He was very knowledgeable and very detail oriented. He showed me everywhere that he would seal for rodent proofing. His pricing was exactly where I would put it. He was able to fit me in in a week and on the day of the job he had 4 guys; 2 of which were family members. They were all very professional and worked very quickly and well. I had a lot of wires and lines running in the attic and was worried some of them would get damaged (I know my fault and they should have been tacked up to begin with) but they worked around them and nothing was damaged. I was also worried about my roof since it was just done with lightweight concrete but no tiles were broken. They setup portable walls that were sealed with contractors plastic sheeting so any dust/contaminants were sealed away and directed at a HEPA filter. They finished the 1300 sqft attic and also the garage attic in about 6 hours and it looked perfect. I was very impressed. They even removed about 50ft of old HVAC piping from the garage attic (when they probably could have left it). I feel like it's very hard to find contractors along with their team that truly take pride in their work in this day in age but Leo and his team are the exception. It helps that it is a family owned and run business which mean they really care about their clients and also the work done. I will be recommending Leo Home Solutions to anyone that needs similar work done!

David was the project manager, one of the hands-on workers at moments, and salesperson, which meant there was clear ownership from start to finish. What stood out most was his thoroughness and sense of responsibility to do the job right. They didn't even begin installing the new insulation until they were 100% certain every rodent entry point had been successfully sealed. So, there was absolutely zero pressure on me to have them complete the job faster than it should have been completed. My home was built in 1948, and older houses like this have countless entry points. They clearly understood that and took the time to address it correctly. I was not asked to pay until they were certain the attic was completely rodent-free, which says a lot about their integrity. David also provided clear information to help me pursue a tax credit for the new insulation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt genuinely taken care of. David and his team put in the time and effort my old house needed, and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant. He even worked with me on the cost. They even installed a new exhaust conduit for my oven range at no extra cost. To access a section of the attic that was otherwise impossible to reach, they had to open a small hole in my living room ceiling. The repair and repainting were done for a very reasonable additional cost, and you would never know the ceiling had been opened. I even had my pest control company check today after the rains and they said it was completely clean and the installer did an amazing job! I would absolutely recommend Wonderful Attic Care without hesitation. Again, there has been zero rodent activity, no noise, and no lingering odors. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no surprise charges. If you have an older home and want the problem solved correctly the first time, this is the company to call. I am not one to post on these review sites. I will admit I was a bit cautious when my doorbell rang and I saw a man, to me was obviously here to collect my past due bill. I opened the door and he told me he was in the neighborhood with Service Heroes to check and see if I would qualify for an insulation program the DWP is offering. I would have never opened the door if my neighbor had not mentioned it to me the day prior. It's real no gimmicks. They came back the next day and come to find out my house needed it. They go up in attic and check levels so not everyone qualifies. They didn't ask me for any money and no mess! It was almost too good to be true.
