They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. We saw MORE mosquitoes this past summer and MORE indoor pests than ever before. It's like they get our spiders steroids. I called to cancel, was told I needed one more treatment to avoid the fee. Got that treatment, called to cancel and was told I still need one more! We had already switched back to Scat because I was tired of seeing Harry Potter working spiders in our house so there is no way I'm paying for another treatment that doesn't work OR a disconnect fee. I've been on the phone with them for hours, talked to multiple people, had "resolutions" a few times and am still dealing with it. Save yourself the headache and money and just use someone else.
