    Corned beef hash

TLDR: You're here because this place is an established restaurant in Vegas and you want to try it. Personally, I'd only go when people want to try it for the first time. I don't see myself coming here on my own will. Corned Beef Hash: It's an okay dish. The weakest part about the... cast iron pan is the biscuit, as it was on the dryer side, and the sauce + butter couldn't save it. The potatoes were better, but I can feel that these are store-bought potatoes which at fine at best. The eggs were cooked well. The corned beef was also fine, but the cheese was not helping, even though it should have. Service: We ate during a full house so the service staff were in a bit of a pinch. It was a rough start in terms of taking our orders and getting our food, but things improved when providing the bill. Ambiance: It's a diner that is inside a casino. The spot's temp is around room temperature, and it doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, which is good.

Too loud. Too cold. Not really apart of the "regular" Hash House A Go Go Family so no rewards points. Not our usual experience. Not going back.

Good breakfast here this past Saturday morning. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Food was delicious! Bailey's coffee, the right way to start the day! Pleasant atmosphere.

I love the Hash House a Go Go chain and this Vegas location did not disappoint!!! Huge portions perfect for having the leftovers late night in your room haha the pancakes although huge are fluffy and great because you can taste the buttermilk. Of course all of the basic breakfast proteins are also grilled to perfection. They were also fairly efficient with serving a dozen of people in our group. Definitely a go to breakfast spot off Fremont!!!

Stayed at the Rio and had breakfast at the restaurant. Construction happening so had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated, waters were served immediately and we quickly ordered. Once food was served, good luck finding your server for anything. Food here is amazing but service is pretty much non existent. Our server was even avoiding eye contact and dodging us... I understand you might be on break or whatever but don't ignore us and at least send someone else our way. Anyway, would return for the food

Always a filling breakfast, located in the Rio. Recommend you make reservations as the wait can be 45+ minutes. Avocado toast with bacon is fantastic - fresh and light. Chicken Benedict was okay - more breading than chicken, still filling. I'd pass on this. Quick service, once you're seated. Try something new every time!

Delicious breakfast place! Especially when staying at the Rio/ Masquerade. Their iced lattes definitely kickstart your mood in the morning and mimosas aren't too bad to relax! Chill breakfast spot and great atmosphere to get the day going! Service was quick, we never really ever wait long. A must go to in Vegas!

It's not fancy but it's filling. And if you're staying at the Rio, it's convenient. If you're a World of Hyatt Globalist, you get breakfast for free. So it's a win-win! I don't always eat breakfast when I stay at the Rio as the gluten-free options are limited. But have had the oatmeal, twisted chicken sandwich (no bun), and Cheddar bacon burger (no bun). The oatmeal was cooked well, filling and portion large enough for two. Had I known it was that big, I would have came later in the morning. Will order this again. The twisted chicken sandwich was spicier than expected but I'd rather have flavor than a piece of bland chicken. The breast was a wee bit on the small size, especially when you consider the other entree portion sizes. It seemed more of a side option vs the main. Large side salad. I'd order it again. The burger was a disappointment. The menu stated it was handcrafted but it was a frozen patty. I order it medium, it arrived very well done and dry. I noticed the table next to me got a burger that was at least 4 times as thick as mine. So not sure how they decide who gets a frozen patty and who gets the handcrafted burger. I would not order this again. But I might try one more time to see if this was a one-off. Drinks: I've tried the hot chocolate, lemonade, and caramel mocha. The hot chocolate comes in a giant cup but made from a mix as does the lemonade. I'm not a coffee drinker so can't really evaluate the quality of the caramel mocha other than it was okay. These items are large enough to share: Scrambles, Hashes, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, and Hash House Oatmeal. Just like any restaurant, the service can vary depending on how busy it is and the server. Casual atmosphere.

This version of the hash house inside the rio has a limited menu compared to the original Hash House A GO-GO but it does have some of the classic that make the Hash House great. They serve huge portions. I ordered the waffles and chicken. Forgot to take a picture. The banana latte was tasty. I would like to recognize Gino and staff behind the bar during the morning shift. They provide excellent service. I'm happy to report there is no long wait times. It's a little loud but enjoyable for breakfast.

We waited about 40 minutes. We were in the wrong line. We were in line for Hyatt globalists which we were not. At some point while not knowing we went to the next line to put our name on the waiting list then continuing lining up the supposedly wrong line for us. We were third in line when we realized we were in the wrong line. So, we stepped aside and waited against the bench by the wall since my husband already put on name on the waiting list. I think they did a poor job of letting people know about the lines. I later realized there was a sign but I still think the hostess should give verbal clarification. The wait to order and food to come out was quite a while. Service wasn't bad. It was actually pretty good. Hot chocolate ($9.00) was good according to my son. Coffee was $6.00 but very bitter, perhaps it was dark roast. Spinach salad was $15 and it was alright. It was my wrong doing ordering it. My son had the grilled cheese sandwich and it had tomatoes. I think it was ok but the fries that came with it were super yummy. My younger son had eggs, bacon, home fries and toast and he ate everything so it must be good. My husband ate up his BLT sandwich. I thought it was ok but my husband thinks they deserve a 4 stars. There were a lot of people so maybe it was a good restaurant or maybe it was the only restaurant that is open. Ambiance was average.

Hash House A Go Go at the Rio: where Vegas-sized portions meet epic flavor! From chorizo hash to a fried chicken sandwich the size of a jackpot, plus a strong cup of joe, this spot hits the brunch jackpot every time. Alberto started our experience off with great customer service. We had a few questions and he was more than happy to guide us through the menu. The food is definitely served in large portions. I myself wasn't as hungry so a side of the fried potatoes was perfect so that I would feel stuffed. Personally I would have preferred them golden brown but they still got the spot. My husband's review on the classic was the portion was perfect, eggs scrambled with cheese were prepared to his liliking and the bacon was crispy but not over cooked. My friend ordered the biscuits & Gravy for her usual go to but was exceptionally surprised with how the griddle mashed potatoes tasted with it. She described it as a most try. This location was conveniently located in the Rio Hotel & Casino. Not to busy that you couldn't be seated right away. Ambiance was relaxing on an early Saturday morning !

I'm not sure what the hype is about this place....but I can attest it's absolute garbage across the board. We made reservations weeks ahead of time; showed up and had to wait 40 min after our reservations. By the time we got seated it was another 18 minutes before we had a drink order taken only to receive wrong drinks another 10 minutes later. At this point we should have walked out but everyone talks about the food. Well it's no more than something g you would find an I Hop or Dennys. The "Homemade Cornbeef" hash was just lunch meat with some melted cheese over potatoes. The only thing worth saying anything about this was is was absolute trash food and horrendous service.

We have dined there in the past and have always sat at a table but we came in on a whim and there was only bar seating, which was fine. But the girl bartender (Annie??) was extremely mean and rude to us for some reason. We were polite, didn't complain about anything, didn't ask to modify our food at all and left over 20% gratuity. When we asked questions she talked to us like we were stupid. Everyone else was outstanding. The guy with the braids and Frank were awesome and the Sommelier was really cool and was passionate about his wine list. My fiancé and I are both industry vets and we understand that sometimes you aren't always in the best mood but this felt oddly personal. Again, we have no idea what we did wrong. The food was exceptional. Some highlights are: Oxtail hummus: The best hummus I've ever had and the oxtail was cooked to perfection. Oysters: we did half and half of both options and they were both great and super unique. Banh Cuon: Usually made with pork, they use duck and it is awesome. The sauce should be bottled. Octopus: Perfection on a plate. Passionfruit dessert: So, so good. Perfect way to end dinner after some spicy elements in the food. Pandan cocktail: One of the better drinks I've ever had. We had more food but these are the items I can remember off of the top of my head. This was from about a month ago but my Yelp account was hijacked and I haven't been able to get it back yet and had to make a new one . So overall everything was amazing except for that one issue.

We put in our order - one pork ramen, one mushroom ramen, and one kids meal + pork belly buns as a starter. One ramen and the kids ramen arrived together. The 2nd ramen arrived 15 minutes after that. Our server did not check on us. Her colleagues dropped off the food. When we reminded her that the order never arrived she sounded apologetic. They took off the item + actually packed the pork belly buns in a Togo box. The food overall is good! But for the price (I am from the bay area so I understand how much VCOL should cost). The restaurant was set up with 2-3 themed rooms connected by a wide hallway with a bar. The restaurant overall was decorated in chocolate brown cloth and chocolate brown leathers. I got to sit in "The Pearl Room". This room was gorgeous and was covered in TONS pearls. I quickly discovered that I was way underdressed (leggings and a Nashville t-shirt lol) but the staff never treated me as I didn't belong. The staff gave everyone 5-star service and treated me as if I was the most important person in the room the whole time I was there. The restaurant was all small bites, but did not leave you hungry. To drink I had the Bubbles & Berries. This was light, refreshing, and bursting with strawberry flavor. To eat, I had Roasted Bone Marrow, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings, Panzanella Scallops, and Truffle Mac & Cheese with Lobster. WoW-just WoW! All of the food was elegant yet had the flavors that make you do a food dance. My favorite was the Roasted Bone Marrow and the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings. The bone marrow was out of this world delicious! This was the best bone marrow that I have every had. It was silky smooth and melted the second it hit your mouth! The Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Dumplings were amazing! The dumplings were a well-seasoned surprising bite of flavor that was complemented by a rich and creamy elevated tomato soup. The Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail was fresh, large, and complemented by a beautiful cocktail sauce. The Panzanella Scallops were delicate, rich, and buttery. They were also cooked to perfection. The Truffle Mac & Cheese with Lobster was good but my least favorite. The flavor of truffle was not found and there was very little lobster with what could be found being extremely small pieces. The cheese also could have been a bit more creamy so that the pasta was covered a bit more. I probably will skip this item on my next visit. This was such a wonderful experience with out of this world food. I can't wait for my next time in Vegas so I can book a table at Beauty & Essex.
