Terrible company. Will only do half the job because it's easy to do mitigating. I would hire someone that will do the job turn key next time and ensure my clients are happy. Holes in the wall. AC is high and 90 degrees inside because they denied rebuild after tearing up their walls. Her brother can't sleep for days. They are not happy right now. Our water heater above the laundry room/garage failed and sprayed in the attic water while we were on a trip. We came home to it raining in the laundry room and garage. SERVEPRO of Spring/Tomball helped us clean up the water damage by removing wet insulation, drying out the drywall that could be salvaged and removing what couldn't be salvaged. Steven Sanchez, Manny and their crew were on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Sanchez worked with our insurance company to get actions approved. They did a great job. We were very happy to see Servpro come to our house to do work on our carpet after we had a leak in our plumbing. Our insurance company, USAA had contracted them to do follow-up mold mitigation and drying of our carpet and pads. i left a review last year on yelp, Google and there web page. They somehow removed it! wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one on Earth. They stole, told me they're glad I have seizures!!! I had to track down the owner of the Tomball location due to the horrible customer service. They only apologized because the head owner got wind of the issue. They asked being the EMAILED me an apology that they requested I take the review down. I simply replied no because they only apologized due to the owner finding out. Wasnt a true apology. Told them customers need to know and I would be lying if I said otherwise. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but here. Hired this location for mitigation after a sewer line break caused a back up into my bathroom, closet, and bedroom. During mitigation they broke tile in my bathroom in 3 separate places. Two different places on the floor and one on the wall. They are trying to tell me that the places on the floor were already broken when I have pictures proving otherwise. They will not take accountability for damaging my property and they sure wont take accountability for damaging your property. I have tried to work with these people on numerous occasions to fix what they have broken and now they won't even return my calls. read more

The team worked fast and efficient. We had a ac pipe leak that damaged part of the flooring and walls of the house. They used high tech equipment to locate humidity in places that I didn't know existed. The crew worked fast and monitored progress on a daily basis. Iwould definitely recommend it. read more

I do not recommend serv pro for any job. Mark tho lead manager seems like he was lost.marks team started putting funiture in the middle if each room. There was no plastic on any of the furnuture. They stsrte cutting sheetrock, and debris was all of my material. They removed all of the base boards, and trim, they were supposed to be save. Majorty of them broken. They removed the pad and dryed my carpet in place. Removed all the bags to front yard. I explained to mark that i wanted everything moved to the concrete. They broke a pipe, shut the main water off. I had to call a plumber out. They sweeped everything out, but no vac. It was one of the worst experience to me. I would never use them again. read more

This company was horrible. Empty promises, delays, excuses, and overall bad business is their m.o. They came to us as the general contractor our insurance company suggested after water damaged our home. Their estimator was less than knowledgeable which caused delays. They underestimated the amount of materials needed to complete the job. A sign of incompetence that caused further delays. The subcontractors they allowed into my home took little care with my belongings and verbally disrespected me and my family. They left trash in my home, broke decorations, and damaged my refrigerator. Excuses, excuses. I made an impromptu visit to my home during the repairs to find a worker taking a nap on my leather sofa! When I asked why he was on my sofa, I was told he had injured himself as was probably under the influence of pain pills. The crew then got into a verbal altercation with my wife when asked to leave. Poor estimating, poor scheduling, poor selection of subcontractors all lead to a horrible experience with this company. They make empty promises and don't seem to really care. If they were sincere in their apologies maybe I'd feel better, but they don't seem to be sincere at all. I wish I has never dealt with this company. read more

I have had the worst experience with this Servpro. My contractor Shan was completely rude. They didn't fix all the things they messed up. Shan's contractors stole a few items. When I talked to Shan about it, he basically didn't want to hear it or even try to fix it. I feel he was pissed that I mentioned that I had items stolen from my house by his contractor. I never have guest at my house so his people was the only people in my house. He never helped me through the process to educate me to make the process go easier. They price gouged the tile that I ordered from the tile place, stating they're a profit company. I understand that, but you just changed me thousand upon thousands just for the labor and needed supplies. On top of that HIS contractor totally doubled the size of a room, that way his contractor could pocket money. I know that if your in the business is repairs and upgrades you would be accurate on measuring a room because that is there profession and they do it on a daily. The company charged me way more than the actual cost of tile. Wouldn't let me see what I paid for. They stated that they will show me the price AFTER I paid. Which makes no sense due to I'm paying the bill, therefore I would think I should have the right to see what I'm paying for. I would never recommend this location NEVER. He laughed at me, then tried to apologize. I've never had to leave a negative review in my life. But with this experience I think people should be aware. Hope this information helps you. read more

I filed a claim on my insurance to repair water damage to my house and accepted the insurance company recommendation of ServPro. I ended up using two ServPro franchises: one for water remediation (Sugarland) and one for repair (Spring/Tomball). The water remediation was promptly done and they did what they said they would do. The repair franchise was a terrible experience. After detailing out the work to be done the superintendent turned the project over to the construction supervisor. I was HORRIFIED at the quality of work when the construction supervisor first told me the repairs were complete. During the four return trips to remedy the repairs over the next four weeks, I felt like it was my task to discover what had not been done. At this point, I am not satisfied with the repairs, but they are out of my house! ServPro Tomball personnel tell me the construction supervisor is no longer with the company and they are disappointed with my experience with their company. I know it was my last experience with this company. (I said company, not franchise. Yeah, it was that bad!) read more
