I made another appointment to purchase more shutters or blinds, and to adjust the shutter that was not closing. I waited and they were late. After contacting the company to confirm my appointment, it was acknowledged that I was, in fact, on the schedule. Yet, over looked. Poor business practices. I will not recommend this company.

We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)

And that is where the good experience ended. The day before my appointment they called and said we don't have time to come and repair your blinds we are too busy doing new installs. Gosh I guess I am not lucrative enough for them. Well, note to self (and others) don't use these guys, cannot trust them to do what they committed to do, and they made me waste several days where I could have lined some else up earlier to fix them. All they had to do is respond to my query that they aren't doing repairs now (which would have been more honest and respectful, though they should change their website and advertising to reflect that they only do more lucrative new blind installs).

About a year later, we had a remodel inside our home and one of the deck boards was damaged by a contractor. We also noticed one of the corner boards was starting to lift. Perhaps a defect in the Trex. We contacted them in September to get the 2 boards replaced. They sent us a quote, and we approved the repairs. It's been 3 months, and they still have not scheduled us for the work. I send a text message every two weeks to check if we're on their schedule. I get the same reply each time...... "We are on their list and will probably get there in a couple weeks." It's only 2 boards! Take care of your customers!! We would not recommend them.
