Ugh... total waste of time and money! I went in for the strawberry laser so that is what my review is for. I made it clear to the receptionist that i wanted to try it only if it showed results after the first time as i only planned on doing it 1-3 times. There is no way I will go back to waxing, sugaring, or shaving ever again thanks to Sevana and Glendale Laser Center. She is the best at what she does and has the best prices around. I refer all my friends to her and they all love her as well. This place was a waist of my time not only once but twice. I made an appointment for the first time 2 weeks in advance. They failed to tell me they just moved and on yelp they had the old address. I said fine honest mistake. I call them and ask for their new address and let them know that the address was old on yelp. She doesn't apologize or says anything but ok see you soon. I finally find the place and the girl behind the desk doesn't even look at me or says hi. She's on the computer and say "oh you're a new patient right? Oh well the doctor isn't in and you can't get treatment without seeing the doctor." I was like I said so on the phone I've never been here before she's like "I'll give you a new appointment next week." I said fine. The 2 nights before my new appointment call me that the doctor is going on vacation if I can come in tomorrow or wait till he comes back in 2 weeks. I told them nevermind I'm not coming to you guys again this is ridiculous. They don't care about customer service. It seems like these other people had great experiences which was the reason I decided on this place. But I was not impressed. I'm not begging someone to see me. I've been going for a couple of years now and have finally decided to stop. The place nurses do a good job, however, get ready to sit and wait for an hour to finally be called in. I've gone countless times and not once has my procedure started on time. Even after telling the person at the front desk from days before, that morning, and after getting there and i CANNOT be late, still they do nothing about it. I have two jobs and go to school, therefore my time is super limited. Also, a couple of months ago they had a training nurse work on me. They failed to tell me beforehand and my 1.5 hour appointment turned into 2.5 hours. I was late to work of course after and got caught in even worse traffic. read more

I have been a customer here for about 2 years and I became a believer in laser!! I did laser 10 years ago and it did not work on me. When my friend referred me to Sevana and her laser center, I gave it a thought. I told Sevana about my concerns and this woman was incredible! She spent over 2 and a half hours on me (I was sensitive to pain). I did a full body for about a year. As of now, I haven't done laser on my legs in over 8 months. I love how I don't have to shave!! The rest of my body has some patches here and there, but overall it's amazing not having to worry about unwanted hair! I will NEVER go anywhere else because Sevana's laser machine is wonderful and it does work. Best of all, all of the employees at the Laser center are very nice and sweet!
