool. There are shirts, mugs, and other treasures worthy of carrying home--although I strongly advise checking each item for ancient inscriptions before placing it in your luggage. Unfortunately, I ignored this precaution. After several powerful cocktails, I raised my glass to one of the idols and foolishly challenged it to prove its power. The drums stopped. The torches flickered. Something ancient entered my body. I awoke the next morning clutching a tiki mug, speaking a language unknown to modern scholars, and demanding that my hotel room be decorated with bamboo. The god still speaks through me whenever I smell rum. It commands me to return. The Golden Tiki is one of the most entertaining and immersive bars in Las Vegas. Come for the incredible décor, live music, delicious drinks, and excellent merchandise--but drink respectfully, traveler. The idols are always watching. Five stars. The god demands it.

If it was a ploy to squeeze out pity tips, well... mission accomplished. But as far as getting us back in the bar? Not likely. Which is a shame! I've been to this bar several times before (both this trip and previous ones) and always had a great time. The bartenders are stellar -- friendly, fast, and know their stuff. It's just unfortunate one person can change the whole vibe. The space itself? Still cool. There's a giant, deconstructed shark looming over the bar like some kind of Vegas art installation meets Jaws. It's probably seen better days (don't make eye contact), but it adds character. The bar's location is great too -- right at the entrance of the Palms, with all the buzz of table games and slot machines around. Drinks are solid. Big downside for me: no real egg whites in their cocktails. A whiskey sour without that frothy top is like Vegas without neon -- technically still works, but it's just not the same. All in all, one bad interaction kind of took the sparkle out of what should've been a great night. Might try somewhere else next time -- and luckily, in Vegas, there's no shortage of options.

They had live music on Saturday nights that starts right at 10p. After we got our IDs checked, we walked in and were immediately overwhelmed. It was very loud, very busy, and looked like your typical dive bar, which was cool. There were no seats in the front of the bar, at the bar, or even the tables in the back. After ordering our pizza, we finally found seats to eat near the pool tables in the back. We ordered the Champagne & Reefer, which is their supreme pizza. We were hungry so this pizza hit the spot. To be completely honest, I think my friend and I did not enjoy this place because I think we were the youngest at this bar. My family made the reservation to celebrate my birthday, so the evening already felt special before we even arrived. Las Vegas has so many beautiful and flashy restaurants, but Scotch 80 Prime had the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and luxury. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere felt beautiful. The white tablecloth, warm lighting, elegant glassware, and small birthday decorations on the table made everything feel thoughtful and special. It had that glamorous Las Vegas feeling, but in a very classy and polished way. It was perfect for a birthday dinner. We started with champagne, and it set the tone for the evening. It was served cold, with beautiful lively bubbles, and the first sip immediately made the dinner feel festive. For a special occasion, those little details matter so much. But the person who truly made this visit unforgettable was our waiter, MJ. MJ's manners were absolutely outstanding. His way of speaking was refined and elegant, and his service was polished, professional, and incredibly graceful. He was attentive without being overwhelming, and every detail felt effortless. There is a certain magic in his service -- everything he touched felt more luxurious, more comfortable, and more special. A great restaurant is not only about food. It is also about how the guest feels throughout the experience. MJ understands that perfectly. He made the entire dinner flow beautifully. He recommended a wine for us, and it was absolutely amazing. It paired so well with the food and made the whole birthday dinner feel even more elevated. Honestly, next time I visit Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse, I would love to sit at MJ's table again. His service was that memorable. The food was excellent, but MJ's service made the night feel truly special. The food itself was also wonderful. The small wagyu bite with gold leaf was such a beautiful start to the meal. It was only one bite, but it was rich, elegant, and beautifully presented. It immediately made the dinner feel like a real celebration. The warm bread was also delicious. Soft, buttery, and comforting -- exactly what you want at the beginning of a steakhouse dinner. The seafood tower was impressive from the moment it arrived at the table. Lobster, shrimp, oysters, crab, and everything served over ice made the presentation feel fresh and luxurious. The lobster was meaty and delicious, and the shrimp and oysters made the meal feel even more special. It was the kind of dish that makes the table stop and take pictures before anyone starts eating. The steak was excellent as well. It had a beautiful sear on the outside and was tender and juicy inside. The flavor was rich, and every bite had that deep steakhouse satisfaction. The lobster on top of the steak made it feel even more luxurious. Steak and lobster together for a birthday dinner -- honestly, that is hard to beat. The fish dish was also very well prepared. It was nicely seared on the outside and moist inside, with a clean and elegant flavor. It gave a nice balance to the richness of the steak and seafood. And of course, the birthday dessert was beautiful. The candle, the chocolate "Happy Birthday" sign, the fruit, and the gold details made it feel so thoughtful. Seeing that dessert arrive at the table made the whole night feel complete. Scotch 80 Prime Steakhouse is a wonderful place for a special occasion. It is elegant, luxurious, and memorable without feeling too stiff. It is definitely a higher-end restaurant, but for a birthday, anniversary, or family celebration, it feels worth it. And I have to say it again -- MJ's service was truly exceptional. His refined manners, elegant communication, and thoughtful service made this birthday dinner unforgettable. Next time I am in Las Vegas, I would absolutely come back to Scotch 80 Prime. And if possible, I would definitely ask for MJ's table.

They were all super attentive, friendly and offered an amazing level of attention to detail. Our waiter made excellent recommendations for the appetizers and entrees based upon our preferences. While there was nothing exceptional about the steaks that we ordered, they were what one would expect from a fine dining steakhouse. The crab cake appetizer and the wagyu fried rice were the best sides that we had ordered. The grilled broccolini was good, but we thought the amount of salt and sauce on it was a little much. We sat inside the dining room, it was quite opulent, quiet and romantic. All of the decorations and decor really helped to make this a truly upscale restaurant.
