What went well??? Umm everything!!! The food was good, location is off the strip so parking is easy and free, huge menu, electric train the circles the track above head adds a nice touch and fun to look at. But the thing that made it....and I mean really over the top was the server Daniella. She was on it! She brought waters with lemons on the side immediately without us asking (just in case we wanted them). She brought multiple creamers for the coffee so you didn't have to ask. She brought banana muffins to hold us over till the food came, she brought sauce samples and chili samples to make sure we would like our food (without us asking), she wasn't afraid to tell us if something was her favorite or make suggestions. It seemed like we didn't have to ask for anything, she just knew! Friendly and good at her job. She was very responsive to my brother's allergy to gluten and didn't seem bothered in the least by questions asked about menu items. She communicated with the kitchen and made sure he was accommodated. It was really appreciated. Plus I ordered the California Benny (was ok but would get something else next time as the bread got soggy too quick) and when a gentleman brought it to me he sang "California knows how to Benny" (iykyk).....I LOVED that wish I knew his name so I could give him credit, but unfortunately I don't. Looking for breakfast off the strip in Vegas.....this is your place.

Stopped by Egg & I with a group of four after EDC weekend and ordered the chilaquiles with red salsa. The salsa had great flavor with a nice kick. The service was fast and friendly. One item of note is that a carafe of hot coffee was provided for the table so we were able to refill our own cups as needed. I hope more brunch spots started doing that!

Everything we got were all pretty tasty and big portions. The steak was suppose to be cooked medium rare but ended up more well, luckily it was tender so it was still tasty. Only feedback is the food was a bit saltier than we all would have liked. Pancakes were super fluffy! Service was ok, waitress forgot to bring one of our cups of coffee and my toast which we had to ask for before she remembered to bring it. If the food was season a bit better it would of been 5 for the food

My friend and I had lunch at the Egg & I a few weeks ago. It was my first time eating at the restaurant. It's a typical casual diner located in a shopping strip. Parking wasn't an issue on a Thursday afternoon though I noticed a sign on the door stating that your entire party must be present before you will be seated so I guess it gets busy on the weekends. Our server Evelyn was very nice and attentive. She made good suggestions and answered our questions (the menu is pretty extensive). I noticed a lot of the breakfast entrées had Habla Diablo seasoning which concerned me because I don't love spicy food, but she reassured me that the seasoning is not spicy at all. I started with regular coffee. Evelyn offered flavored creamer options but I kept it basic. I appreciated that she set the coffee pot on the table so I could top off my mug whenever I needed. For my entrée, I went with the Bacon and Onion Skillet. The potatoes come with the Habla Diablo seasoning. Evelyn told me I could order light seasoning, and I'm glad I did. The seasoning is very flavorful, but it is salty (and not spicy at all). If I had done regular seasoning, it would have been too salty for my palette. I opted for scrambled eggs with a side of sourdough toast. It was so tasty, but the portion was huge! I could only eat about half of it. Evelyn brought over to go boxes and gave me a cup of fresh coffee to go, which was so nice. As much as I wanted to bring the leftovers with me, I was on my way to the airport so I didn't take them. Luckily, the meal held me over for most of the day.

On my most recent trip to Vegas, my last meal in town was at Egg & I for lunch on a Thursday morning. Located off The Strip, this breakfast spot is located in a shopping center with several other businesses and there's plenty of free parking. Ambiance (3.5/5): Pretty much your typical run-of-the-mill breakfast spot with a twist. They have a train that makes its way around the inside of the restaurant (close to the ceiling). Choo-choo! I'd say this was a first for me at a restaurant. I appreciated the creativity. We were seated at a booth which I always appreciate. Service (4.5/5): Our waitress did a good job taking care of us. What I appreciated most is that after I ordered, she offered me another option that would give me a lot more food for a small surcharge. Definitely worth it and something I wouldn't have know without her help because I didn't know I could make substitutions. A little tough to explain, but know that she was looking out for me. Drinks (N/A): I had an Arnold Palmer so not much to talk about here. They have your typical assortment of soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea that you would expect at a breakfast joint. Food (3/5): I went with the stuffed French toast, scrambled eggs, and ham. I substituted waffles for French toast. Unfortunately, the French toast was below average. French toast is one of my favorite breakfast foods and this wasn't it. The bread was a bit lifeless and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit. The scrambled eggs were a bit lifeless too. I expected more from a restaurant with the word "Egg" in the title. The ham was the best part of the meal which is telling you something. Not a bad meal by any means, but it didn't live up to the hype. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong dish or it was an off-night. It had been a while since I visited a brunch spot. The portion size was generous, so I ended up taking part of my meal to-go. Choo-choo!

During my stay in LV, had to stop by a fav. Love this particular location. Friendly staff. I forgot my server's name but she was nice, friendly. I ordered the chicken w/veggies skillet. Overall tasty but way too much cheese. Next time I will tell them none. Good coffee, ambience. Strongly recommend.

Expect it's to be busy on a weekend and also expect parking to be tough too!! It's worth it though! The food is consistent with flavor, and they do their best to get the food out quickly. Service is friendly as well, from the hostess to the servers and expeditors. They are all working together to get as many people through as possible...without rushing the tables or making you feel like you have to hurry to leave! It's a pretty packed place inside, the patio allows for a little bit more open space, it's covered but you're in plastic folding chairs - which aren't uncomfortable! If it's a nice day out, I recommend the patio! Bonus is that the patio is dog friendly!

We visit here regularly on our trips to Vegas. We found it off of yelp because it's a dog friendly restaurant with a huge side patio. Even after our dogs passed almost 2 years ago, we continue to dine here. It's a great local brunch place. The service is 10/10! Just really nice and welcoming. No matter when we come here, everyone is ALWAYS friendly! The prices are decent and the food is great!!! This last visit, my daughter and I split a spinach, bacon benedict and canoli French toast. It was more than enough food. My husband had a loco moco. Everything was delicious. If you feel like having breakfast off the strip. Eat like a local and visit this place. You will not be disappointed.

While in Vegas, we wanted to try a new breakfast place off the Strip. The Egg & I looked like it had excellent reviews, but for us, it was a bit disappointing. While the food wasn't bad, it was just meh. Located in a quiet parking lot, parking was relatively easy. Service was a bright spot in our meal as well as the interior décor. Loved the train running on the tracks over the restaurant. The menu was cute in the newspaper style. Food and drinks were lackluster. Coffee was flavorless and just wasn't good at all The food just felt like they had two seasonings, salt and their diablo seasoning. It's either overly salty or overly salty with the diablo seasoning Corned beef was lifeless. For housemade food, I had bigger expectations for them. Being served in the skillet, I was hoping they would be crispy on the outside, moist and tasty on the inside. It was all too mushy for my liking. It just felt like I was eating mashed potatoes, with a side of potatoes to go with my plate. I wish we could have substituted the side of potatoes without the additional charge for fruit. The banana muffin just didn't look appealing. I don't know if I was expecting something like the banana bread, but this wasn't it. While crispy on the outside, the inside was just dry. Benedict was again, just all saltiness from the ham. Something about the texture of the ham they used was weird While the service and décor is nice, the food just doesn't make me want to try this place again.

Ambiance: it's a train themed breakfast and brunch place, a family business spreading around Las Vegas valley, and this Egg & I is the original store, and the rest is called Egg Works Service: super friendly and patient with questions, provided a lot of useful suggestions for first timers Food & Drink: numerous items on their menu STUFFED FRENCH TOAST - ***** Scrambled eggs with cheese and choice of bacon, between French Toast, dusted with powdered sugar, served with warm maple syrup, balanced savory and sweet taste, highly recommend COUNTRY FRIED STEAK - **** A hand battered country fried steak, topped with Grandma's country gravy and served with two eggs, flavorful steak and tasty gravy, recommend Habla Diablo seasoned potatoes - **** very crunchy and flavorful potato cubes, recommend Habla Diablo Cajun seasoned fries - *** spicy fries Banana nut muffin - **** a must have here, sponge texture muffin with chewy walnut, recommend Coffee - *** standard drip coffee, bottomless all you can drink Price: generous portions and reasonable prices, expect $25 per person for a fulfilling meal, even with leftovers, and note the menu price is for cash payment, there's surcharge for credit card

Mashed potato omelette for me and homemade corned beef hash for hubby. both were so good! And the prices are great too!

The food was great, the service was warm and friendly and the prices were right! Can't recommend enough!

    Country Fried Steak Skillet
    Allen L.

I couldn't decide between two of their most popular dishes but saw both on the value menu which is half of a typical portion. That was the perfect opportunity to try both. I got the Country Fried Steak Skillet, over easy eggs, with the Habla Diablo Seasoned Potatoes and the Stuffed French Toast with Ham and subbed Hash Browns. The Country Fried Steak dish was a 10/10. I don't always like gravy but theirs was exceptional. The Habla Diablo potatoes were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Honestly, the Stuffed French Toast was good but nothing special. It was just scrambled eggs with ham and your typical French toast. Still happy I tried the Stuffed French Toast so I don't get FOMO and now I know my go-to here will be the full portion of Country Fried Steak!

Stopped by while our trip in vegas , nice spot wigh friendly employees. The food was good. We had several options and they were all delicious. It felt very cozy inside although we requested outdoor since we were a big party and had children with us. * best part was the complimentary banana bread 10/10

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. I don't understand how this place even has the rating they do. We got tricked. I've had better food at McDonalds breakfast. Anyways, we came in with no wait, seated immediately. The place was not busy, maybe 6 tables total. Glass cups: DIRTY. We had 2 different servers, the 2nd one: Condescending. He had asked us if we were ready to order and we said yes, thinking he was going to take it: he walked away! And took 2 tables orders that came in AFTER us that took at least 10 min and then came back to take our order. Our tea was ordered right from the get go but came AFTER our food arrived. I ordered the deviled eggs: NO FLAVOR. It was actually interesting, it was half heated up and half cold in the middle and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Wife ordered biscuits and gravy: EGGSHELLS INCLUDED. Wife explained the dish was barely warm, like they tried warming it up in the microwave and didn't taste good at all. We think the best thing on the menu was the hot tea we ordered, which was store bought. Service, never even got asked if our food was okay. Barely got our food and not even 2 min later, check was brought to us with nothing said. Just PLOPPED on the table next to us to take care of. I've been to 8 states and this place is in my top 3 of worst places I've ever been to. If I could give it a negative star, surely I would. Im a pretty easy going person, I give chances and understand even if a server is having a bad day. This place was purely a fail. "Oh no! What could improve?" Yelp ask: EVERYTHING.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. Traveled from Austin, TX and Little Rock, AR with my cousin to experience Usher yesterday. Enjoying…read morenew places and discovering amazing vibes and delicious food is why I enjoy going to concerts out of town. My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
