There's plenty of seating in general, but again, it's packed on the week-ends. Given how busy it was, service was pretty fast. The restaurant played some good music, similar to party club music, and it is a bit loud. Not too loud to not have a good conversation though, but louder than most restaurants. Their menu is good for breakfast and lunch. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just simple breakfast and lunch things. We had the chicken fried steak and eggs and the kids french toast with 1 strip of bacon and 1 fried egg. Portions were good. We also got a cup of regular coffees, and the portion was very dangerous. The server will give you a generous portion of the flavored creams as well. Overall, food and service was good.

It's always a great time at Texas Roadhouse! Every Texas Roadhouse I've gone to has been very busy,…read morebut you can join the waitlist online, so the wait isn't that bad. Your entire party must be present before you're seated. Their dinner rolls and cinnamon butter always comes out hot and amazing. There's a bucket on your table with a bag of peanuts, which surprisingly tasted great. They must've boiled them in salt. I wasn't expecting that much flavor in peanuts. I just noticed their cactus blossom the last time I was here. It looks like Texas Roadhouse's version of Outback's Bloomin Onion. I must say that the cactus blossom is actually better than Outback's bloomin onion! It's crunchy on the outside, perfectly cooked, and easy to grab to where the batter stays on and doesn't fall off the onion. The bloomin onion at Outback is hit or miss - sometimes the batter is undercooked and falls off the onion. Also, the cactus blossom has lighter flavor in comparison to the Outback bloomin onion. I got the Fort Worth ribeye with sauteed mushrooms along with a side of salad and loaded baked potato. The steak tasted perfect by itself. The mushrooms complemented the ribeye well.

Waitress was super attentive and helpful the whole time. It was insanely hot that day, mid-July in Vegas doesn't mess around, so having a nice, large air-conditioned space to duck into was exactly what the day called for. This is a proper local craft brewery and taproom restaurant, with family roots going back four generations in the city, and they lean into that local identity with a solid house beer lineup alongside the usual bar standards. Wasn't too busy, which was great, meant we actually had good seats for the game. Ok options for slot machines too, this being Vegas and all. I had the fish and chips and it was good, though every place really skimps out on the sauces lately, unless that's just me being picky about my dipping ratios. Nice selection of local drinks overall. They had me try one of their more out-there brews, some kind of skunk-named one, and it genuinely smelled like Cheech and Chong's basement. Points for the experience, even if I stuck to my regular pour after that.

Since both of us are military, we both get the discount off a food item, which is amazing. We both ordered a couple of Michelob Ultras to start. I could not decide whether I wanted the street corn nachos or some sliders...but as I really studied the menu, I never have seen a country fried steak (CFS) slider on any menu. I knew this was a must try. Hub always loves a good French dip...but noticed this was made in a Panini style...so he got that. Both of us loved out meals...mine was so big I had to pull out the meat and potatoes to eat separately and I took a few bites of biscuit...the coleslaw was awesome..I devoured that. Hub loved his sandwich and the fries, but he could not finish also. Price point for these items are so fair...so getting an extra 25% off for military is such a great deal. I come to Aliante often and will now really put this on my rotation. So many other items look great to try off the menu as well. Restaurant is so clean and inviting inside, as usual.

But all the seafood had the same sauce, so it was a little one note. It was good. But I wouldn't order it again. It's also a strange portion to share with the table. Ahi tuna- amazing! I will order this every time! I even got it to go one night and ate it a few hours later and it was still fantastic. Beef carpaccio- so good! Not the best I've ever had, but definitely a solid choice. - wedge salad. My friends enjoyed. It was your standard wedge. Nothing out of the ordinary. Crab chowder- the first night mine didn't have any crab in it, but it did taste like crab. The second night it had chunks of crab and was amazing! It is rich, comforting, and a must order as long as they have the crab chunks in there. - meatballs in garlic sauce. My friends enjoyed these very much. The sauce was good. I think it's the same sauce in the pan roast. - surf and turf. I'd order this every time. I did order it Oscar style and regretted that decision when it came to the table. The sauce was not appetizing to look at or eat. The server quickly corrected it for me even though I didn't ask and just pushed it to the side. I appreciate it though. - NY steak. My husband loved it. I tried it and it was very tasty, although not my favorite cut but it is his. We were all too full to try any desserts. We did try the raspberry lemon drop. It was VERY sweet.
