We love to try out breweries in the places we visit so this was top of our list on our overnight stop in Wytheville. The atmosphere was fun with all the games. I got the Ashnikko sour which was good and my husband got the Isla. His beer was flat and tasted stale. We also got the cheese bread which was delicious. Overall great service and would recommend. read more

Really fun atmosphere, loved the decorations. This place was walkable from our hotel which was a huge plus. The bartenders were not super personable, but our drinks came out quick so no biggie there. The beers unfortunately were totally flat and not very tasty. We stayed because we ordered food, my husband liked it, I did not, it was like typical frozen food that you heat up. read more

I like this place. If I lived here, I'd probably come here regularly. The beer is good. I'd like to see an IPA. When I was here the beers were more in the German style. They were good, but something other than a DIPA for the hop heads would be a good idea. I love the open space. Dog friendly (including a complimentary milk bone biscuit for my little pup, is also a huge bonus. Location and parking are great. Service was a little short, terse, uninterested. But he was efficient. He wasn't interested in talking about the beers or selling me on the place. I identified as new to the place hoping to get some scoop. Not a huge deal, but a little friendly service for an out of town guy traveling alone would go a long way. Definitely recommend this place. The beer is quite good, and that's what matters read more

Could not have loved Seven Sisters more. We have stopped in Wythville numerous times for an overnight stay between Ohio and some beach, but this was the first time we ventured to downtown Wythville. Seven Sisters was a great, comfortable, welcoming space for us to take the kids, grab a few beers, play cornhole and board games. The perfect alternative to a restaurant after a day in the car. We got food from the Nacho food truck, and the service at the brewery was great. From there, we walked down to Frozen In Time for ice cream. Downtown Wythville is adorable - the local investment into this adorable downtown does not go unnoticed. Take this as your sign to venture downtown, instead of to a chain restaurant off the highway, if you stop for the night. read more

Excellent family friendly brewery! Great location with plenty to do for the family while I enjoyed sampling the beer. Highly innovative flavor profiles. I think the Mint Chocolate Milkshake IPA Kelis was my favorite, apart from the Double IPA Maggie. I really enjoyed the Lavender Vanilla Sour (AshNikko) as well! The bartender provided great service, and the brew master herself came out while we were there. A great experience all around. Grabbed a six pack of my faves to go. It's great to be pet friendly, but it should not be a dog park, the pet owners should not be letting their animals approach other people or other animals. We were just there, we have a service dog that is wearing a vest. Two people tried to let their dogs come up to mine and I told them no she is working. The one guy disregarded my request and let his dog approach. I told him to get away and his comment was what are you yelling at me for, well, who is holding the leash! You need to pressure the people not to make it a dog park! We won't be back! read more

We were passing through and saw the amazing reviews for this spot. We love stopping and trying breweries anywhere we go and try to find the good in any beer. we ordered two milkshake ipa's and the double IPA which we typically love. They were three of the worst beers we had ever had. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe a bad batch but they were so bad we left all three nearly full and went to Seven Dogs down the road to try theirs. Seven Dogs came through with really tasty beers and good food. If you are driving through and choosing which spot to go, definitely try 7 Dogs instead. read more

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. I was literally the only person there, so you think the service would be more personal. Nope. When I walked up to order the male employee was counting money and didn't even look up. I had to repeat my order twice. He continued to talk to another employee and didn't acknowledge I was even there after I ordered. I felt very unwelcomed and like I was intruding. The beer was average. Rosie was my favorite. Great beers in a cute town. The guys we met were super friendly and welcoming so service couldn't be better. Gave recommendations on beers and about what was happening in the local area. Will definitely stop in again whenever in the area. Food truck offered options to include most diets. We chose the jalapeño burger and crispy fries, which paired nicely with both our beers. Stopped overnight in Wytheville on our way to West VA. We were looking for a place to eat dinner, so decided to check out Seven Sisters Brewery. So glad we did as we were treated to a wonderful variety of Seven Sisters beers, tasty food from the food truck out back and an unexpected night of great entertainment by singer, Chad Cox! Honestly, we just planned to eat dinner, drink a few beers and ended up staying through Chad's last set! Talented guy - wish him all the best! David Clark really brought a great concept to Wytheville. The Edith (a classic lager) is a classic beer -- not too snobby -- just a better version of an ordinary American beer. If you're interested in more diverse flavors, I was really excited to try the Hazy IPA and Oktoberfest. It was immediately clear that the space was incredible (and family friendly!), but the beer really put the experience over the top. read more

Took an overnight in Wytheville enroute south. After 6 hours in the car, we took a walk with our dog in the center of town which was mostly closed up and deserted at 3pm on a sunny Saturday afternoon. We stumbled upon Seven Sisters Brewery while looking for a coffee. Thank goodness there was no coffee haunt around because the brewery was what we needed more. I asked if we could get a beer and drink outside since we had our dog with us. Bartender told us she (the dog) was as welcomed as we were. Big open industrial space where beer is brewed onsite. Absolutely great craft beer!! And, one of the friendliest places. Maybe our dog is a people magnet, but we met interesting people, chatted, etc. The only menu is really a snack menu, but they partner with food trucks in the back where there is outdoor seating and you are welcome to bring food in. This Brewery is worth getting off the interstate and might even be a destination bar. read more
