Unfortunately, the results were a major disappointment. I tested the windows with a TM-28 transmission meter before and after. While Geoshield Apex stacked on factory glass should hit 98-99% IR rejection, my rear windows only moved from 86.1% to 87.8% a gain of less than 2%. The front windows only hit 89.9%. l verified the meter against another car with actual ceramic film that hit 95%+, proving the film used on my car is not a high performance ceramic. Beyond the performance, the installation was poor. There is visible dust, dirt, and debris trapped under the film on multiple windows. The film also has a strong reddish/purple hue, which is typical of budget dyed films, not neutral high-end ceramics. When I brought these issues up, the installer refused and claimed "90% is high" for ceramic, which is simply not true for the product I paid for. I am now having to pay a professional shop to strip this film and redo the job correctly. If you care about heat rejection or a clean install, look elsewhere.

There is no excuse for serving food in this condition, especially something as simple as a salad. We trusted this restaurant to provide a safe meal, and that trust was completely broken. What makes this even worse is that the situation could have been far more dangerous. If swallowed, this could have led to choking or internal injury. No customer should ever have to worry about that when ordering a salad. I strongly urge the restaurant to take a hard look at their food prep standards and quality control, because this is unacceptable. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
