    Felt like an inconvenience, like the other reviews stated. Walked in, had a loan approved with the car I wanted mind, saw on Facebook Marketplace. Did all the work ahead of time. License plate on the vehicle had a Servco Lexus plate, the listing is from Servco Lexus, the vehicle is in the Servco Lexus parking lot, hence why I got a loan from Chase to Servco Lexus. Daniel pawned me off to the 'manager' said it was actually Servco Subaru, and that I would need to get my loan redone to state this. Sent them a message, the following day after driving by and the vehicle was there, now 2 hours later they respond it's 'sold'. The whole thing feels shady, like it was a bait car. Apparently they pick and choose who they want to do business with, even tho I literally had a loan for the vehicle they gave me excuses why they couldn't sell it and then magically it was sold to someone else.

I recommend it to her that we buy 20/10 concentrated washer fluid. this is an extremely well-known product. It's has no dyes in it. The parts agent at the desk told my partner. "He had never heard " of it and that they did not have it in stock and sold her some premixed washer fluid which is fine. I use that fluid it in my own car, but it wasn't what we asked for. His response to her was he had never heard of it and they did not have it instead of looking it up like they do for almost every customer. Who's looking for a fuse or a brake pad, or anything else . When she got back to the car, I checked on the website and it was in stock at that store, so I decided to go in and just ask him about it. It wasn't too busy in the store, and I thought it would be ok. He's a man of my age. Who's likely worked around vehicles for a long time. He was wearing a Safeway hat, which I thought was kind cool in its own way. Because there was someone ahead of me. I decided to get the part, which was displayed in the back of the store clearly, with the other two brands of washer fluid. I waited for the agent to become available. He took someone ahead of me who had went out to their car and was coming back, which which happens at these stores. When it was my turn to get to the counter, I showed him the white bottle of 20 10 fluid and said to him gently that I wanted him to know that the product was in stock, and it was our first choice. His response was. He said he did not know had the product and it was in stock but he did not say to me he had "never heard" of the product. Which would've surprised me if he had not. I told its concentrated, and therefore, it's easier to store, for the long-term use His response to my comment after showing the product was not defensive and therefore somewhat favorable. He said, I would have to mix this product with water, and I told him we can get water. I can't say this was a five star experience because we weren't able to buy a product that was on in the shelf on the store, but I do think his reaction was good, and I appreciated it. I would be happy to go back there again when went and if they need a rises.
