Love this place and everyone works here! I had my pregnancy photos and my baby's 100 days photos taken here, and all pictures are very nice. Photographer Xiaozhi is very good at catching the best moments for both adults and kids. My husband doesn't like to take pictures, but he was very satisfied with our pregnancy photo session and asked for the 100 days baby photo package even before our baby turn 1 month. Everyone in the office is friendly and makes us feel relax and comfortable during the photo sections. We purchased the City Hall wedding package from Sese Wedding and had a great experience! The package was 5 hrs in total and included hair styling, makeup, photographer and one rented gown. Every part of their service is of high calibre. We had a tight timeframe for planning, but they made every effort to ensure that we appear in our favorite outfits. On the wedding day, the hair and makeup design fitted my style perfectly. And the photographer tried to go extra miles to help us taking photos from all angels and the photos are stunning! Untrustworthy and unprofessional! We signed up back in May 2016 for a double package of a pre-wedding photo shoot (July 2016) and wedding reception (October 2016). But they never told us how frequently their staff changes. Our pre-wedding makeup and photo (done by Lisa and Mr Ming respectively) were good but they could not stay in the US long enough to also do our wedding reception in less than 3 months. Knowing this we kept asking who our photographer was going to be for the upcoming reception (which is more important since we had a full schedule beginning at 6am until late at night), but they weren't able to tell us who it was until a couple days before. Obviously they couldn't find anyone to cover our wedding. Also in our contract they promised a trial run with my wife's makeup artist but after multiple requests from my wife they insisted it was not necessary and we never got it. After the wedding reception we found out the photographer and videographer they hired were international students still obtaining their degrees with a total lack of wedding experience. The photos we got back were overly zoomed into our face so we can't tell what we were doing or even where we were. The videos were actually just short clips mainly ranging from 5 to 15 seconds (many were even 2-3 seconds), they only got pieces of our vows, the walk down the aisle, the tea ceremony, almost none of our first dance, and bits and pieces of the games with our guests. When asked about this Ms Hong Chen (their business manager) countered that we should be happy we at least have videos, if it was many years ago we wouldn't even have any and for her own wedding she didn't have videos either (what?!?). Their photo editing is also a joke, after removing background people they literally took a vertical piece of one part of the background and pasted it over and over to cover the area. In one of their edits, they pasted a darker shade onto the sky that had a very visible edge of the original sky so it was dark, bright, then background. Another edit of making my wife's arms a little skinnier had the side effect of curving the pillar in the background. These were all visible errors without even zooming in! These were all presented to us as their "final edits" to be blown up. We brought up all these issues and asked that they fix them multiple times via phone, email and in person. Each request takes them weeks and only come back with half of the things fixed. Some requests they'll say they can't do, but a simple google myself and I was able to fix them in minutes. Many times they came back to us and asked us to do the editing ourselves. So they're asking us to do THEIR work that we are PAYING them for?? Dealing with the photo album was even more absurd and frustrating. Wait time became months, they requested we edit it ourselves again and their communication somehow got worse. We had to go back and forth with them many times (requesting my wife make a 20 mile drive one way repeatedly to talk in person) because they keep returning products with only a few of our requests which were already communicated clearly in email and phone. Our edit requests were not even complicated, their work included many typos, grammer mistakes, wrong fonts, and alignment issues. This obviously drags out the process and now it's been 7 months and we still don't have an album for our prewedding photo shoot, much less our reception. We really regret choosing them to cover our once in a lifetime event, we got very little photos and videos for our reception; they were mainly just headshots and short clips. We would never recommend this place to anyone. One person there we really appreciated is Winnie (their sales manager), she did all she could to help us given the circumstances and the conditions she had to work with. read more
