Mike is very personable and instilled confidence from the get-go. He listened carefully on the phone and asked pertinent questions, scheduling us in for a quick visit the following morning. We are short on cash and had already checked what the average cost of sewage line replacement was and the various options available. We discussed whether I could dig the trench and have them remove and replace the line. Was given a very nice quote on the understanding that I do a good job digging to their specifications. It took me all my spare time over a few days. Again, Mike was excellent. I didn't have to chase him or even ask. He called one morning and stopped by in between jobs to check my progress. He estimated when I would be done. Did a follow up visit the day before and saw I had pretty much finished. When I was done and gave him a call, he had already penciled us in for the following morning. Mike is punctual and, on all occasions, came exactly when he said he would. To install the new sewer line, he brought his work partner of 25 years Carlos. They are good buddies and between them did all the work quickly and competently.
