They took forever with his sandwich, then once he finally got it, he asked for his drink again. They were about to ring him up for another one. He explained to them again that he already paid for his drink. She then put the cup down and walked away to ask the server. This Which Wich location recently opened across the street from my apartment, which means I'll have to exercise serious self control in order to not be here daily. Uh oh. What I love most about Which Wich (aside from the variety and general cleanliness) is the bread, which probably seems weird. Regardless, I'm near-obsessive about the texture of the bread when I have a sub, and it's why I have trouble enjoying them from Publix. This place opened today. If you like Which Wich, you should love this location. It's not big (48 total seats inside, and a couple outdoor tables), but it's bright and cheery. The management seems great and very determined to make the place a success. I love Which Wich in general because of the customization available for your sandwich (or lettuce bowl, which I highly recommend), amd because they have great nutritional info available. It's easy to eat healthy here, but you can also get a great milkshake! This is my go-to spot now for a quick sandwich or salad. I continue to have horrible experiences with ordering from Seamless. Please, if you can't do it right, don't even have delivery as an option-- especially if you charge a delivery fee. And it's always 30 extra minutes on top of the delivery time. I ordered once and was left waiting for an hour and a half. Call the restaurant and they said they're waiting for a driver, so they don't know when my food will be picked up. Completely apathetic to the whole situation. I call Seamless and they were able to dispatch a driver within minutes, and have the restaurant make me fresh food. After all that, they still forgot my drink and messed my sandwich up. More recently, I ordered online and confirmed they were preparing my food. After almost two hours, I call and the restaurant is closed! Don't even bother to call me, such BS and horrible customer service. I refuse to order from here again. The price point is steep. That's my main note for this place. Even though the quality is high, it's still a sandwich so they need to get that price down or offer more value. There should be a line out the door for Friday lunch but it's slow. That's not good. I'd say free delivery to the buildings within a block would keep them busy and warrant the price. A medium size sandwich, chips, and small drink is breaking $12. That's too high. Nevertheless, due to excellent quality and a kind owner I'd come back. I recommend ordering off the Favorites menu. If you are unfamiliar with Which Wich it is a chain sandwich shop in which you build your own sandwich from scratch by circling various options for toppings from a menu that doubles as your sandwich bag. I had a black bean spinach wrap and it was honestly the most savory, delicious, wrap I have had in a long time. There are numerous options for you to play around with, including vegan and vegetarian options so it is hard for me to imagine that anyone would not be able to make a sandwich or wrap that is satisfying. I had the best sandwich I've had for some time, and it was vegetarian with a black bean patty. I have eaten at a few of these places and they never disappoint. If it's your first visit, don't be put off by the "we're just another sandwich shop" look of the place, neither by the numbered slots which contain brown envelopes. Find what you want and pull the envelope from that particular slot (ex. If you want a turkey sandwich, pull the envelope from that slot). You'll check all the toppings and stuff you want and give it to one of the folks behind the counter. I had a sort of "whatever" attitude as I checked off stuff I wanted on my sandwich. Very nice customer service but my sandwich was really bad. There was actually wax paper in between the cheese in my lettuce wich. I did my due diligence to make sure I was not being an idiot, but really the paper between the cheese was in there. The lettuce wrap was also pretty poorly wrapped, which isn't that much fault to the staff, I know they are a pain to wrap. They also missed the chipotle mayo so all in all it was a poorly wrapped sandwich, with wax paper inside and no sauce or oils whatsoever. It was disappointing and I truly understand it was a mistake. This was my first time ever ordering from here by hearing some good feedback from others. Well my feedback is not going to be a good one. Horribly run store. I ate at this location back in February, and due to horrible service, was given a refund back to my credit card. I ordered as normal, and waited for my food. The food never showed up, so I asked and they told me it was coming. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. I spent nearly 40 minutes waiting for my food. They eventually found it. It was made and placed aside instead of being called out. Why? We'll never know. They didn't offer any remedy, but I insisted on a full refund which was eventually given (ideally, since I'm paying for a fresh hot lunch, and received a cold old one, it should have been refunded and re-made). Fast forward to September - I see a charge appear on my credit card from this location. I then get a first email from the franchisee stating that "it was an error" and would not post. It posted. I then receive another error that they decided to re-charge any items that were credited in the past. Shady, shady business. You can pick from three different sizes and a long list of meats (with 4-5 types under each meat category) plus a long list of toppings to pick from, all of which (except a couple) are free. My chicken-pesto sandwich was nicely toasted -- unless you opt for a cold sandwich, which is an option. I also liked their service operation -- the way they put the order (on a paper bag) onto a clip and slide the clip toward the pickup counter, and then put the sandwich in that bag hanging by the clip!
