We are here about three years ago and we weren't thrilled. I think it was an off day Because now that we have moved here we've had pizza from here twice and it's been quite good. Ok. There have been many "pizza" spots that tried to make it out here in Seven Lakes and just failed. This place rocks. It's real pizza. It's okay, the owner always looks sweaty and grungy, like he's going through a divorce or something. Always having younger diversity of girls there working for him, kind a creepy, never know when he's open doesn't stick to a schedule, and when he's open he doesn't answer the phone. Very rude and nonchalant over the phone, gets upset when I asked questions about the menu, like I'm suppose to know it already, I just moved here and you have no menu posted, needs better customer service, he always looks hungover, sorry to rip you like this dude but it's all true, I've order more than three times from you and it's always the same attitude when I go. Awesome pizza, friendly staff, fast service. Plenty of parking, I like the fact that they sell pizza by the slice at lunch, that works well for me. The salads and sandwiches are delicious, I have always had perfect service and food with this business. The staff is always so friendly and makes me feel welcome. Not being a homey but very glad I can get a great pizza in the land of not much here in Seven Lakes, NC. The owner is very nice and serves up great pizza and great sandwiches. Not to get too fat I get a pizza or a sandwich several times a month. He has limited hours which kind of sucks but being a retirement area most old people are asleep earlier than later so understand that a little bit. A few times I pick up my pizza I see those ovens just filled with Pizza. Price is good to! Neg- The short window of time they are open. Truly a local establishment. Open for lunch and early dinner so be sure to check his hours. The pizza is not like anything at the chains....always consistent and good. Now the sandwiches are bordering on GREAT. Using homemade rolls from the pizza dough they stand up to the sauces and don't fall apart in your hand. I use them a couple of days per week for lunch. This is a great "go to" place when you are in a quandary about what to eat. They have some outside picnic tables so plan to eat at home. read more

Great food, great prices. Everything there is great, made fresh, with fresh ingredients. Many of the customers followed the owner from Connecticut and are still faithful customers. The bread is made fresh daily and is always great. Mike (the owner) is very generous with his toppings and fills the subs to the max. He will cook as the customer wishes and makes many exceptions to the menu for his customers. This review is only about the meatball parmesan sub, which pleases my palate perfectly. The bread is homemade, crust is brittle and interior soft. The meatballs are even better than Mom's. And the sauce is thick with meat and spices. And enough gooey cheese makes it perfect. Yummm!!! read more
