The texted quote from Alpha included the following, "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Dust Free, Dirt Free, Well Cleaned, Sanitized & Polished." I was unable to be present for the actual cleaning so when I got home to see the condition I was disappointed in certain areas, considering I had paid $351.81. The living room laminate wood floor was not cleaned properly and a large gap was missed, including every entry way into the three carpeted rooms. An exhaust vent was completely missed in the master bathroom and the shower cleaning was poor, despite us asking for special attention to the shower head which had build up from hard water. I understand we could clean this ourself but we were paying almost $400 and expected it to be cleaned. When I mentioned these things to the owner, he stated, "The shower was cleaned over & over. Some stains are almost impossible to remove." He also said, "The floor was vacuumed, mopped and then a touch of polish was applied to it. It appears that the polishing solution was not evenly applied. Please note that The floor polish was not a required step." But in the quote, polished was part of the offer, so I felt misled and as if he were trying to make it seem like he was going out of his way when he offered to come and touch up the floor. I wanted to clean the shower head myself to see if it was actually cleaned. I sprayed the shower head with cleaning solution and let it sit the appropriate time according to the instructions and used a simple Mr. Clean magic eraser on it. Nearly all the residue came off--confirming that the shower head was in fact not cleaned as mentioned. There are other things that were disappointing but I did not mention them to Alpha and he wasn't able to respond to those complaints. I simply wanted the major concerns addressed to be done with the situation. But for example, the inside of the refrigerator was cleaned but not dried and water spots were all inside the unit. Also, the garage and front doors were not cleaned and had dirty fingerprints on them--something I easily cleaned afterwards with a Lysol wipe, but shouldn't have had to. It was difficult to get back in touch with Alpha to schedule the touch ups, I must admit it felt like I wouldn't hear from him again. He did however take care of the misses personally since we couldn't work out an arrangement to leave our home unlocked/or a spare key for it to be done unsupervised. He then sent a picture of the shower head saying it was touched up, when in fact I had cleaned it myself and his "touch-up" looked no different than how it looked after I cleaned it. I will say the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction, as were the blinds, and baseboards. But despite this, I will be choosing different services if needed in the future and would not recommend this company.

Dane and Ricky showed up about 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and checked for limit switch and flame sensor issues to determine why my furnace wasn't firing up. They immediately diagnosed my issue as inconsistent (30 year old) thermostat operation. I was embarrassed and a bit skeptical. For a very fair price and 30 minutes of our time they swapped it out for a new Honeywell programmable unitand everything works as it should. I could not be happier!! Great guys. Great service.
