Their prices on top of that were very reasonable and they had correctly assessed the cause of the water damage even prior to removing the walls which speaks to their experience on handling water damage issues. I liked how they were able to offer both demolition and reconstruction services. They were also very helpful in coordinating with our tenant instead of having us act as intermediaries. Finally they kept to their estimated timetable and to their quote (except for replacing a shower door which understandably would be an additional cost). Now you usually don't wish for more water damage to occur, but if it did we would definitely be interested in going back to MACS.
