I have worked with J&M in the past and new they had great customer service and backed their work, so the confidence was worth the little bit extra. On installation day Christian and Esteban came out and started the two day process. They were professional and let me know exactly what they were doing. The second day was install and again very professional and communicative. They ran into a small issue (not their doing) and stayed late to fix it. Their supervisor Gabriel came out to assist and they stayed until 9pm (with my consent) to get me up and running. They left my house immaculate and my new system is AMAZING! They do need to come back out for a quick follow up because 9pm was late enough. If I have any different experience with that I will follow up my review, but at this point, I cannot say enough great things about J&M. I'm so incredibly pleased and know we made the right choice of companies. Top notch service from beginning to end so far.
