I just moved to Thousand Oaks area and this barber shop is right across the street from home. This is the 2nd haircut I have had here and the cut and service is always great! Be Careful at this place. Went for my first hair cut in 4 months due to Covid. Spoke with owner, Amber I think, about keeping hair long and just wanted 1/4 inch trim for job interview. She told me how all the wives want to keep their husbands hair long and how its past the awkward stage of growing out. When I got home my wife said "Supercuts again" you need a real barber. I look terrible, total short cut, no length in back, its all gone. I look like a bowling ball on top of shoulders, yes a few less pounds might help but I told her those exact words, short hair makes me look fatter. The interview sucked, probably not due to the hair cut, but partially because I was hyper aware going in and looking bad with this hair cut. At least at Supercuts they seem to listen and when I say trim, hair tuneup they get it right. Feels like this is the standard cut they give to all. Hope to work from home to grow my hair long again. read more

I came in and asked for a low fade during some of my very little free time. The fade is inconsistent and far too high, and product that the barber used wound up all over my uniform. I had to change as soon as I got to work because of all of the hair and lotion around the collar, and have to take that shirt in to get dry cleaned. read more

Very bad haircut. Can't make my hair look good and usually it looks great with little effort. Can't wait till it grows out. Extremely uneven and chopped up months of growing ruined. Also very rough handling my scalp feels torn up days after. For $25 plus tip cmon you gotta deliver a lot better. I get the whole included beer thing but that doesn't justify. Maybe the free beer is a sly technique to mask an absolute lack of skill to cut hair. Sorry not sorry. read more

First time going here wanted to give it a shot and don't regret it very friendly right as you enter the door. Offered a drink right as you sign in. Michelle took me to the seat. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she pulled it off better than the picture. Very detailed, there care more about a good cut rather than quick and easy and you gotta love that.
