Finished the service and provider walked out the door ...payment had been taken so why stick around I guess. Also, no direction on how long to sit with the nail dryer. Just up & left. I'm glad so many customers had such a great experience with all the great reviews . I have no idea where they went because it wasn't here with the provider I had.

I came a little late for a pedicure and they still took me and worked after hours to finish my pedi. I really appreciated Cathy as she stayed to help me out and provided quialty service to me. She took her time and made sure the nails were perfect which really pleased me that she valued quality over quantity. I also want to mention how clean and comfortable this place is, the place as a whole is very new looking and spacious with pleasant decoration's and awesome massage chairs. You can get many services here and all are reasonably priced. Thank you again Cathy so much for your time and energy I truly enjoyed talking with you and getting the best pedicure I ever had.

However, I came in yesterday to get tips & gel and a reg pedicure and it was a disaster: For tips & dip - the glue was everywhere, and when trying to clean it, she scraped it using a file and it ended up making me bleed, there were dents in some fingertips after dip...so when I showed her, she said your nails are crooked...excuse me what?! (My nails have been the same all these years and the whole point of getting tips/dip is to make it look smooth and nice) so she had to fix it, small particles left in the nails (I'm assuming lint). Very disappointed! For pedicure - the tech did a great job but took longer than expected. Was thinking since it's reg pedicure it won't take long but that's okay, she was taking her time and perfecting it so I'll let that go. Oh and I lost my anklet here and realized after i got home. I'm assuming it was when massaging/exfoliating my legs. Idk how that even happens. The sandals or whatever footwear they have now does not work: it kept sliding off my feet and it ended up ruining one of my toenails, so she had to fix that as well. They used to have reg flip flops and those were perfectly fine, idk why they changed it. I'm not sure what's going on with them but they need to get it together. Come on Phoenix!

Upgraded to get the extra 8 minute massage, which was a waste because that never happened. Pedicure itself wasn't bad, but definitely not as detailed as previously places I've been to. Definitely didn't feel relaxed, but rushed. Luckily my manicure was much better. She was attentive and listened to what I wanted, especially when it came to the shape of my nails.

Upon arrival, I notice that inside was pretty big but also tight because they were packed. Most of the technicians had people in their chairs. They just move really quickly and were able to get folks in and out. I got a full set with Lee. I also got a pedicure but unfortunately, I forget the boys name who did it. The pedicure didn't even last one day, which was so disappointing. By the time I got to my event the following day, most of my toes had already chipped off. It's so frustrating when you pay for a service that doesn't last. When I do my toenails myself, they last for weeks because I don't use cheap polish to begin with, as well as I use SECHE VITE (a fast drying top coat) to seal the deal. I wish nail salons would invest in this and other quality polish for regular mani/pedis. Anyways, I absolutely LOVED my full set and am glad I found Lee. She was quick and efficient, although she had to keep leaving to answer phones, etc (maybe she's one of the bosses or managers). But I will continue to get my full sets with Lee.

The surrounding of my nails were not cleaned up and the side of my nails were not painted. Picture attached was what I wanted versus what I got. I would still come back and give them another chance cause the prices are good and people are nice. I personally just need be sure to voice my concerns immediately and come in the middle of the day so it's not rushed and definitely choose to have nail extensions instead of my natural nails cause it ended up being way too short.
