Turkey Avocado wrap on Sourdough tortilla
    Christina H.

I grabbed a Turkey Avocado wrap on Sourdough tortilla to go. It was fresh and so delicious. There was a small line but worth the wait. The cashier was friendly and it did not take long to receive my order. There is seating inside and outside. They also have so many other baked goods and coffees. I will be back to try more!

So we are staying at the Moxie right across the street and my mom and I decided to stop here for coffee and tea. I am part of the rewards program where ever every dollar you spend you get coupons or points. Right now they are decorated for Easter/spring and they have brand new merchandise. They have a little bread keychains you can buy as well as hats and honey. All of their food, including their pastries and cookies are made with sourdough flour because sourdough is better for you. Service here is always quick and easy. You do have to wait a couple minutes though for your tea or coffee because there's normally only two barista girls for the entire place. If you haven't been here, I definitely recommend it. It's a 10 out of 10.

Cute spot to grab a breakfast sammy or croissant. I'm not a coffee drinker, but I appreciated they had their own little coffee bar, with lots of custom drinks and seasonal selections. A solid option for breakfast or lunch!

Unless it's a fining dining place, I typically visit a place I really like 3x before I determine how great it is... well 3x now and I LOVE THIS PLACE! Yum..! Best sourdough bread out there! Everything and anything you buy tastes amazing on their bread even without condiments. Soups are great and nourishing and homemade too. Desserts are made with sourdough and there are YUM! highly recommend! Great vibe, friendly and efficient staff and super affordable for what you're getting! Definitely visit this place! 3 visits, 3x 5star! SO GOOD.

Great food and sourdough is always fresh! Matcha was done well. Baked goods are incredible and everything I've tried is fresh and well baked. Super soft cookies and moist cakes...every time. The only thing is you might have a long wait during busy times and the wraps aren't really wrapped well sometimes. Overall, I love it here and enjoy sitting and eating or picking up to go.

The location was spacious with plenty of seating, and the service was friendly. I ordered the classic grilled cheese with a side of tomato soup -- both were delicious! The sourdough bread was fresh and perfectly crunchy. I'd definitely come back to try more menu items and some of their pastries

Popped in for a quick lunch and coffee. The restaurant was busy for lunch rush. I ordered the hot chicken hummus wrap and iced lavender special iced latte. The sandwich was spicy and warm in a wrap. It was delish and so was my ice latte. Sat outside in the covered patio area and enjoyed the sunshine. They also offer an amazing selection of breads and pasties to take home. A great place for breakfast and lunch!

I thought this place would have better overall rating! I went here for the first time with my friend for lunch and I got the grilled chicken sandwich which came out more quickly than I expected. The bread was delicious and the sandwich was fresh and tasty. The price is a little high for what it is but I thought it was so good! There's plenty of seating and it is dog friendly!

Healthy and delicious. Loved the chicken salad WRAP not the soup so much (bland and tasted like it came from a can). The bread served along side the soup is indeed delicious. Service was fine ambiance for a quick bite or takeout nothing fancy here but love the healthy options and food to go as well. Servers were all lovely.

I'm all about giving a place a chance, I came here for a year ago and I wasn't the biggest fan but we came back since we were close by and it was packed! Weekend days may be hard to find a spot to sit but food still comes quickly. He ordered a sandwich that he really enjoyed! A little spicy for me but the coffee cake was phenomenal and I got to the try the coffee this time which was also very good. Still pricey but expected for the area and the portions seem to be a better size. I accidentally deleted my old photos from my first review

I got the classic sandwich in sourdough and it was fantastic. The price was very reasonable for the freshness and location. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. Would be visiting when in the area.

    Dust Blown down. Look up.
    Alex L.

Filthy dirty. Dust bunny falling on tables and all over your food. If you happen to sit in that central area. Yes, your eating this. Look up and you will see everything covered in layers od dust. There is no excuse for this. Simply management doesn't care. Which when you look around shows it self all over. Like a door that keeps slamming loudly cause no one fixed the door closer. Dirty floors and walls. The problem is that what you notice visually is a direct representation of the rest of the place. Lack of care isn't isolated it permeates in the kitchen, the food and the staff and it flows from the top down. Bottom line is it's pure bad management. It's amazing the place gets busy considering the main ingredient is Flour. We can definitely corolatete and say the ingredients they use are sub-par. Raise your expectations.

More cute decor. Seats at their coffee bar.

This place is the CUTEST! currently all decked out for the holidays it is a very bright open space that feels very welcoming. Right now if you purchase a coffee they are serving them in fun holiday mugs! All of their sourdough treats look delicious but we came for a loaf of sourdough. It was very heavy but also very delicious. I look forward to going back to try more soon!

They also have a small gift shop with fun St. Pete souvenirs and locally inspired items, which was fun to browse while waiting for our drinks. They have a great variety of options, from coffee and Lotus energy drinks to bakery treats and other non-caffeinated drinks so there's really something for everyone. One of my favorite details was the little wine door inspired by the ones in Italy where you can actually knock and order wine through it! Such a unique and fun touch. I ended up getting a blueberry and coconut lotus energy drink which was super tasty. The whole area is worth exploring since there are a few other cute shops in the same hallway, making it a great place to spend a little time. The staff was incredibly kind and patient which made the experience even better. The saddest part is finding out they'll be moving out of this location. This little hallway gives the cafe so much character, and it's hard to imagine it anywhere else. I'm really glad I got to experience it before they either move or shut down completely:( Definitely a spot I'd recommend checking out by the end of August.

The Wooden Rooster: Where My Morning Got Its Life Together Before I Did…read more Listen... I came here expecting "just a crepe." What I got was a full-on personality upgrade. First off--the vibe. Somehow it's better than Kraft (yeah I said it), but like... calmer, cooler, and not screaming at you before coffee. It's peaceful, shady, low-noise... the kind of place where you feel like you should start journaling or making better life decisions. Now let's talk food. I ordered The B.E.A.S.T. and I'm not exaggerating when I say this thing deserves its own documentary. Bacon. Pesto. Sun-dried tomatoes. Eggs. It was like every breakfast all-star showed up and said, "Let's absolutely dominate this guy's morning." Perfect balance. Crispy, creamy, savory... I took one bite and immediately forgave myself for everything I've ever done wrong. And honestly? This is a WAY better place to start your morning than the bagel place down the street. You know the one. We've all settled for it. We don't have to live like that anymore. Also--huge shoutout to the service. These people were so nice I almost asked if they wanted to come manage my personal life too. Fast, friendly, and somehow still chill. Bonus points for the menu because where else can you go from a Nutty Joe dessert crepe to a Cubano crepe to a PB&J throwback without anyone questioning your life choices? Final verdict: If you're in downtown St. Pete and not coming here, you're making your mornings unnecessarily harder than they need to be. Wooden Rooster didn't just feed me-- it emotionally supported me.
