Contract amount changed next month apparently due to this box that was never even activated or opened. Had to pay higher bill and return the extra box. Still constantly assured I would recieve my promotional credit after 3 months. 4th month in, supervisor even promises all mistakes corrected and would recieve the credit within the week. Week later told to wait another 3 months. 4 months into service, 9 phone calls(generally an hour or more of wasted time), always lies, always told its taken care of and never is. Constant lies even from supervisors. Still waiting for credit now pushed to 6 months. Terrible business. I've held up every part of my end and even had to pay extra for their mistakes but they will not follow through on their word and issue the credit I was promised since day one. I am now told to wait another 3 months for said promo credit. Please do not use this company nothing but lies and problems

The setup was easy and we got the equipment we needed with no problems. (We decided to rent the modem router, not purchase our own. The cost is very reasonable.) We have had only a handful of outages in those years, and every one of them were very brief. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. I just spoke with their Billing department to make a change to our account. I got a real human being very quickly. She verified my account and made the change while we were talking, and was very professional and helpful.

As the competition gets into this area they raise their speeds in the package that you have. They no longer "rent" hardware. They recently "loaned" me a new modem and two Eero routers for free. I would give their internet service 5 stars. I'm dropping 2 stars based on the Ephrata physical office. They're only open a few days a week so of course the lines an get long at the two windows they have. Nothing is automated. To get the modems and router I had to wait for a woman who had question after question and the window person kept adding ideas. She literally held up one line for 30 minutes while the other window slowly digested the other line. Then to get the router I have to fill out a card with the same address and phone information as they should already have on my account. This includes a field for Social Security Number - SSN is not an ID number and I would have to trust their database folks to keep it safe. Nope. Then I have to turn the card over and fill in my name and sign it again. Not a huge deal but I have an account with them, can't they simply log the device serial numbers? Plus, I'm pretty quick, I watched an elderly lady take over 5 minutes just to fill in the card. It would be super easy to improve that process. I hope I don't have to go in there again any time soon.
