I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Shades West. I submitted a request for a quote on here and within a couple hours I had an appointment set up for Danny to come out and take measurements and show me sample products. He was able to get out the same week that I sent the message which was great. I had two other company's come out and give me quotes and Shades West was priced extremely competitive and they offer a military discount. Danny was extremely professional and made the whole process easy. My blinds came in earlier than expected and Danny was able to come out and install them before my scheduled appointment was was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. Couldn't be more stoked with the blinds Danny and his team installed. Thought for sure it was going to be a nightmare installing into the concrete. Danny (and his sidekick Sammy) did such a great job installing from start to finish. Danny came by within a couple of days to show me all of the samples he had to offer and he sat down with me and explained how each one worked and what all of the various options would be. Stupid mistake on my end, I ended up having to change the color of the screen I ordered and Danny was super accommodating and understanding of the situation. On install day the guys came right on time and had the old blinds down and new blinds up and functioning within a few hours. Huge pluses in my book: took off shoes at front door, laid mats down to put their equipment on top of, on time, vacuumed as they were drilling into the concrete, and then ultimately cleaned up their work area after the job was done. All of that coupled with awesome shades, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended and certainly looking forward to another project with Danny. (FYI Danny does just about everything so he's capable of more than just installing blinds). I installed 10% light filtering on remote/auto rollers. They work just as they're designed to and have awesome capabilities through the app. Set your schedules and the blinds automatically open/close to whatever you like. Epic. read more
