Took my newly adopted kitten here today for a flea bath because I noticed a couple fleas on him last night. They were able to take me in immediately when I called this morning, which was nice. After a couple hours, I went to pick him up, and she told me that she did not notice any fleas on him. Weird. So I went home and used a flea brush on him and found at least 10 FLEAS. Luckily most were dead but I did find one that was still alive. Also found a good amount of flea poop left too. Pretty disappointing, especially since they were so easy to find with just a quick brush. On top of that, he still had the same eye boogers on his cheeks that he had when I dropped him off. I ended up having to wipe them off myself. At this point, I'm asking myself, did she even wash him? If I take my pet to get groomed and cleaned, I'd expect them to get, well, groomed and cleaned, and certainly not have to finish the job myself afterwards. They clearly did not do a great job of that. Giving 1 extra star because they were cheap and were able to take me in immediately, but I would never go here again. read more

She looked so cute when she was done & she had two sparkly little barrettes in her hair that she quickly ripped off. Lol. This place is trash and they should no be able to have this business open! how can you trust them with your dogs! I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Dropped off two of my dogs to be groomed and the lady who took my phone number to call when they were ready wrote it down wrong. She said it would take roughly 2 hours and after not hearing anything at around 3 hours, I texted to ask how it was going and her response was "I'm leaving, I didn't think you were coming" so I was immediately confused and in a panic so I called her and she said she called animal control to come to get my dogs since she tried to reach me and I didn't respond. Well no sh** I didn't respond, you had the wrong number?!?!?! So I rushed over, running a red light because she said she was getting ready to leave WHILE MY DOGS WERE STILL THERE?!?!?!!!! Once I got there, she showed me the text she sent and the last numbers were switched. We had texted the day prior to confirm this appointment so I'm honestly so confused as to why she wouldn't have realized no one was responding and to double check she had the correct number...I'm honestly still appalled and traumatized from this entire encounter. I continued to use this place but the time has now come to find another more qualified groomer. Daisy is 16 years old and is discriminated because she's old and cannot take the treatment of this place. Her fur was half cut and they explained she just wouldn't be still to cut it. I believe it's discrimination and abuse of the elderly. Sad because the previous groomer was such a reputable one. I would not recommend this facility for older dogs. read more

Use to come and take my dog here all the time and loved how the turn out of his haircut would be. Got a new pup and took him here just to get a trim on his legs, tail, and neck. Charged us $60 for her to give him a bath. Didn't look like anything was trimmed at all. Also told us that we never mentioned anything about cutting the hair on his tail, which we did, and proceeded to tell us that she trimmed it a bit but if we wanted more then to do it ourselves at home. Very disappointed in the outcome and will be going else where from now on. She was very nice but again, most likely will not return. read more

The day of the appointment Holly called to cancel telling me she had to groom her own dog instead. This is a small grooming boutique that provides excellent, detailed service. Both Wendy and Molly are meticulous, caring and take great pride in each pooch they groom. They produce excellent results and I recommend their work highly. The only downside is that you need to leave your dog 6- 8 hours for a groom...art takes time. I called on Christmas Eve and I'm so thankful that Holli was able to wash my dog that same day. I have a Sheltie, and Holli did a great job trimming her toes and hair after the wash. I was charged a very reasonable 40 dollars AND when I picked up my dog, she had cute Christmas bows behind her ears!! Holli was very knowledgeable about how to treat dogs and how to handle them when the dogs are scared (this was the first time my dog had been to the groomers and she was very frightened). We have had our standard poodle clipped here several times. Each time she comes home looking beautiful, as Wendy is very good with clippers and the hair dryer. But also, each time she has come home with some type of problem: a cut foot once, a bleeding toe the next, or her nose has been clipped too close causing bleeding, and now we learn the last time she was there a few weeks ago, her ears were left uncleaned, and the Dr. found cut hair and other fluid in the bottom of each ear. The resulting infections caused her canal to swell shut. Our vet felt this was clearly a case where the ear was left untouched as there was too much hair in her canal for the hair to have been plucked. From my perspective, it appears she just didn't take the time to finish the job, as she was very busy that day just before Xmas. Another issue, she has called the day of previous appointments, more than once, to cancel our appointment claiming another "sewage system failure", but it turns out, and she admitted this to me once, that if a day comes along when they don't have a full schedule, they simply cancel the exiting appointments and fill another day. I guess Wendy doesn't like to work unless she knows she will have full day of appointments. I don't thhink she is uncaring, I just think sometimes she's gets in alittle over her head with appointments. Maybe you'll have better luck than we did, I certainly hope so. read more
