Same as other reviews, they are still figuring things out when I first went. I've done 4/6 sessions purchased spaced a month apart. I have a few more sessions for laser before my package has completed. As I am approaching my 6th treatment, I can say the service among providers are remarkable inconsistent. Some providers are more inclined to tailor the treatment to the person while the majority quickly push a button and swiftly breeze through the appointment time with little care or attention. Only one or two sessions revealed significant results. My most recent sessions revealed very little results, requiring weekly maintenance at home. The shop hours are inconvenient. 10am start time does not accommodate people with 9a-7p jobs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not to mention, getting in contact with the shop is obnoxious. No option to leave a voicemail, the call simply drops.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In addition, the cancellation policy is highway robbery. They also a comprehensive range of treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skin tightening, and body contouring. Maybe I'll consider some of these options down the road. I haven't use the additional services, I received one session of laser hair removal treatment. At my first session, I found the place lovely with a well appointed seating area, very comfortable and nice shoulder you arrive early.
