We decided to seek out mobile groomers after our pup started exhibiting more anxiety than usual going into a local groomer back last year. When grooming appointments typically took 3-4 hours before we were notified to pick her up, the grooms have shortened drastically to no more than 2 hours. The previous groomer explained to us upon picking our pup up that she became anxious to the point of destroying the kennel she was put in. This was a red flag to us, and we ceased taking her there. Looking around for several mobile grooming options, we booked appointments with Jennifer and Miguel. It will be approaching almost a year soon, but we have been pleased with them! Our pup is always reportedly excited and comfortable during and following her grooms. Not a single groom has missed the mark aesthetically, as my partner remarks that our pup has looked the cutest she has ever looked following each appointment. Woof Wash Waggin is also objectively a great value with the price including nail buffing, ear hair plucking, etc (if your pup allows/tolerates it) - these are usually premiums/add-ons that other groomers charge extra for. Overall, we're relieved to have encountered a company that is friendly, flexible, and mindful of our pup's comfort and safety. Horrible Service. The least to be said. She gave my dog a marine hair cut. Shaved it down to zero without my permission. Claiming that my dog had matting. My dog's hair wasn't even that long. My dog was happy, the groomer was happy with my dog's behavior, said he was great. Now I can't get a return call, text or message in Yelp. Thankful I was able to find a different Mobile Groomer that I am happy with and highly recommend. Reply: It's concerning that my residence was assumed without any attempt to verify it. How do you know I didn't move. No call, message, or text was made to confirm my location, and because of that assumption, I never received a call back. I totally Loved this service! I am definitely using them for my side kick Maxx! Miguel and Jennifer were very nice, they showed up on time with welcoming smiles. I have a two-year-old male Shih Tzu named Maxx. He is a rescue and was in need of a bath and grooming. I had to cancel the firs appointment due to Maxx adjusting to new food and surroundings. Miguel was very nice and rescheduled the appointment with no problem. I asked for a short teddy bear cut which they did perfectly. Maxx gave them no problems, so they were able to cut his nails, do an ear wash and some dental cleaning. The price was definitely reasonable. We had to wait for her fur to grow back and I was really hesitant to go to another groomer but she needed it. The groomer arrived on time (I'm sorry I forgot her name) she was friendly and understood what type of trim I was looking for. Don't call these people for your fur babies. They are unprofessional, careless, and cut my dog in multiple areas all over his body. Reply: I asked for a cute look with trimmed paws and not a complete shave. My dog's fur is completely gone, and his skin is visibly wounded. This was Biscuit's third time. You did an ok job in the past two times so that gives you the authority to cut my dog all over his body? Cutting him so many times and arguing about it is super unprofessional. This is extremely frustrating when you make an appointment 10 days before and you don't even have a curtesy to confirm or cancel. I sent you two text messages via Yelp and one to your phone and none was responded. I waited 10 days for the appointment. Shut down your business if you can't handle it. Obviously, you don't care. My 1 1/2-year-old golden retriever isn't the biggest fan of washes and has some funky hair growth patterns that I wanted dried down flat and Jennifer did amazing!
