This did not resolve the underlying problems and, in fact, made the appearance worse. As a result, I had to seek services at another salon to have my nails properly fixed. I am very disappointed with both the initial quality of work and the lack of an adequate resolution.

We chose this salon because it was In the area we were currently in and upon arrival we noticed that the door said "walk-ins welcome". Again, it was only 12:50pm on a Saturday. We entered the salon and told the person sitting in the front that we needed a fill-in, pedicure and full set. We were immediately turned away...."we have nothing available"...at 12:50pm on a Saturday at an establishment that accepts walk-ins. I looked around at the aesthetic of customers and quickly realized why my daughter and I were turned away. We did not meet the Caucasian aesthetic they wanted for their customer clientele. We were not even offered the option to wait, and we definitely did not feel welcomed. Needless to say, we immediately thanked them for their time and left. We ended up getting AMAZING service and LUXURY NAILS on the corner of 355 and Shady Grove Road right next to the Qdoba. I do not recommend Allure nails. Upgraded to get the extra 8 minute massage, which was a waste because that never happened. Pedicure itself wasn't bad, but definitely not as detailed as previously places I've been to.
