Ok so I'm from Cali and miss carne asada fries and good authentic Mexican food. This place I found they are from San Diego so I had to try it. Well they did not disappoint I went through the drive thru so I didn't really see what the inside is like. Service took a min to get food but I knew it was being freshly made. But the flavor was all the there next time I think I'll ask for extra cheese and it's not nacho cheese it's actual shredded cheese. The guacamole and the meat had great flavor. Def a place to come try next time I'm going to try there burritos.

Decided to stop in on a whim. The burrito was stuffed. Essentially it had enough ingredients inside for like 4 regular tacos. The Asada was super tender, it even has some sightly crispy edges on the meat. The mild hot sauce has a great flavor. I'll be coming back. This place was amazing. Service was fast it was a great experience for dine in.

Senor Burro has become our go-to Mexican restaurant at work. Good value, delicious food, and friendly service. The big burritos are huge! 6" x 12"? And stuffed with quality ingredients. They have a salsa bar with different heat and flavors of salsa. You can also get some jalapeños, carrots, and onions. The chips that come with the salsa are so light and airy. There is only one other location, it is in San Diego, CA. Clean, plenty of seating, and well lit. A must try, if you make it to San Antonio.

I'm surprised it was so good and far from the typical texmex in San Antonio! DONT COME NEAR CLOSING TIME, unless you like tampered food with Diablo sauce. It was late and almost everything is closing soon. It's my first time here so I randomly ordered a California burro. It's fresh, flavorful, it comes with fries inside and the tortillas were different.. like made with more grasa (maybe) that gave a doughy texture? They took it upon themselves to add Diablo sauce out of spite against me (it doesn't come with Diablo, but I happen to be a spicy professional.) The cashier was a bit rude as it was closing time, but they pulled through anyways. I came back again to check it out after church with the family and everyone loved it. I still prefer the California burro with Diablo sauce and the cucumber aquas Fresca is pretty good and not too sweet. Absolutely cold inside for a cold day and empty, but clean. The cashier and the cook were absolutely lovely and sweet this early afternoon. My heart goes out to them. I ordered the shrimp burro and it's fresh and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The quesadilla was fresh and not too salty. Beans are flavorful and well hydrated. Tortillas are consistent in texture. There is also outdoor seating. There's options of salsas and the chips are very crunchy, thick, room temp, and lightly salted. Diablo sauce kept me warm lol.

Surprisingly great tacos! The Baja fish tacos reminded me of San Diego Tacos. Also really liked the wall art. Just really wish they would also have grilled shrimp tacos. We will definitely be back to try a burrito, and to get more tacos. Without a doubt this will be the place where we will go when my husband gets homesick and is craving San Diego style tacos.

Californian approved. Food Taste so good like San Diego California taco shops. Owner is actually Cotija owner if you know you know. The fries and tacos are nice and crispy and the salsas are amazing! I would recommend 10/10!

Convenient location and good customer service. Prices are good considering the amount of food you get. Inside is always nice and clean, and the decor is well done. Food also is made accurately and quickly.

Well even the beans should have had flavor. Some added comino at least and it is improper to argue with a customer. I am not the only customer that has complained about any of your food items. Today I had the pleasure of trying this place out. My co worker brought in a breakfast burrito from Señor Burrito and I knew I had to go try it out for myself. The woman who helped me out was so sweet and helpful! So service was great! Now, what really attracted me to this place was the size of their burritos. Some places choose oversized portions and the flavor doesn't really exceed expectations but these burritos had fresh flavorful ingredients. After eating I didn't feel like I ate something greasy and gross. This inside is gorgeous and cute and very comfortable to eat in. 10/10 from me all around. Please try this place out if you haven't!

From personal experience, the Mexican food in California is different from Texas. Don't expect this place to be like a Tex-Mex joint or a regular taqueria. Except for the tortillas, everything tastes really authentic, not processed at all - all fresh and homemade. They have a killer salsa bar with tons of options. The staff knows the menu inside and out and are happy to give suggestions. Everything comes out piping hot, and the burritos are huge - you'll definitely have leftovers. If you wanna try some real West Coast food, this is the spot.

Another first time experience. They were having a grand opening today according to IG but they've been open for months? Idk. Either way they gave me a card for a free burrito at next visit. Place had plenty of people there not overly packed and was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. I went inside to order to go. I got the breakfast burrito which came with a side of red and green salsa. I did not try either. The burrito is pretty massive. I did not find they skimped on the filling. It came with beans, eggs, ham, cheese and sour cream. I thought the sour cream would be a big no for me but you couldn't even taste it. The tortillas were fresh not store bought. If they are, then they got great fake ones. It was all delicious. I would go again and try something else. Two thumbs up for this visit.

I have been waiting months for this place to open. I am glad that it finally has. They are in their soft opening stage. This week they had great deals to include dollar fish tacos, two dollar burritos, and three dollars flautas. I believe the fish tacos are going to stay at a dollar, but Don't quote me on that though. I decided on a fish taco and a burrito thinking that I was going to be hungry just with a fish taco. I didn't realize how big the portions were. Apparently the $2 burrito is the small one and to me it was huge. The fish tacos are good. They fish is fried. It comes with a slaw and a savory sauce . I love the corn tortilla. Not sure if it's homemade, but it is legit. They have a salsa bar with all types of salsa. I'm a chicken when it comes to spice, so I thought they were kind of spicy. The green one was the best one I could tolerate. They have fountain drinks or aguas frescas. I had their cucumber one and it was delicious. Everyone was extremely nice. They explained the ordering process and were patient with me when I was trying to make my decisions. They have inside and outside seating. parking is available on site but shared with the other businesses.

I'm not a big fan of chorizo, but I do seek out unique variations of eggs benedict, and this one fit the bill, so I went for it. The flavor combination was perfect, and I wasn't overwhelmed with chorizo. If you like eggs benny, give this variation a try. You won't be sorry! The refried beans - I know it's silly to review beans, but these were a bit different than the normal ones we find in SA. They had a bit more texture, unlike the overly blended beans we're used to. Chef's Kiss goes out to these beans! The potatoes - we weren't sure what the seasoning was, but we think it was adobo. Whatever the seasoning is, it puts them over the top as far as breakfast potatoes are concerned. Good stuff! Just a couple of notes: We didn't get tortillas with our breakfast. It might have been an oversight, or our meals didn't come with them. Not sure. The service was great, but depending on the server you get, you might need to know some Spanish. I give them 5 solid stars for breakfast.

The restaurant is huge and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere has a nice upscale Mexican feel without being overly formal or stuffy. It feels like a place that works equally well for a casual drink at the bar, a nice dinner, or a night out with friends. Even though the restaurant is large, it still feels inviting rather than overwhelming. I sat at the bar and started with the passionfruit margarita, which was really good--refreshing, flavorful, and a great way to start the evening. For my entrée, I had the carne asada, and it was perfectly cooked. The meat was tender and flavorful, and it came with refried beans and homemade white tortillas. The tortillas were a nice touch and went perfectly with the carne asada. The service was great throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Shrimp cocktail was big, but we started fighting over the shrimp pieces. There was plenty of onion and tomato left over after the batttle. Pollo Asado was a great flavor and the chicken was juicy. Grilled squash that was on the side was good. Chicken enchiladas were good and had freshly sliced jalapeños, which is always a welcome detail. I wasn't able to taste the quesadilla but my daoughter said it was "really good". Fried Chicken sandwich had a great flavor and the bacon was actually pork belly if I'm not mistaken. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. We definitely will be going back, and recommend Pan Fila to all of you.
